My 2.5 year old locked himself inside our master closet. The door has a deadbolt on it with an August lock (that we don't use - wireless or in anyway). For the first 4 years of living in this house, we just left the key in the door until I put the key INSIDE of the closet as who would lock themselves in the closet and not be able to let themselves out. That would be the 2.5 year old. Oh, and this is on a SUNDAY MORNING. I call the LAFD who came over and were GREAT... but they couldn't pick the lock. They could only break the door down. Was served by Nick. He came out quickly to my location to program and deliver two key fobs. Great conversation, smart fellow and honest. He sold me two key fobs to unlock and lock the car a 2009 car, done in under 30 minutes. The buttons work a little differently than usual - has to do with the mapping, but that's due this car being older and it's very hard to find remotes for this car. A friend lost my car key-fob at a concert, and all I had was my spare key without the fob. I called MS in the morning and asked what their availability looked like for same day service. After confirming my location, they confirmed they were wide open and could come to me in as little as 30 minutes. Showed up, took my spare key to copy, and after letting me go back in my apartment to wait while they worked, an hour later, they had a new key fob programmed for me.
