I was referred to MSB by one of my colleagues. I called Mike and set an appointment.I explained the issues I was having on my 2016 Mercedes C300, my vehicle was running rough,shaking really bad. I had previously taken it to the dealer and was told I will be needing a new engine for 20k plus labor costs. I called Mike back and he said to drop it off to MSB and leave it with Alex to inspect my vehicle. Alex inspected the engine with a special scope and found out cylinder 4 was dead. He told me we can save the engine by replacing all the pistons with Genuine Mercedes parts and was quoted 80 percent less than the dealer. I'm so glad I found this Mercedes shop, they are very honest also they won't try to sell you anything else that's not needed. I got my car back 3 months ago from MSB and it's running great. These guys do great work and I will be recommending all my friends to this Mercedes shop. read more

This is the place to go to get your Mercedes fixed the right way.I was in the need for an AC service since my car was blowing hot air instead of cold, took it to some mechanics near my area and they all gave different opinions and prices.i researched and found out MSB. Spoke to Mike and set an appointment for same day.Alex checked my car and told me my AC compressor was bad,gave me a very decent price and a much better than where i took my car before. Taken in consideration Alex used OEM parts not Chinese like the other places i took my car before, he also replaced some lights at no charge, and got a new spare Key Fob for my car since i was there. He also topped and refill my fluids no extra charge, these guys are really here to help. They didn't try to sell or push me to get any services I felt very comfortable with the way I was treated. Brought in my 2016 CLA 250 a few days ago and was super happy with the overall experience! Although they were not able to complete the work my vehicle needed because of computer programming only the dealer can do, they're service was still "Top Notch!" I called and left a msg and immediately I received a call back from Mike letting me now I could bring my car in the same day. The Diagnostic was quick but thorough. Eddie the mechanic took the time to explained issue, meanwhile Mike was very helpful in offering further advise as to what to expect and foresee from the dealer as well as other options I may want to look into. I had my C250 with my previous mechanic for one week and so far I was spending money with out fixing it with no reason. I got tired. I took my 2010 Mercedes E63 AMG to Alex and Mike 6 months ago to service my transmission fluid, motor mounts, transmission mounts, and 100K service, and I purposely held off on writing a review to see how everything ran for the long-term, and my car runs perfectly. I've put on about 10K miles since the service, and everything is running smoothly. Alex, the mechanic is very knowledgeable and honest. If you have a Mercedes this is the place to bring it for great and honest Service. Alex is truly a very good, honest and real Mercedes expert. I took my 450 V8 BiTurbo SUV since the "check engine" turned on, Alex skipped his lunch to help me determine. The turbo system had to be recalibrated/tuned/reset, he explained. He determined & completed this with the use of his true Mercedes system software to check & fix my vehicle. I'm not an expert but Alex spent about 1hr on it and fixed it. In the end, Alex not just skipped his lunch but also said I did not owe him anything.... unreal ! I drove to Arizona from LA and the 450 SUV never felt better and the check engine light is no more. I don't write many reviews and had a very long day myself, this is the least I can do. Thank you Alex !! read more
