This happened on Saturday Oct 2nd. My garage door was locked from the inside, which I didn't know, and I didn't bring my key. Completely run out of options, I called a few locksmiths in the area and only Matan said he could do it. I was told that he could be on site in about an hour and let me know when he was close. He got here in 40 min. Polite, professional, and quickly identified the scope - it was not a typical lock. After some troubleshooting, the door was open and the lock was intact. Matan is the type of person who genuinely wants to help. Long story short, I've been staying at my sister's place while she's overseas and her door somehow wouldn't open from the inside.
