I also didn't get aftercare instructions. I got them waxed at 10am and this pic was taken at 8pm. My skin is sore and red. Some say it is normal and others tell me that the wax was too hot that's why my skin was ripped. Looked nice though before the pain and redness kicked in. Hope it doesn't get infected!!

My nails look great and she was very attentive to detail. I got shellac manicure with chrome on top - looks awesome. They have a lot of shellac choices too. Only thing I would say to improve on (which is why I took one star off) is to let the customer know if prices differ for different products. When I called I was quoted $30 for a shellac manicure but when charged it was quite a bit higher -- most likely due to the chrome being more expensive, which I totally understand, but would have liked better if she had told me right away when I chose the colour. Either way, good job and I would recommend this place. It's clean, friendly and does not rush through their work - very attentive and a good experience over all. Just be up front with any change in costs so clients don't feel blindsided. They also offer waxing and massage and acupuncture although I cannot review those of yet. If I do, I will re-review. He was amazing at showing me what he would do for me, he drew in the brows and showed me what he would do. No pressure, no sales pitch. I booked there and then. Everything looks so real, and I have brows that fit my face! The salon was calm and I felt so well taken care of. Pierre took the time to really look at me and understand what I was looking for, and he made it effortless. I highly recommend the service, but more I recommend Pierre. He is a fantastic artist!

I don't like needles but Pierre is very professional, he assured everything is well taken care off. After applying a numbing cream, I felt better and less pain. Am loving my eyebrows since day one from my first visit. They are actually better than I've drawn them by myself. I don't bother to fill in my brows anymore. My friends can't tell I have my eyebrows microbladed so they do not look unnatural in any way. I love my eyebrows and continue to upkeep even though it's a couple of hundred dollars each visit.
