I use it often and trust the real feedback from people in the area. So to all my fellow yelpers, let me tell you, if you are looking for an honest mechanic who treats your car like his own, look no further! I moved to Woodlawn and was looking for a mechanic to take care of my car. An old man told me he is going to send me to a mechanic and he is so good, I will be going to him 20 years from now. Well, I went to Charlie on this man's recommendation and I have been with him close to 30 years! Everyone searches for a great doctor well this man is like finding a great doctor for your car! Since the first time I walked through his shop, I knew I was in good hands and I wouldn't go to any other mechanic in the area other than Charlie and his crew! The customer service and warm welcome you receive is second to none. He is honest and only does what is necessary for the car and nothing more! He will tell you what car to buy to keep costs down with regard to repair and just a fantastic man. There's not many people who ooh and ah over there mechanic, but I do! I have sent dozens of my friends and family to him down through the years and they all swear by him and send their friends and family! Charlie builds race cars and also teaches mechanics and this man knows what he's talking about! Within a day of getting my car back, the stabilitrak light was back at it as I was on the highway and when they picked up the car a few hours later he gave me some story about the cars engine having been power washed and the spark plug cover was washed off. Within that same week of getting my car back, I was nearly smashed by an Amazon truck right by estoy 18 on I95Non my way, coincidentally, to the shop to thank them for their work. The stabilitrak light kept flashing, the car started to choke then it stopped moving although it was on. I left the car with them and a few days later he assured me everything was 10000% A-ok. About 2-3 weeks later, the stabilitrak light starts beeping and flickering again. When I reached out yet again, he assured me it was simply a misfire and all was ok. Upon meeting Chris, I explained to him this is what would happen prior to me taking the car to him and the car had left me stranded with my toddler and I needed to be sure the car wouldn't do that again otherwise I'd take the loss rather then invest the near $11GRAND I paid him- not to mention I also paid for new brakes and it has come to light that he didn't even change my brakes at that, which leaves me to wonder what else he did not fix all though I made sure to have my payment in full to him because of his reassurances. I even sent business his way because of how kind he was. I have called and texted several times over the last few weeks and apparently he has blocked me because it goes straight to voicemail and the bubbles went from blue to green. The stabilitrak light continues to light up, and the car begins to "jerk" among a slew of other things. I share all of this to say, it's a hot Sunday, we were trying to celebrate my daughter's birthday and the stabilitrak light pops up, it says to turn off the AC- which isn't even on, and now I'm on the side of the road in a situation I specifically ask he not place me in by being honest and saying he didn't know if he could fix the car- with my child!!!! Poor service/workmanship and port etiquette in customer service don't even cover what this is. Shame on you Chris for speaking so poorly of other mechanics and shop owners about letting their egos get in the way of quality customer service and honesty when you are EXACTLY like them! I did not plan on fixing the vehicle. I made arrangements to donate it to Purple Heart so proceeds can benefit veterans. The owner Mo is trying to charge me $129 for diagnostic and $49.95 per day for storage! Mo doesn't care for people or Veterans.

When My son had an issue with a garage in Atlanta who belonged to the same organization Sals belonged to. Joe spoke with the Owner & saved him $1200.00 on work they wanted $1500.00 to replace 4 elements when he had them agree that only 1 needed to be replaced.
