This Company has the worst customer service. I looked them up on yelp, and they five star. I gave them a call to change my vehicle door lock. The service technician called me, and stated they could do the work. The technician scheduled me for Tuesday 03/02/24 at 10am. I waited for two hours, and never showed up. I then received a e-mail from the company stating about the job. I told them you guys stood me up. Some from the company called me to apologize, and stating that the scheduling person forgot to add me. I spoke to the technician on the day before how could he forget. Anyway I give them a second chance. They scheduled me the second time for Wednesday 03/03/24 2pm. So I had to go to the office in the thinking that appointment is not until 2pm. At 1:35pm the technician arrived to my residence, and kept calling I told him I will be there in 10 minutes. As I arrived to my resident at 1:55pm he was already gone. Why make appointment if they can't keep them. Again the office called me, and told me that he had another scheduled to go to. Why? Did then schedule me at 2pm. They should have done it earlier. I keep both schedules, and they can't keep up with there's customers schedules. Really un- professional company. See attached copies of text. read more

The owner picked up the phone right away and related he'd have someone out in 30 minutes. When his tech turned out to be farther than 30 minutes the owner came himself after midnight on a weekday. He was extremely knowledgeable explaining that a certain brand lock we had was more likely to suffer damage and he diverted his efforts to a side door which he had open in a minutes. Got locked out of my house last week late into the evening around 9-930p. Went on Yelp to desperately find someone who could come out and open my door. Yelp sent a beacon out to all the mobile locksmiths that service the area. These guys were the first to respond. They quoted about 20-25min time to get to my place near Culver City, which with the coordination time included, ended up being closer to an hour. Not going to fault them for that. They were easy to coordinate with, both guys I dealt with were friendly and got things done. The tech got my door open in the span of a minute after he arrived. They prefer to be paid via Venmo but accept cash and card as well. I was quoted $129 for the service, which was on the marginally higher end of the quotes I received from other spots, but I wanted someone to come quickly and that had a good reputation in the reviews for peace of mind.
