My two year old had a blast. As previously mentioned by posters, the toddler room could use a bit more. What reduces my review drastically is the cleanliness. The toddler room toys need a thorough cleaning. You can see dirt build up on some older toys, throughout the main play structures, and the arcade. It's most noticeable in the toddler area. Best playscape in Austin. It is simply massive, and built so you can climb up with your kids if you want to, which is encouraged btw. The arcade has improved so much recently. They upgraded to a swipe card system. Most of the games are older, which can be fun for parents. (Pac man!) But also means they break down quite a bit. I've lost my share of credits to broken machines :( The food was a pleasant surprise. It looks like a sad stadium concession stand, but the pizza they're slinging is more like pizzaria. Toddler area is nice! was recently carpeted, which was long overdue. The previous floor was terrifyingly hard. Not ideal for tumbling toddlers. Prices can't be beat. Staff are mostly kids. They seem to be slowly finding good people. The manager I met was great. Overall, this place can't be beat. Bring your kids, buy a drink or some lunch. I have been here a couple times with my 8 and 10 year old and they have a blast. They can spend hours in the playscape and it gets all their energy out, bonus there are always other kids there for them to befriend. I love that they have comfortable seating for the parents; ikea rocking chairs and couches. But today we had one outstanding experience. My 8 year old was running (like she's not supposed to) and tripped skinning her ankle. I went up front and asked Chris the manager for an ice pack. He was very concerned, offered to fill out in incident report, and told me to go be with my little one, he would bring the ice to us, he then asked my 8 year old if there was anything she wanted, she declined but it was sweet. Later we found a woman's wallet sitting on a bench, I picked it up and took it to Chris, my 10 year old remembered who.it belonged to and helped.scope her out and she and Chris literally RAN to meet her to give it back. Chris then offered my kids a few game credits to get some prizes for being "good samaritan". So sweet and really helping to instill in my kids to do good deeds. My better half introduced me to this Atlantis just off the frontage of I35 in Pflugerville! I went in with mixed feelings and was not happy about having to go on a lazy day off. Well, wouldn't you know it. Before long I was knee deep in the three leveled mansion of a jungle gym they call Mt. Playmore! I'm not sure who had more fun. Me or little Ethan! The only complaint I have. We made a repeat visit on a Saturday. I have been to some of the craziest clubs, lounges and hardest ticket restaurant's nation wide. I know to avoid this kid club on the weekends. Its a bit overwhelming. Trying to rescue a 4 year old after bopping heads with another child while weeding through 200 kids...not fun. That's okay and good for them. Its a great problem to have! They are busy! Just not for me as I prefer a lazy weekday! Lastly, I lost my keys there and they found them. Not only did they find them. Had a party for 25 kids and they all loved it. Hostess takes care of serving all the kids food and drinks. The only complaint I've ever had at all the parties I've attended is that there is no "parent seating" the size of the room only accommodates children. So parents either have to wait in the general area or stand against the walls. Rooms are small. I had the extra large room and there were benches along the wall so some parents sat there but most got a table outside of the room. Parties are timed but kids can stay as long as they want after the party is over. read more

My daughter just had her 5th birthday party here and we could not be happier with how it went! From the moment we walked in until the moment we left we were fully taken care of! They greeted every guest for us and checked them in. The hosts also made sure every single guest had a drink and pizza. The whole experience made throwing a birthday party the easiest thing ever. It was a parents dream really! The other thing I really liked is when the time was up we were able to move to a table outside of the party room and still play as long as we wanted. This place is great! I don't understand the negative reviews, especially the one that complained about the old carpet and mismatched chairs. Really?? Who cares! I honestly would not have even noticed that if I has not read those reviews before I came. Some people's expectations are just sky high. It's a kid's place that serves food, the carpet is going to get stained within a week for sure, so why spend the money up front? Most of the flooring is not carpet anyway, it's a rubber-y surface. Also, as another reviewer noted, from an environmental standpoint, it is actually awesome that they are reusing perfectly good chairs, tables, carpet, and