This place has it all from American made vanities to wall panels to sinks to talking toilets! Eddie and Robert were extremely helpful and kind and they made sure to get exactly what I wanted with the color and size and threw in backsplashes too. They provided great service with fast delivery and were on time! It's hard nowadays to find American made products with exceptional customer service but this place is the place for all your remodeling and renovations needs! Forget about home depot and other stores they import cheap products from China. I prefer my products American made!

Fantastic customer service and very pretty vanities for a reasonable price. The owner Lior is incredibly helpful and went out his way to change out some handles for us on a vanity that we bought. This experience was amazing from the beginning - the showroom is first rate with incredible selection. But what made this stand out was the wonderful customer service received by Randy. Besides being extremely knowledgeable about the bathroom vanities and accessories, he provided excellent service and allowed me time to choose with no pressure. Even the invoice was reviewed with me for each itemized description. I brought my Mother with me for assistance and we both left extremely pleased with everything. I brought my 87 year young mother to MTD to purchase a bathroom vanity and faucets, for her small home. Unfortunately, we had little to no knowledge on buying replacement vanities. What a great place! If you're renovating a bathroom, you'll know that there are tons of small (and not so small) decisions to make, not the least of which is the style and configuration of a vanity. The staff at MTD were very helpful at helping me arrive at a decision -- especially Randy! Both he and Lior provided a pressure-free environment in which I could exercise my indecision on which style to choose. I really appreciate that. I have to beg to differ with another Yelp poster who said "they don't help make (their products) affordable". Well, I visited 6 different vanity showrooms before settling on MTD, and found that their prices were at or below average. You can quite easily pay more for similarly styled vanities elsewhere. They say "you get what you pay for" but at this place I think you get a little more than that. read more

Great selection coupled with knowledgeable, patient and helpful staff. Lior and Randy were both awesome during our vanity shopping experience. We visited multiple shops in the area and kept coming back to MTD and each visit we were welcomed with patience and attentiveness. I feel confident we made the right choice for our bathroom remodel with the vanity and company itself! I highly recommend MTD if you want a quality vanity with excellent customer service experience. --Revised review-- Unfortunately I felt the need to revise my review due to issues upon receiving ordered items. We decided to purchase a linear drain and drain base from MTD knowing it was on the pricier end (go to amazon you'll it's cheaper and you'll have no issues getting exactly what you want and returning if need be) however it was one of the last items we needed and wanted to be done with our shopping. Also we truly did enjoy Lior and Randy and wanted to support their business so we went for it. After extensive conversation about PVC drain bases being the way to go with Lior reiterating that PVC is preferred choice of plumber and stating it in front of Randy, upon receiving our order we ended up with a $60 dollar cast iron drain base that my contractor wouldn't even use if we asked him to. We called And spoke to Randy and he said that is what we agreed upon when we agreed to manufacture's recommended bases for the drain we purchased. Doh! My mistake not double checking when Randy asked us if it was okay to go with manufacturer's recommendations. On his part he did not mention what was recommended was cast iron, totally not PVC and what we had spoken about. After going back and forth he offered to 'take the hit' and exchange it for a pvc base. That doesn't help us when a project has to move forward so we were out our $60 for an overpriced ugly paperweight. Makes me sick to feel that I made a poor judgement trusting our interaction that resulted in wasted money and an unusable item. Other issues.... we ordered a backsplash and side splash to go with the counter top. Backsplash fell short. Or, they gave us the wrong size counter. Either way back splash did not fit the counter we were given. Again, project couldn't wait to have to resolve the issue so we had to improvise in installing the backsplash so there is a gap filled with caulking in the corner where the back and side splash meet. Again makes me sick to feel I spent money on and item that was not to par with what we ordered. There were also visible cracks in the vanity cabinet finish. I'm not sure if that occurred in transport. I know the contractor checked the piece, but I'm not sure to what extent. The counter appears to scratch easily after normal use. The vanity is a beautiful vanity however these issues have taken away from my experience and truly left me feeling ill after the experience and not so confident that I made the right decision. You decide for yourself but just be extra diligent when placing your order and picking up items. Lior and Randy are very personable and enjoyable individuals to interact with which for us resulted in not doing our due diligence as we normally do. We all work hard for our money so we don't anyone else to feel as if they wasted money where money could be saved. read more

First i was pretty intimidated by some of the bad reviews here regarding bad customer service. First time we went there we were pretty much got ignored by the front desk girl. We wanted to ask for more informations about available sizes and all that but she seems complete occupied with her phone so we didn't want to bother and left. After we got home we finally figured out the measurement so we decided that to go back and give them another try. This time we were helped by Sheri the Filipina girl. I was actually amazed by her friendly attitude. She's very accomodating, polite, professional and best of all she is very patience . I had to call her after we purchased it many times asking about the available mirror sizes.. Sizes of blackspash and Details of the measurement. She didn't seem to get annoy of me at all and very helpful even though I'm sure she very busy as well. When We picked up the vanities.. oh man i was so impressed how well it was build and quality of it. Thank you sheri for making the vanity buying experience such a joy. I will definitely refer you to many of my colleagues and friends. #if you don't want to be ignore by the salesrep when u get there just call sheri ahead of time, I'm sure she ll be glad to help you too. read more

