Been a couple times and both the dine in and pick up orders were prepared as requested and customer service was great. Sweet mild o' mine is the best flavor on the menu (thank me later) and the cheesy garlic bread is *chef's kiss*. There's plenty of TVs to watch sports, a regular and happy hour menu that aren't bad, and drinks are poured with a heavy hand. Great service and the pizza crust is delicious! However, the toppings were way too sparse. I added a variety of veggies and it was thinly sliced and not enough to even taste it. You could only taste the cheese and bread mostly. That was highly disappointing. Even if the crust is thin and can't hold a ton, I'm sure it could've held more than 6 thinly sliced peppers and onions a piece. read more

Now this place was really good. Came here with my company for dinner and it did not disappoint. I'm very particular about my pizza and wings and let me tell you, this place delivered. The pizzas were amazing and so were the wings. Beware of the I Ain't Afraid of No Ghost wings because clearly ghost peppers and I do not get along. We had a good experience here with good service. We ordered a create your own pizza with red sauce and meatball which was delicious. The Marry me chicken pizza was ok, a little bland. Overall a 4 star experience. But then the bill came.. we had ordered a salad to go and the bill showed $2 for extra dressing and .90 for a packaging fee. With this new machine you can expect the wait time to be decreased as they can bake more pies to order with the new equipment. There is a variety of pies to choose. They also have some very good entrees or side dishes. One of my favorites is Nate's Meatballs which is always consistent. A combination of zucchini | summer squash | red sauce | calabrian honey | toasty bread is an ambrosia of flavor that works its way into your palate. If you like cheese bread that don't second guess your way out of a treat. The super duper garlic cheesy bread is made with evoo | garlic | butter | mozzarella | fontina | provolone | red sauce. Love these folks of Unsukay & their spots (Local Three, Muss & Turners and now MTH) and we are big fans of their addition of a pizza spot to the list. We've been several times (pre-Covid), then got take out twice during quarantine, then this past Sun 6/28 we went and it was our first dine-in choice since March. To go a couple times during these months, the white (I think it's a 5-cheese so I've got the name shortened) and either of the meat options were winners; at the start, they didn't have the make your own options and we might try that on a next visit. The salad we had was with some apples and maybe arugula, but I think they might differ their options at times. The ricotta gelato was awesome! I was a little skeptical but wish my friend would have switched for my chocolate (which was also yummy). This past time we did the white again and also tried their limited-number-a-day Detroit pie. It's thick, square, 4 pieces, and you can add pepperoni if you really want to kick things up a notch. I've not known this was a thing (ie, not their invention) but my husband and highly skilled food critic friend both thought it was top notch. I don't always dig super thick pizza so I just had half of one piece, but did enjoy it. We took one piece home and hubs said it was great leftover. Maybe more importantly- definitely to me- is that the level of comfort I had dining in was impeccable. I knew the food would be good but I have rarely left the house in months, been incredibly careful, and have a list of only people I know in person and trust that I plan to visit any time soon. Chris, Todd and Ryan's staff was polite and clear about "please get in line to order" and "we will bring you refills in a new cup, just ask," and everyone wore masks and so on. If you are at all conservative (even more moderate) then I think you'll be pleased at what you experience here in all ways. read more

This is a perfect place to grab pizza and beer. The selection of pizzas are amazing, there is something for everyone. I started with the Cesar salad which was a true ceasar it had anchovies on it!! That made me so happy. I had the Margherita pizza which was a perfect pizza. The crust on this pizza was the perfect pizza crust. I loved how they had local brewery beers, this is truly awesome I had great customer service as well. I have been to their sister restaurants and always received great customer service along with great food. I will definitely return for more great pizza and beer. We love it here! The pizza is great (we like the hell boy pizza) and the service is quick. Claire was our server and she was polite and funny and gave a great tip to add honey to the hell boy pizza. It was delicious and we're going to do that from now on! It was raining pretty hard as we were leaving and the manager offered us an umbrella to borrow, which was really nice. I actually forgot my purse at my table and when I came back 15 minutes later to get it, I found out another server named Samantha had ran out after me (in the rain!) and tried to give it to me but I was already gone. My family and I went here on Father's Day to give my husband a chance to hang out and just chat with our kids. Though we had to wait momentarily for our pizza(and believe me it speaks to the quality of the food) the manager promptly apologized and corrected the issue as ensured us our pizza was on the way. Needless to say it was well worth the wait, as the Chicago pizza and build it your self veggie pizza we created came out amazing and we enjoyed every bit. Went here on a Sunday afternoon looking for a pizza spot with outdoor seating because we had our dog with us. I've been wanting to try this place so we stopped by. The hostess was friendly and said we could eat outside. Another staff brought out our menus and offered a water bowl for our dog which was super nice. I'm a vegetarian so was pleased to know they do allow half and half pizzas as long as the sauce is the same. We got a margherita pizza and hell boy pizza with chili sauce on the side. We almost got a Caesar salad but because I'm a vegetarian didn't get it because the sauce has anchovies in it. However, the pizza was sooo delicious, we nearly finished the whole pie. It's very reminiscent of New York style in terms of the thin crust and size of the pizza. They do offer Detroit style as well. The margherita pizza wasn't very oily and it was surprisingly light for a pizza. It was so good I had to stop myself from eating it! My boyfriend really enjoyed the hell boy pizza as well. The best part was one of the waiters (Alex) brought out chili honey to go with the pizza which was so good! He also brought out a sample of hot sauce he made with Carolina reaper and scorpion peppers. It was so delicious! It really made each bite so fun and interesting because of the selection of sauces at the table (including the chili sauce that comes with the hell boy!) Also our waitress, Sam, was super friendly and ensured we had a great experience. The staff were attentive, accommodating, and even just the small things like bringing out the water bowl for our dog and asking if we wanted to-go waters just made the experience that much better! It's overall a very chill ambiance with lots of outdoor seating and a laid back vibe inside. