08/29/2016- so I called Carlos on Sunday the 28th around 4pm and requested a quote to remove 3 ficus trees on the side of my house by Tuesday. Yes by Tuesday. He called me about 30 minutes later with a very fair quote. He said he was busy Monday and Tuesday, but would try and squeeze me in. I came home from work on Monday around 4pm and the trees were already cut down and 3/4 way chopped and in the trailer. They also stump grinded them 30 minutes later. I also requested he remove a few large branches I cut from the driveway and he had no problem taking care of it. When his crew was done, it looked like there was never a tree in my yard. Owner, Carlos Munguia, came over and gave me the most reasonable quote to cut down two Queen Palms in back and one Ponytail Palm and one Sago Palm in front of the house on Tuesday and the work was done on Thursday. Carlos did real good by us. We live in Tucson and were heading to Fontana to get our parents house ready for sale. They aren't living in it any more. There was a huge dead tree in the front yard and a huge - way over grown tree in the side yard. We called Carlos and he went over and looked at the place and gave us a bid that we accepted. He came the first day we arrived in Fontana. The cut the dead tree down and ground the stump down, and they trimmed up the overgrown area. The team that did the work was very professional.
