I would like to express my profound disappointment in the services I received from this company. I spoke with the business owner and contracted his company to create a replacement key for my vehicle. However, much to my dismay, he subcontracted another company to complete the task. He sent a man named Tom from TLS Locksmith Services. Although, Tom tried to accomplish the task, he was not successful. Furthermore, he didn't seem very confident and that was proven because he was using a YouTube video. To add insult to injury, he didn't know how to program a new key and caused my car alarm to sound off incessantly. Ultimately, due to TLS Locksmith sent by MS Locksmith, my car battery went dead and I had to purchase a new battery. The battery costed an additional $200+ dollars in addition to the replacement key obtained from another vendor. I would not recommend. read more

(a camper with keys of course...) we needed copies of a prius fob and put a request in through yelp to MS because of the good reviews. we also hit the button that like, asks other business to contact you / make a bid. MS hit us very promptly (a few others did too...) and were courteous, efficient, friendly. among all the incoming responses, they had quoted a very good price for two fobs. i have had fobs made in the past by other companies, and they were $300+ each. i also checked toyota of hollywood which charges over $550!!! anyway MS quoted me a price for two that definitely saved me some money, honey... so i continued exploring things out with them. matan did initial emailing. and when i decided yeah these guys seem good, nick followed up on the phone, and on later coming out to make the fobs. nick was courteous about time, communication, and perfectly nice and friendly in person. took about 25 minutes to make both fobs. he was masked up, stayed at a safe distance, and offered ez electronic payment options with venmo, zelle, or apple pay. i waited a few days to write the reviews bc i wanted to make sure both fobs worked and as far as i can tell... yup they most certainly do! so i would say this was a very smooth experience, and the price was right. making a fob is NOT an inexpensive thing to do. so when ur spending a few hundred bucks you want to feel like you are getting good value, product and service... and MS definitely delivers all that. plus the convenience of coming out to you! this was a stress free, easy, decent experience. we were very happy bruh. and if you call MS, you will be too. trust me.
