Fantastic service! I tried to re-key a deadbolt myself and ended up making it nonfunctional. Oops! I messages MS Locksmith Services that night and the next day they came out to fix it. They replaced the cylinder instead of replacing the whole deadbolt which saved some money. And that is on top of the fact that their estimate was already the least expensive by far. Took about 45 minute with evening traffic for Eddie to arrive and I was surprised how quick he was able to get me in. It literally took less than 5 mins in the dark with a flashlight. My key broke inside the lock of the front door late in the day and since I had to be at work early the next morning I was hoping they would come out that same evening since I could not lock my door. Well they made it possible, they came at 9pm and about 30 minutes later everything was said and done.
