Kids under 2 are FREE...which means we paid $1.50 (19+ price) to enter. The play structure is huge, and my 22 month old was able to roam around in there without me. 2-3 year olds $4.95; 4 and up $10.95. CLOSED ON TUESDAYS. However, then you have to pay for an arcade pass (they have unlimited hour for ~$10, which I think is better than buying a $10 card but the guy at counter said the latter was a better deal, because I could use leftover $ to buy a prize...of course there wasn't any leftover). **Also, you can straight out buy a toy if you don't have enough tickets; if it says 150 tickets, you pay $300 so 2x the ticket amount (oh how times have changed)** Food there is pretty good for an indoor play place. I had the cajun chicken sandwich and it had the right amount of spice (maybe too spicy for a child, but good for me). Onion rings were also good as was the kids chicken finger meal. They also have a good soda fountain (maine root beer etc). *Kids eat free on Wednesdays (w purchase of adult meal)*. Tons of sofas etc to sit on while your child plays...and even a couple of "rejuvenation" AKA massage chairs. Separate toddler area too, but we didn't make it in there. Cons - about a handful of the arcade games didn't work, and they didn't have not working signs so we wasted a couple dollars on those. We just had another wonderful birthday party at Mt Playmore with host Amy. The host and staff were very attentive. My kids had a blast!

This place is absolutely awesome it is huge and there are tons of things for the kids to do. Coming here I kind of knew what I was getting into but I just didn't expect it to be this large. I think the staff does pretty well keeping it clean and making sure kids don't escape lol. We first went to the little kids area. My children liked it for quite a while we were in there for maybe an hour. They really enjoy playing with other kids and the slide along with the ride on toys. If you have any younger child this can be a great place to get your plenty of interaction with other children and to socialize. After that we checked out the arcade to spend our $10 worth. This house is occupied for a very long time considering the games were cheap. I think we spent an hour-and-a-half here playing the games my kids really like the game that shoots water. aside from that my children are pretty young so there weren't a whole lot of games they can play but they had fun. I'll admit some of the games they had here I hadn't seen before, which was exciting. Additionally, an employee created a life sized whale it off balloons! It was huge and crazy! The larger part of the play area was really huge and the children are essentially able to run around in it in a huge circle with multiple entrances and exits along the way. The play area is multiple stories high with many contraptions, like slides Bridges and rope swings inside of it. As an adult I was able to navigate through a lot of it when my child was crying and I had to get to him. It is large and the setup is really nice, because in the center are lounge chairs where you can sit and watch your child navigate his or her way through this big fun play area. We had tons of fun here for most of the day, and obviously on the ride home the kids were knocked out. We didn't eat the food here so I can't comment on that, but the staff was nice the area became filled with people but accommodate everyone pretty well. The cheap prizes were really good here, one of which being a paper airplane that my son absolutely loved for weeks until he tore it up. Lol. This is a great place to bring kids. They offer a young child's area, huge playground, arcade and a small food area. We came on a Sunday and it got fairly busy but this place is so big that it didn't feel crowded at all. Admission is affordable. 0-1 years old is free, 2-3 $4.95, 4+ $10.95 and 16+ is $1.50. It's nice they don't charge very much to supervise your own kids while they're playing so you can ensure they are safe. You can stay here for hours with their lounge and massage chairs. I came to Mount Playmore for my 7-year old neighbor's birthday party. The place is very clean and not noisy, which really surprised me. It is also air conditioned very well, which is nice on a hot summer day. The birthday party in their party room is very well organized. They provided the pizzas, which was not too bad for this type of place (but definitely not as good as the pizza at Gattiland). They have nice indoor play areas for kids of all ages. They also have a nice arcade...I set the high score on Ms. Pacman and enjoyed the air hockey. I wish they would get some pinball machines. This place can REALLY bring out your inner child! It allows adults to go with their children into the very large jungle gym. We were there to make up my nephew's birthday party because he had COVID during his birthday so it had to be canceled during his actual day (STUPID COVID!). They had average security like any other kids play place. I let them know I was there for my nephew (name) birthday party. They stamped my hand and let me in. I thought it was weird though because I don't come with any kids and she didn't change the number on the stamp. So even if I would have left with my nephew we would have had different numbers. This is difficult to review, honestly.. If my kids were reviewing this place, or I was reviewing based on their pleasure... It would easily be 5 stars. Having said that... From a parent's perspective... I don't know that I could EVER do this again. Honestly. 