arcade games and keeping them out of landfills. Austin is full of environmentally conscious people, so this place fits in nicely here, in my opinion :) The playscape is the main attraction, that's what you're paying for, and it's huge and new and great!! I ended up going to Mt. Playmore the other day. From the kids point of view five stars. All the kids had a great time. From my point of view I also give it five stars mostly because I had the best experience for any family entertainment center I have been to as an adult. Pros: Best Philly Cheese steak sandwich I have every had in Austin. Serious I was blown away by how good the sandwich was. The arcade games only cost a quarter per play and they had a Star Wars game which I dropped five dollars into to defeat the evil empire. This place is amazing. The customer service was way more than what can be expected from places like this. The manager Mr. Chris was friendly and professional and listened to my concerns. Due to health conditions I cannot lift my son too high and he helped me find someone who helped me. After the kitchen was closed a little girl was crying and the manager gave her a scoop. Devon, one of the employees, is the person you want working for you. Respectful, friendly,tireless and committed. The lady at the front desk work with me to get the best deal for my needs. This is customer service done by people who actually know how to do it. Family bathroom was clean and renovated. Highly suggested. If any one knows me, you know this must be a miracle, but I was impressed. I am back after a few weeks and this place is as amazing, friendly and cleaner. This place was great. Brought a toddler and a preteen and both kids had fun. It was a little chaotic since it was Spring Break, but everything was still under control. The toddler area is pretty big, but it's not full of toys. Which, hey this helps the kiddos use their sharing manners. The preteen played in the big plays cape or whatever and had a blast! This place is CRAZY! It's one big jungle gym, with a small arcade, and an area to eat there food. First- I'm surprised that there weren't any injuries while I was there. There where easily 100 plus children and adults climbing and moving around this massive structure. There was plenty to do for all ages of children. However, as the day went on I would worry about children 5 and under in here. I have three girls, 9 and under.. They had a blast! Second- your children will work up a sweat! No food or drinks allowed inside, but I did see people with there own water bottles. The staff really didn't say much to them. Third- Arcade is lot of fun for the adults and older children... Most games only cost a quarter and you earn tickets for the games you play- the prizes are basically junk, but my girls did enjoy picking them out. Some of the choices include tattoos, tootsie rolls, pencils, spinning tops, etc. Fourth- with that many people running around the area looked clean. I have no idea how they would disinfect the climbing structure? As someone who knows a few germ-a-fobs that would drive me crazy Finally, while the staff didn't interact much with the children they were cleaning the tables and walking the floor just to make sure everyone was behaving. This place is the best! I absolutely loved climbing and sliding around in it! ...I mean, my kid loved it, yea.... lol. This place is great for kids, but it's also GREAT for adults who happen to still be kids at heart! It was really cheap (about $10 for kids and $1 for adults, and they built the entire playscape big enough for adults to fit in to! Plus, they allow you to come in and out so you can keep food/drinks in your car and save a few couple of bucks! I finally found an open table with chair, put our water bottles there, then my 2 yr old called me to play. When I came back, my chair was taken. I asked the guy nicely if i can have my chair back, he refuse to get up. In the toddler section, few Indian families where passing the carts amount each others given no turns for other kids. Shouldn't be like that. I didn't buy any tokens, but I notice it takes 3 tokes for some of the ride, and the ride time is not even long (compare to Chunky Cheese). the whole play scape is awesome for the first 40 minutes, after that all three of my kids (7, 4, 2) were bored. read more

