I have been going to Nancy for 5 or 6 years now, and I wouldn't trust my cleaning to anyone else. Whatever service I need, Nancy provides it in a professional and timely matter. Her pricing has always been fair and the quality of work far exceeds it. Always personable and professional, Nancy cares about the service she provides. She's top notch in my book! I couldn't help but see some negative reviews here, mostly based on parking issues. The parking lot is too small, to be sure. But I think having exactly one spot for customers is not only fair, but required. It should be more. This business has been in this space for years, and she needs to have space for her clientele. My ticket says open until 6.30pm on Wednesday. Yelp says 7pm. I turn up at 5.15pm to pick up a suit that I dropped off on Monday and she said it would be ready by 4.30pm Wednesday. I need it that evening. Closed. Locked up. No sign of anyone. Called and texted. No response. In the window is a sign saying closed at 5pm. If I did that at my work I'd be fired. The front desk lady is so incredibly rude to literally anyone in the parking lot whether you're going to this cleaners or not. Someone should take away their sign to claim parking spots because it's ridiculous that such a small parking lot can claim spots. First time I came in my 3 items were $25. Actually $11 per, when I asked so should have Ben $33 but gave discount for first time. My items were nice when I picked them up. Second time I came with my same 3 items in the same condition and when I came to pick up was told would be $49.50. When we called owner she said they were really dirty so that was why the price was increased. I didn't think to ask the the price as last time was told $11 per, I assumed would be the same not subjective. It would be nice if there was transparent pricing, even if it varies for same item at different times. Since I am only in the area once a week, I generally drop off my clothes in the morning and pick them up the same day. The service that I have received has been consistently thorough and of high workmanship, For me that worth 5 Stars! I've been using Mrs. Cleaners for years now and she never disappoints. It's close to my kid's school but either way I'd still use her no matter what. She always has my clothes ready within two days or the next day if I really need it. She does alterations as well. Not only have I used that service for my clothes but for my son's uniform as well. I was really worried about taking my dry cleaning any place new. After we moved to Topanga from West Hollywood I waited a year ( and a huge basket of dirty clothes) until finally walking in to Mrs. Cleaners. The woman at the front who does the alterations is fantastic! she did a great job on everything and was very nice. All of my clothes came back in perfect condition. and my alterations were done better than I possibly imagined. I will take my clothing here again for sure. read more

A great place for general dry cleaning! I love the woman at the counter, who has always been pleasant, and the dedicated parking is very helpful. They have always been accommodating of my special requests, i.e., leaving the tags on a garment. They have even managed to repair one of my favorite old sweaters that I thought was done for. DO NOT GO To THIS DRY CLEANERS!!! This is the worst dry cleaners I've ever experienced in my entire life. They ruined my brand new Ralph Lauren lamb-suede pants. The condition in which the pants were returned to me is completely unrecognizable. The pants cost over a thousand dollars. On top of this, the woman who runs the counter as well as the owner, Sam refuse to recognize and apologize for the fact that the pants have been destroyed. When I asked who would be responsible for taking care of the cost the woman claims she doesn't know, and the owner is not even located on the premises. The worst part of this is that the people at Mrs. Cleaners are acting as though I'm at fault. I am very upset, I trusted this place with my pants, and now they're destroyed. They have extremely rude, and I'll add once again that they haven't even apologized. This type of disrespect and horrible customer service is exactly what we don't need in our community. I am not one to overact or put down places of business. However, the only thing that can give me comfort is the fact that I can share an honest portrayal of this truly despicable act. read more
