I seen on their yelp they have eyelash extension and brow tint serves, I got in at 2:00Pm , I decided on a wax as my eyebrows were already dark and wow. I mean beautician worked wonders on my brows with a simple wax . She mapped out my arches and really perfected my brows. It had been a year since I had touched them . She was super nice and the fact that she didn't push an unnecessary service on me really spoke a lot about her and shows she really cares about her customers. Pretty good. Fast service. Nice. Little pricey but you know, lash applications can vary. I liked mine personally. She did a great job and knows what to recommend. Will come back and possibly do facial. They seem to be busy with those too. Update: my lashes started to twist and fell off little by little. I paid so much for them but i feel it wasn't worth it for me. I tried so hard not to get water on them for the first couple days. But it's hard because you do feel a little hardness of the glue on your lids, so it's hard not to rub or want to clean them. I didn't touch them but by the 3rd day they started to pop off little by little. They lasted a good week or past a week. But that's it. I have a few lashes left but most fell off. I won't pay 70+ my 15$ for tip anymore. I'll just stick to the cute falsies at Sephora for now :( I still would like to try their facials as they look pretty legit. They're super nice there too. Customer service is good which is why I gave them an extra point. Rated at 4. Lash application a 3.5-4. Look and advice fit for my eyes-4.5. Customer service-4. Overall score 3.5-4! read more

I just moved to the area and was in desperate need of a facial due to quarantine and being locked away for months. I decided to take a chance on MS Beauty because it was right around the corner from my new place. I called yesterday afternoon and spoke with Coco, she was able to fit me in for an appointment the next day. I received the "deluxe facial" and loved it. She was gentle even during the extraction process. My skin felt soft, glowing and dewy after she was done. Their customer service was great, very welcoming and friendly. First time here! Got the lashes off Groupon. Met a tech name Summer and she did a great job! I usually don't do lashes until it is a special event. However, I wanted to try it. So I did the natural glow one, they said it should last up to a week if I take care of it right. I like the fact that I don't have to wear massacre! And I can just do my make up and go! I am pretty low maintenance so this will definitely help me get out of the house faster. Best service and will definetly come back. read more

I have been going here for a couple of months now... And each time I think to say something about the condition of this establishment. I've told them once, and they made excuses about why the windows were dirty ...because there was some construction going on their doors. But that certainly doesn't excuse the interior of this business. It doesn't look like anyone takes a broom to this place...ever. There's layers of dust on everything. Dirty rugs, dusty shelves with junk on them. The windows are all murky and dirty, the place smells like rotten egg, the staff isn't even remotely friendly, and very disengaged from its customers outside of asking them to pay, or to rebook. I guess it's decently priced when compared to other places, but if you go one day beyond two weeks (14 days exactly) they charge you for three weeks. It's ridiculous. And when you're getting your lashes done, they're basically move your head around as they will, instead of asking you to possibly shift one way or the other. When they are done, they don't ask you if you'd like to look at your lashes before they're taking everything off your face and then when you want them to fix some thing they have to reapply everything. Recently, the lady that did my lashes barely spoke any words to me, and if she answered any of my questions or anything I said, I got uninterested one-word answers for everything, she kept looking at her phone as I was looking at my lashes... didn't so much as ask if everything was OK, walked out of the room and went to the register and without even looking up at me, tells me how much it costs. I'm asking her to rebook for the next appointment and straight up says "pay first then will take care of that." And then when I didn't move fast enough she repeated it. I was very annoyed with her whole tone and her absolute lack of customer service. Beware. They should get candles or some kind of air plug because the place smells like rotten eggs the whole time you're there, it's gross. They're sandwiched between two restaurants and you hear all the noise from the kitchen right next-door to your room where you're trying to just have a peaceful session. Just beware. read more

The first time I went I had scheduled an appointment for lash extensions at a different place and they canceled on me last minute so I messaged ms beauty and even tho they were fully booked they managed to squeeze me in! My lash tech coco gave me exactly what I wanted. I went back for a fill but I had no lashes what so ever from being ripped out by my baby and myself despite that coco gave me a full look with what I had! Love love! I got my lashes done here a little less than a week ago and only now had time to write my review. I just want to say that I have gone to three previous places to get my lashes done and I must say this is the best place I've been too! I got 3D mink lashes and although they are fuller than what I normally get which is just the natural 2D, I cannot feel them at all! They are sooooo pretty! I love them! Not to mention the staff, they are amazing as well and very attentive. I will definitely be coming back! I stopped getting lashes two years ago. I came across a Groupon and saw the reviews for this place so I decided to try it. I am SOOOO glad I did!!! This place is a hidden gem. I am super picky with my eyelash extensions but with everything going on I've had to go to different people all the time due to some places being closed and what not. I came here not really expecting anything special since I have not had any luck with all the places I've been trying out but I was very impressed. Initially I was frustrated because they pushed my appointment back (the client before was late so it made my appointment late) but I was amazed because she did my eyelashes so quickly! ZERO STARS!!! I have never written a review before, but am so upset by my experience with this business and the man that owns and runs it I felt compelled to warn potential customers... I gave this place a try since they had a great Groupon deal and location was convenient. On my initial visit I waited over an hour and was charged an additional $40 from what I prepaid, because as the owner explained I "misunderstood" the Groupon deal. They strongly encourage you to pay by Venmo (linked to "Yahui-Song" an account with a woman's name and picture not associated to the business or the techs) or by cash because they charge a "big" fee to pay by card. My lash tech was really nice and I was satisfied with my lashes so I went back. The next few visits were fine but the wait time, outcome of lashes and the PRICES were always inconsistent after that! The appointments, communication and transactions are all handled by the man that runs the front desk. He overbooks, creating unnecessary wait time, and interrupted in the middle of my lashes to pull the tech into another room for a walk-in brow wax after I waited 20 mins past my appointment time! On several occasions, he sent me text messages to come in 10 mins later to my appointment, because they were running behind, only to get there and be told "sorry, 2 more mins" for the next 30-45 mins. He lies and makes excuses and blamed the customers before me for the inconvenience, instead of taking any responsibility or giving any ounce of an apology. I went in today, for what I had already decided would be my last visit, after being rescheduled AGAIN...He had canceled my appointment last minute because he said my lash tech had been in a CAR ACCIDENT on her way to my appointment. When I mentioned this to her today she had no idea what I was talking about!!! I went to pay and their Venmo link was not working and I did not have cash. I asked if they could run my card number because I didn't have the physical card with me but they said they needed the card. My husband left work to come and pay with his card since he was close by but was told they didn't have a machine and he had to wait "2 more mins for the man to get there because he has to do it on his phone". 25 mins after my appointment and just as we were about to leave the owner arrived, argumentative/ unapologetic, gave three different excuses as to why it took him so long, and on top of everything tried to over charge me and argue about it!!! He blamed us for waiting and said we could have just written our credit card number on a sticky note and left it there for him!!! WTF?!?! DO NOT GO HERE!!! The lash techs are nice but pressed for time and it shows in their work, which became more apparent with each visit. The other negative reviews are all true, it may not be the case on your 1st or 2nd visit but save yourself the headache, time and money and just go elsewhere!!!!! read more