This place didn't have anything different from its competitors. Prices are ok but the variety sucks - all of the vanities look the same, and are made in China. I asked the salesperson if they have a different color in one of the vanity's and she didn't know and didn't care to find out. There was only 2 people on the floor and both were nonstop busy with other things. MTD needs new management read more

I order a vanity and had it delivered to Chicago. I would suggest paying the extra to have it white glove. Also keep in mind when it arrives it's in a large box. You have to take it out of the box and inspect it before you sign off on it. Keep in mind the trucking company is separate from MTD. It should be on a pallet when it arrives on the truck. Once the driver leaves and you have signed for, it if you have any problems you would be accountable for them. I found them easy to deal with and they stand behind the product. read more

Walked into MTD Vanities for the first time today and was blown away by the variety and prices! The showroom is well put together and organized in a way that made me want to take them all! I was greeted by Randy when I walked in who was very knowledgeable of all items down to the nuts and bolts of the vanities, very impressive! I've been in the market for a marble top vanity for weeks now, and i keep holding off on purchasing because I don't want to spend an arm and a leg, since apparently that's how much the store down the street is selling them for! Do yourself a favor and check this place out before making any purchases if you live in the valley. If you don't live in the valley an hour drive over is WELL WORTH the drive!! read more

My uncle bought an old house recently, so he was thinking of hiring someone to change his house 3 bathrooms' vanities. But then I saw this magazine with MTD ad in it advertising a variety of vanities at such low price, I showed the ad to my uncle and he loved the images and prices. He drove to their showroom and was amazed by how reasonable those beautiful vanities were. Anyway he bought brand new vanities at a fraction of a price for all his bathrooms and installed them all himself, without the need of hiring anybody else (Yes it was that easy to install without any professional help). I am so happy I found this place. We were remodeling our bathroom and I had my heart set on a specific look. I searched EVERYWHERE with no luck. A feeing give their number, I got my double Vanity and a free standing tub for my master Barron and two more vanities smaller. The price was pretty good (4000$), and the service was even better !!! Within two weeks, voila! Eddy had my Waterstone suite. He even made a promise that if Waterstone couldn't deliver on time, he'd give me a suite to install so I could pass inspection. He would even send someone out there to help me replace it once Waterstone delivered. With how crazy renovations go--trying to coordinate various item arrivals and coaxing vendors to deliver--I can't imagine going with anyone else. I'd 100% go back to Eddy!

Not only do they have nearly everything that every other store has, but also variations and often cheaper. Shopping for tile can be overwhelming. I normally don't like working with sales people since I know what I want - but that was until I met Yasser at Superior Tile. Immediately Yasser knew what I was going for and started to show me appropriate options. He has a deep understanding of what the store offers and showed me options that fit my style. Because he's a designer (and brilliant artist!) too, he was able to make a daunting shopping trip into a quick decision trip. If you're going to Superior Tile, I highly recommend working with Yasser - I have no doubt his colleagues are good too - but I continue to have a great experience with Yasser from shopping to communications to delivery to follow up. He's fantastic! And finally, tile stores often give me a headache, too disorganized and overwhelming with too many options. Superior Tile has just remodeled their showroom, they did a fantastic job of removing the clutter and made shopping for tile much more enjoyable. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH !…read more How do I start? In lateJune 2019 I met wIth Nika to start designing my kitchen and bath renovations. It is now January 2020 and my kitchen is still not finished due to iCabinets many their parent company MTD, manufactures of the cabinets. I'll just list the problems since there are so many: 1. Initial order incomplete missing parts, holes drilled in wrong places, hinges were not correct ones. Had to drive 3 hours to LA to get the correct hinges. Arrived home only to find Got home and they were still not right. Unreal. 2. My contractor hired a cabinet installer with 25 yEars experience and he had problems from the very first cabinet. 3. I Received doors and panels four times that were incorrect. Company sent out their employee with wrong parts again. 4 Reps from the manufactures of the hinges and draw glides, , Blum came out to see why drawers would not open and close property. It was determined that in the design stage they choose the wrong type glides for the application. 5 A total of 4 employees over 3 months came out to try to fix the problems with wrong holes drilled in cabinets, twice bringing replacements that were still wrong. 6. I had to drive 2 hours to LA to pick up parts that were forgotten. Twice using my time and gas. The biggest problem was as they sent replacement pieces,and I noticed they were not the correct color white I had ordered. It was determined that they sent the initial Cabinets to me that were not what I ordered. They were a lesser quality and the color was wrong. It was not discovered until after the cabinets were installed. I had to have an entire order of cabinets sent out and installed a second time. At my expense. I could go on and on. The bottom line is that they did not show any signs of concern , and there was never an apology, they did not take responsibility for their mistakes, and never apologized for all of the aggravation this process caused me. I was made to feel like It was my fault. My kitchen was finally finished in February, 2020. and I still have a garage full of extra doors and panels. UPDATE: The contractor who did my job showed me another job he had just finished, when I saw the kitchen cabinets were not complete. I looked at him and said I -cabinets? He said yes but never again. I found out Nika no longer works for the company, and they are still making mistakes for other customers. I write this to let others know my saga. It's you're decision to use them or not, but you have been warned. Save yourself aggravation and unpleasant dealings and go elsewhere. What should have been a fun and exciting experience turned into a horror I'm reminded of everything I open a cabinet.
