My complaints with the work: They used a plain black paint on a car that has a black with metal flecks. The difference in color is obvious. They didnt resolve all dents we discussed. They said they would come back within the next couple days to finish. After a month of many many follow ups in text and on yelp, they still have never come, and at this point I'm sure they never will. Don't use R&R Mobile Auto Body. I'm sure he will reply to this with something like 'Sorry for the inconvenience. We been short on staffed, we are now getting back to normal if you can reach back out to us...' Each time I was told someone would call me back. Additionally, I was told the pictures were sufficient to provide an estimate. However, no estimate was ever provided. Also sent final email to the shop and Koons Toyota asking for a response before writing my review...with no response. Basically, just ignored my request. Would have been more appropriate just to say they didn't want to honor the discounted price they would provide to Koons. So, I guess Koons Toyota of Arlington is equally responsible.