1. The place was filthy dirty. Just filthy. Trash all over, crap all under the play scape everywhere... Floors were grimy filthy. Food all over the place... On the floors, I mean... In the play scape. 2. Not near enough seating for parents... Although... I will say, if anymore parents had been parked on their buttocks, there would have easily been more trouble than there was. So maybe its good that they don't have any more seating. 3. Too many unsupervised kids doing as they please. Pushing. Shoving. Kicking. The noise level was insane. Not sure what was worse...the Ill mannered, unruly, heathens or their parents who were apparently OK with their behavior...kids were getting kicked, bleeding from their face (a few of them)...and here's the real "kicker" I called before we went and the staff said it was MUCH slower than normal.... WOW. 4. They do serve food there, but didn't eat anything. Wouldn't either. Ever. 5. The arcade room is pitiful. For the price you pay to come inside and play, that should be free...with no tickets in return. Or something. It was far too expensive. Half the games were broken. More bratty, ugly children lingered there as well, taking whatever they could. Tokens that didn't belong to them. Tickets, places in lines (cutting) it was chaos. 6. Staff all young and pretty much careless. Not helpful. Just there. 7. Shoes all over the place. Tripped on them a few times. As a parent of 2... I've been to places better than this where parents actually join their children and play and not let them run loose as if there are sitters all over. The kids made me sick. Mt. Playmore is pretty darn awesome in my book! I know we will be going back regularly from here on out. Here's the scoop on the highs and lows of this awesome play place: Highlights: 1. The playscape here is absolutely awesome! It is huge and has so many different layers of fun in it. There are climbing, trampolines, swings, tight ropes, and slides inside the play place. Once you enter through one of the many entrances, you are is a rope jungle of fun! I'm am totally jealous they didn't have these things when I was a kid. 2. Huge area to play and run around. The playscape is huge! The seating area within the playscape is big and has a few of seats and table. The rest of the place with the other arcade games and rides is huge as well. You almost get tired just walking across the place. It's nice to be able to sit and not be right on top of your neighbor, or worse, they misbehaving kids. 3. Adults can go in the playscape. It definitely isn't easy if you are tall, but it is nice if your kid freaks out and you need to rescue them. This happened to a mom/kid in our group. The kid just froze when he got way up high. It's an awful feeling when you can't help you kid. Well the mom was able to climb up and get the kid without getting heat from the management. We then noticed lots of parents were going inside with their kids. I actually went inside with my kiddo for a bit and it was fun. It was crazy hard because I am tall, but still fun and exhausting. 4. There is a snack bar that has a decent selection of food. I usually go to these places having already eaten, so I usually don't grab food, but the option is there for you. This last time we went, we actually had lunch with our play group. It was nice to be able to get food to eat while the kids played on their own. 5. The front door is pretty guarded. It would be hard for a kid to escape out the front because of the set up. When you check in, you and your kid(s) get a number stamp on your arm. They check the stamps on your way out to make sure the numbers match. It's nice to have the extra level of security. Now for the reasons I didn't rate this place higher: 1. The small amount of seating inside the playscape area. I have a 2 year old. She plays on her own with her friends, but is way too little to be left alone to play. I want to be somewhat close to keep an eye on her, just in case. I stood around for a while before I was able to snag a table for us. There is plenty of room to add more tables and chairs, so please do so for us parents. 2. The arcade games/rides need some help. We only looked at a few of them, but of the 4 we tried, 2 were broken. 3. The prices for the arcade rides are all over the place. Some rides were 1 token, which is a great price and seems reasonable. Others were 3 tokens for the same amount of ride. Everything should just be the same token price to make it easier for the kids and the parents. 4. The prices. For M-F, it is $2.95 or $7.95 depending on your kids age. That's ok. on the weekend it goes up to $3.95/$9.95. The high end of $9.95 seems high. Then you add on the adults having to play $1 each just to go in and watch their kid, it gets a bit high. If you were a big family, it would be a very expensive day out. All in all, I really do like Mt. Playmore and I think the longer it is open, the better it will become. I will be back for sure! read more

