They also fixed my door lock to lock and unlock more seamlessly. It was an extra charge but well worth it for the many times a day I use the door. First of all, Matan was incredible from start to finish. This is your sign to call / text him. Long version: Matan scheduled a time and date that was convenient. When my tenant's plans changed, I called to reschedule. No fuss. No "surcharges" or "fees". He scheduled a new date and time. When the day of the project arrived, he communicated when he was en route and provided updates based on LA traffic, etc. I never needed to worry or guess if he was coming. Matan's prices were fair and transparent. No surprises. He even fixed a mistake that a former locksmith did on our property! BUT WAIT, there's more!