So personally i feel this place was all hype and then you get here and its sub par. The playscape is cool and they should of just focused on that. My nine year old just (and still is) running herself sweaty. The floor, chairs and arcade is all very very very used items. The chairs already have holes in them and the carpet nasty. I think that this place shouldn't of opened until they had their A game on point. After this months pass runs out, ill just come back when i have nothing else to do. What a fantastic place for kids to run a mok everywhere, climb, bounce, and tire themselves out. We are definitely fans of this place and we will return. My kids said when we left today, that was FUN! Kudos to you for having hand sanitizing stations all throughout the play areas! LOVE IT! My one complaint is parents hoarding chairs and tables. The massive playscape and free WiFi means I can get work done and my kids are smitten. The manager (I think his name was Dave, maybe, sorry) was super helpful when we came one night to celebrate my 6 year olds birthday. The cafe should have been open but it wasnt and since I brought hungry kids we had to leave after only a few minutes. The birthday boy was devastated but the manager saved the day by letting him pick out a surprise from the prize area and giving us a couple of free passes to come back another day. Great fun for our 2.5 year-old for several hours. When he got tired of the obstacle course, we played games at their very decent size arcade and played in the quiet toddler area (for ages 3 and under). Lots of space for parents to sit, relax, and keep an eye out on their kids. If you've got younger kids, keep a close distance. The older kids tend to be rough and unsafe (like climbing up the slides when others are coming down). Perhaps employees can monitor a bit more to prevent accidents from happening. There's a food stand with good variety. And ice cream! :-) A nice treat to end the day. We really enjoy this playhouse. Will be back again the next time we're in town. Chris the manager is extremely accommodating and helped me give my nephew admission for his 3rd birthday. I loved that adults are so inexpensive but can play too, I was definitely up in there chasing the kids and wished my husband could have come too because he would have enjoyed it. Its fun for all ages honestly. We even enjoyed the life size virtual games you could play on the floor. I recommend Mt. Playmore to anyone that asks where to take kids. It's so big and fun, the food their is gross like any where else, but edible lol I love how grown ups can go inside the gymnasium obstacle course with the children, so much fun! I've been coming to Mt. Playmore for years with my sons, my sister and her kids, and friends and their kids. I've been an annual family member for 2 years and am now a month to month member. The playground is large and I feel my kids are safe here. One of the things I've always enjoyed as a perk is the discount at the restaurant. However, today I was told they don't give and haven't given discounts at the restaurant. That may be a recent change but when I signed up for membership, that was a perk. Can only speak about the Toddler Area and the Concession stand. You can not beat the price of admission if your kiddo is under 2 (free) and accompanying adult is $1.50+tax. Toddler Area: My little one has a great time burning off energy here. He probably wished there were more little push cars, with only 1 there seemed to be a constant snatch and grab by other littles playing. The toddler zone is the one area that probably gets neglected by management. I do wish management would "patrol" this area. The toddler area is for the under 3 crowd. When we were there on 9/7 there were 3-4 older kids and their roughhousing was a little scary around all the babies. I finally said something to a father and his daughter (who looked to be 6+) He didn't seem to happy with my request but I just informed him it was one of the rules stated above the entrance of the area. Concession Stand - good variety and some decent picks for the under 4 crowd. Don't expect organic but they offer salads and your standard pizza, hamburger fare. Tip: 1. Don't forget to wear socks, bring some with you! Otherwise the front desk sells them for a nominal fee since you must wear them. 2. Don't bring a lot of personal items - I could totally see someone walking off with items left around if you are playing with your child. read more

The bulk of it is centered around a multi level climbing heaven. Slides, stairs, walkways, swings , bouncing floors, zip lines, monkey bars... All padded and safe to play. Best part parents are allowed to join in. That in and of itself makes this place top of the list. Let me start off by saying how excited we were to try this place out. Upon arrival, ALL the glass windows and doors had fingerprints and smudges across them. We got there right when they opened up, so there is no reason why they shouldn't have cleaned the night before. We then walk in and It stinks like pee big time! We decided to leave. Mt. Playmore is awesome the only thing I had a problem with is the baby area is hardwood flooring, and you are required to wear socks. I seen more than a few littles fall over because they are just learning to walk or their socks slipped! My child rode one of the little tyke trucks on the carpet area just fine so I'm not understanding why not carpet that area also. Oh! And there needs to be a gate of some sort at the front its too easy for kids to run to the automatic doors out into the streets and the workers won't stop a running kid!!!