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely be back. Has yet to disappoint! They have some amazing salads and the pizza is great. I especially like the Detroit style, I believe it is the Motor City. My husband enjoys the Hell Boy which is spicier. We order takeout this weekend and got there right as the pizza was coming out of the oven. They were so great and let us sit down, grab some drinks, and eat it fresh and hot. We love this place and frequently order delivery or the family meal. All of their pizzas are great. I'm in love with the Call me Griorgio salad (?spelling). We haven't dined in since before the pandemic but they're customer service is great. I recently had their new wings and was disappointed that 4 of the 12 wings had undercooked portions that we couldn't eat. Came in on New Year's Eve to get some pizza with my fiancé. We came in around 6:30 and were seated immediately. There was only one other party eating in, but they were doing a TON of take out orders! Our waitress was really nice and attentive. She quickly brought us our waters and took our order when we were ready. It was so hard to pick from all the delicious options. We got the green machine - which came with pesto, sausage, mozzarella, ricotta and mushrooms. We also added caramelized onions. And I got an extra side of red sauce for dipping my crust! It took about 20 minutes for the pizza to come out since they were churning out so many to go orders! But it wasn't too long and our waitress checked on us a lot to make sure we were doing ok. My fiancé was concerned that one pizza wasn't enough for us. Oh goodness it was though. These pizzas are large! I had two pieces and he had 3 - and we still had a bunch of leftovers to bring home! So I was craving pizza this afternoon, and was in the Smyrna area so I decided to try takeout from MTH. Their website made it super easy to order online, so I went for it! I wasn't sure what to get, and wasn't feeling very creative, so I went for the classic margherita pizza. The pizza was ready in 30 minutes, which was awesome! The employee sorting through the orders was very friendly. The pizza was pretty good- you could tell that the crust was homemade and had the perfect texture, somewhere right in between crispy and doughy. Though the pizza was delicious, I probably wouldn't drive across town for it. Next time I'd probably choose one of their more unique options, like the pizza carbonara. Yum! Moved to Smyrna back in April and this is definitely the best pizza in the area. MTH is fresh, has delicious ingredients and if you ever get it delivered - it is always hot. I love the caesar salad to start - the croutons are homemade and so crunchy and good. Also - Do not ever miss out on the wings. They are (I think) roasted to perfection!! I prefer medium sauce - but these are honestly so good they would be fine extra crispy without sauce. Creature of habit here... We always either get the Margarita pizza or the detroit with pepperoni. The detroit style is always more heavy - so would recommend getting that on its own. Passed this place on a number of occasions and heard it was really good, so I ordered MTH for takeout on a busy Friday night to see if it lived up to the name. It did! We ordered wings, the super cheesy garlic bread, and gordo's motor city (Detroit style). Everything was delicious and comforting after a long week! This was my first time to MTH at Cumberland, meeting two friends there, and all three of us were very pleased with our choice to come here Sunday at noon for great pizza! We sat outside at a four-top under a table umbrella for a delightful experience, and we had great service from both the cashier and our waitress! We started with the dumplings, and I asked if they were like Asian dumplings. Nope, they are orbs of doughy goodness that are pressed and served with mushrooms, butternut squash, garlic and olive oil, and I am dreaming of some right now. These are cloud-like soft, and the veggies and garlicky oil put them over the top. I meant to order some before we left to heat up at home, but I forgot. UGH! The next time I go, I will get an order of these not to share, a salad, and tiramisu (which they were out of this time, poo), and that will keep me happy until I return again. The three of us shared three pizzas, each of us taking half home, but that is not a problem. The cashier recommended The Green Machine, one I had my eye on, and it was so unique, fresh and delicious! The pesto was just right, subtle yet so flavorful, and the toppings were fabulous: sausage, mushrooms, and fresh, light ricotta. I will serve that tonight as an appetizer for our dinner! My friends got The Funghi and The Hell Boy. The Funghi was my second choice, so I was glad to taste thatd, and it was also yummy. The roasted mushrooms gave this a great flavor, and the mozz on top was a great touch. Both the cashier and the server told us that we would love The Hell Boy if we liked spicy. OK, hint taken! With toppings that included pepperoni, calabrian salami, calabrian chili and pepperoncini, we knew that it would pack some heat and flavor, and boy did it! I didn't remember what the pepperoncini was when the pizza came out with the sliced greenery on top, but it really worked to cool our mouths, but it did nothing to stop my nose from running. This particular pizza is not for the faint of heart, but oh my gosh, it is incredible. On all of the pizzas, the crust is fabulous: high, light, and chewy/crunchy -- very hard to explainI highly recommend MTH, although I will warn you that parking is tricky at noon on the weekend!