Well....The kids are passed out!! What a way to wear them out for naps. I'll be honest, I think I pulled something. I workout regularly, but doing all this kid stuff makes me feel like a geriatric. Wish my body were younger. Zero to sweaty in ten seconds, no joke! I was super swampy after my first climb. They made the climbing passageways easy for adults to get in and out of on most parts but there were a few tight areas. Also, on the descend in some spots, I had to hold onto the hanging net and as I moved, my fingers got twisted in it. Surprisingly, no injuries in any of us. Woo-hoo. Tip: The slides are fast, so go down before or with your little one to avoid knocking them over like a bowling pin. Tee hee. Pros: -Only $10 for 2/adults & 2/tots. -Super attentive manager and staff. -Great bathrooms for families. -Very spacious. Easy to keep an eye on the kiddos even while they were climbing above us. - Great place to schedule mommy Meetups and playdates. - Lots of seating. - The staff monitors the different areas. - Structures are older toddler friendly with assistance. Cons: -1400 sq ft of toddler space, but only 11 items for them to play with. I spoke with the manager and he mentioned that they put all the money in to the climbing apparatus so that they will add more to the toddler room at a later time. - Lockers with safety pin keys would be a great add here since there are no storage bins ....except the ones that are big enough to hold shoes. There were perfectly good chairs being used to hold bags and purses in the toddler area. - The rides that require tokens were a little iffy. Some worked. Some didn't work very long. However, the manager was there giving tokens back so it was a non-issue. I was hesitant going so soon after opening day, but it wasn't at all hectic. Tip: Go right at opening. Place didn't start jumping until 10. We had a fun and pleasant experience here. What a neat place! read more

It's enormous and the parent area is central to the huge, enormous, fabulously planned playscape so we could see each adorable caper and smile of our beautiful children (also arguments, tears and bad manners). They have an arcade for older kids if you have some space in between your munchkins. They have a snack bar so the kids (moms) could have snacks. Reasonably priced. I don't think the word is quite out about this place, which is terrific and I'm totally doing you a favor by spilling this well kept secret. I had the worst experience ever at this location, and I will be posting this review on every single website and social media spot that I can. Today my daughter turns 1 year old. We've been to this location on various occasions and I have seen people with parties out in the open area many times. We wanted to bring my daughter, her sister and brother, and the adults of our family to cut her cake here and let the kids play for a bit. My mom arrived first and was told that we could not bring the cake, so she called me to see what I wanted to do. After going round and round, she was told by a staff member that they would allow it this time. Because of this, we proceeded to come to this location instead of just staying home. We enter with my daughter's cake in hand. We pay and sit at a table. Mind you, we are seen by multiple staff members including Chris, the manager, who checked us out. After about 15 minutes, he comes stomping to our table and very rudely tells us that we cannot cut the cake here and that we MUST remove the cake immediately. I thought my mother spoke to him, so I told him that he approved the cake here. He stormed over to my mother and started raising his voice, not allowing her to speak, telling her that HE never said that and that HE was not going to allow it. I proceeded to tell him to watch his tone and advised him the I myself am the General Manager of a restaurant and work in the service industry. He said he didn't care who I was and that rules were rules. AWESOME! Clap for yourself, Chris! You just pissed a mother tf off! We did NOT cut the cake, and had no intention of cutting the cake after we were told not to, but there was no way I was going to put a cake I spent money on in the car with 95 degree weather! And for some reason we still had multiple staff members attempt