So far so good. Just had my first service with these guys. I had gotten another quote last week so I feel like these guys offer a competitive value. I had a completely broken key for a backup car that had a dead battery. And I do mean completely broken... the key, the fob, everything. On top of that it seems that either the door lock or ignition had been rekeyed prior to me buying the car years ago, which I didn't know until he started working on it. This Company has the worst customer service. I looked them up on yelp, and they five star. I gave them a call to change my vehicle door lock. The service technician called me, and stated they could do the work. The technician scheduled me for Tuesday 03/02/24 at 10am. I waited for two hours, and never showed up. I then received a e-mail from the company stating about the job. I told them you guys stood me up. Some from the company called me to apologize, and stating that the scheduling person forgot to add me. I spoke to the technician on the day before how could he forget. Anyway I give them a second chance. They scheduled me the second time for Wednesday 03/03/24 2pm. So I had to go to the office in the thinking that appointment is not until 2pm. At 1:35pm the technician arrived to my residence, and kept calling I told him I will be there in 10 minutes. As I arrived to my resident at 1:55pm he was already gone. Why make appointment if they can't keep them. Again the office called me, and told me that he had another scheduled to go to. Why? Did then schedule me at 2pm. They should have done it earlier. I was then charged 30$ and told he needed to phone a different guy with a different tool. And that this other guy would fix it quick for $150. No more!! The second guy arrives over AN HOUR LATER.
