I own an independent dealership in West LA called AME Motorsports. We are constantly needing additional keys, new keys, fobs etc., for either our cars for sale or for customer requests. The large brand dealers are becoming way to expensive to achieve our goals. We found MS Locksmith Services through another dealer and we can't say enough about the owner, Matan. He just came here and duplicated an expensive late model key fob in less than 20 minutes. The large brand dealer wanted over $600.00 for a new key and for programing the key. I wasn't sure if it was even possible to add a deadbolt to this type of door, but Eddie handled it with absolute professionalism and expertise. From start to finish, he was incredibly efficient. I got Tom (I believe) to come out and help me with my wife's car key being broken and the car not starting (2011 4Runner). Tom was very friendly. Called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Called me when he parked out front. He verified with me what the cost was going to be ahead of time, so no surprises. When all was said and done, it took about a half hour. He figured out what key he needed to cut from the car itself (didn't know you could do that). He cut the key. He attached a little machine to the car, programmed the new key and he even offered to cut an extra key for a bit more money, which I thought was worth it so we didn't got through what we went through for having just ONE key. These guys are great. I called to get my car key cut and I was initially in contact with a guy who got my info and informed me that Nick was going to be calling me soon. Nick called like 5 minutes after and he provided an estimate. I kept shopping around and decided to go with them after all so I texted Nick with my availability and he responded very promptly. Excellent, timely, affordable service! I loved that they quoted a flat fee prior to coming out. Lonny called me back within 5 minutes and was at my house within one hour. He had the door open within 5 minutes after his arrival and even replaced the key plate for just the price of the plate. Great communication, very responsiive. I had Naor come out and installed new lock on front door and helped me register the smart lock. I also had an issue with my pedestrian gate lock that I hadn't told him about as I couldn't decide how to handle it.
