It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. The overall look around they do for your car when it comes in is appreciated, and they won't try to sell you on work you don't need then and there. I had told them this car was needed for a trip deep into Montana, and was excited to have a refreshed engine to reliably make that trip. When I received my car back, I noticed a couple bits had not been put back together correctly. Should have been a MAJOR red flag. Not only did K&S manage to crack part of my radiator, they didn't own up to it! Driving down the freeway the radiator blew the top hose from the flange they cracked. I limped the car back and they said they'd take care of it. Surprise surprise, a nice $700 bill waited for me. I love my car and I'm dissatisfied and disappointed by the level of care not taken. It's still missing multiple bolts for attaching the fans back to the new radiator, and for my hood prop. Probably because they lost them and didn't even care to use a zip tie or just tell me. I wouldn't consider coming back here for something even if it fell under the warranty. Thanks for the sh*tty work K&S! Won't be coming back!