to tell us we could not have the cake in here and that we had to leave. I told every single individual that we are abiding by their rules, and that cake would not be removed from the box BUT in return they would NOT ruin my daughter's first birthday. It says no outside food or drink on the building outside, BUT if you pay $200 you can bring a cake from the outside. We paid money to be at the establishment, we purchased food and drinks, so I'm sorry but you can kiss my a*#%^ , I'm not letting my daughter's cake melt in the heat. Needless to say, I will NEVER come back to this location. I promise that every single person I encounter will hear about this incident, and more specifically how Chris FAILED at customer service. I can't tell you how much fun it is to be able to jump around and feel like a little kid with my little kid. The admission and food is totally reasonable and they've got a reasonably healthy selection. I'm going to repeat a tip that already posted though. Wear pants and regular socks, not toe socks. The nylon is soft but it's in a criss cross pattern. Great for the kids but its like a cheese grater for adult knees. Toes can get caught I the cross sections so wear regular socks. We went 3 times in their first week. Boys loved it. This is a great addition to Pflugerville area. More family oriented places are needed. Glad I purchased the annual pass. We will be back. Pizza was fresh built and decent for the price. Now for the questionable - staffing was low for the number of guests. Tables and seating were not available for parents. Tables were not cleaned regularly. The Chips were fried fresh, but in grease that was too cold, creating tough / chewy chips. It took about an hour for our food - even after asking several times. I finally flagged down a wait person walking around with a pizza - asked him if it was the same as our order - it was - but the order number was wrong. I told him how long we had waited, and he left the pizza with us. Guess that is why I hadn't received the chips and salsa until 45 minutes and likely what happened to the pizza made for me. Sorry number 6. We received your pizza. I hope they continue to work out kinks, start regular cleanings as with the number of people flocking to an indoor playground in this Texas heat - it will need multiple cleanings a day.....or will be too filthy to visit by the end of next month..... For starters: -This place was ideally clean; I'm wondering about the carpet that they have and when was the last time that it was "seriously cleaned" because kids are told to wear sock everywhere throughout the building just to play (bathroom floors are included in this). -As a group, we were given the rules to follow however were the kids who were not part of our field trip told the same thing? The other kids that were also at Mt. Playmore were pushing, shoving, RUNNING, and basically doing everything that our kids were told to Not Do. Is this how SPECIAL NEED Kids are going to be treated regardless of age and character? Food items and Drinks: -I understand that "outside" food and beverages are not aloud here but what if you can not accommodate those with food issues? Besides shoving them in another room to eat because you want them to come back and enjoy Mt. Playmore but they "had to" bring in their own food. -Geez. . If pizza is the only thing to eat because the schedule was made up by someone who had not thought about an Up Coming Field Trip with Kids and Adults; then something Right Needs to Happen. Furthermore, if you are going to have a Field Trip come in Be Ready for EVERYTHING! Make sure that the Game Area is up to par(more than a handful of games were Shut Down); the kitchen is ready to serve Food and Drinks(add Coffee to the menu). Mt Playmore is by far my favorite of the four indoor playgrounds that we have explored with our three year old (the others being Hop N Happy, Catch Air, and Jump Street). The equipment is clean and well-maintained, there is TONS of comfortable seating for parents, and the layout and lighting makes it easy to spot your child as they traverse the main play structure. No more dark and dingy corners to lose your preschooler in! The only downside to this place is that they charge for adults, but it's only $1.50. For now, we can get the whole family in for under $10. It will be more expensive once our eldest turns 4, but still worth it for the other reasons I mentioned. read more

Normally I hate chuck-e-cheese type entertainment places, simply because they are often dirty and unpleasant to be in. However, when taking my 3 year old cousin to a birthday party here I was pleasantly surprised by both the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff! While it is a little small, it does not lack in opportunities for the kids, they were sorely entertained for the whole party, having the opportunity to play on the playscape, arcade, and moving structures.
