I was looking to buy either a 365 or a hellcat and could not find either in almost any gunstore in the great phoenix area. Not only did Jonathan at refiners have both, he had several models of both to choose from. Jonathan, a firearms instructor, spent the better part of an hour with me helping me decide which gun would fit me best without being pushy or assertive. I learned a few things buying this gun from him and had a good time doing it, and intend on coming back for his firearms training classes in the future.

He had mentioned at that time he did training as well, and after looking into both group lessons and individual training, I decided that for something so important, an individual one-on-one training was going to be best. I can say with certainly the extra cost and time training with Jon was totally worth it. He took care of the reservations at a private range, and started from scratch to intro me to handgun shooting. I left feeling significantly more confident, knowing i wasn't going to pick up bad habits, and was able to put down nice groups downrange by the end of the training. The training was so good in fact, that I plan to take another training for rifle marksmanship.

The gentleman at dillon were fanominal i bought my first dillon press second hand like some people…read moredo these days not knowing much about the maker or what parts it needed ive been reloading now 12 years I sort of know what is right and wrong with most machines and I knew that some parts were missing and a couple of things were not right I called over to dillon I gentleman name lee answered the phone was nice and curious he answered all my questions I had heard dillon had a life time warranty on that parts and machines and he confirmed that I took everything Into them the two gentleman behind the counter heard my greavance and then went to work on that press changing this that and the other on it alot was warranty parts but some i had to pay for wich was completely ok and understandable by the time it was said and done it was set working line new and they made sure I had a healthy understanding of how to make the press work for years I wouldn't hesitate to call or take any problem that my press had mechanically to them as I know it would be in great hands I want to say a big THANK YOU TO DILLON PRECISION for all the help and patience today you gentleman were great diffently a great bunch of people that know what quality over quantity means ill be back for sure
