Looking a bit sketchy as it's a food truck with a permanent home next to a mini mart and auto repair shop, I drive past here almost everyday and finally decided to stop by and try them out. The staff are friendly, food is good, and they're less than 5 minutes away. I usually order carne asada fries or nachos when I'm not stopping by for $1 taco Tuesdays. The food is good; flavorful meat, fresh ingredients, but portion sizes for their normal menu items are smaller than what I'd like for the price paid, but they're close by and they fulfill the Mexican food craving. I'll keep coming back; especially for taco Tuesdays.

I love this place! We came in Saturday morning at 10:00 ish, and we had our food all ready to go in 10 minutes :) We ordered the sausage burrito, the bacon burrito, and the birria with consommé. We got a side of hot sauce as well which was WONDERFUL. It was a chipotle lovers dream. The bacon burrito and the chipotle sauce in particular was heaven, but everything was good. We are coming back!!!

Awesome service and tortillas!!! Dollar tacos on Tuesday! Crispy tripas, savory Pollo in the enchiladas, adobada and carnitas were on point. Bomb!!!

I'm a big fan of taco Tuesday here. The portion of meat on each taco is decent and they're only a dollar each! They also have these great pickled vegetables that they give you some of with every order. Like another commenter said, they could give a bit more in the way of salsa when you do a bigger order but still this is my go to taco place.

I thought this place had shut down but when I sent my husband to buy tamales, he came here. He said…read morethe place was up and running with customers. He only came here because he thought that if the tamal cost $6 then they had to be good. They were not. When I asked him where he got them and he said here, I looked it up on Yelp, who was saying they were permanently shut down. Little to no flavor. Traditional Guatemalan tamales have a slice of red bell pepper, and an olive in it, giving it more flavor but this one just had the meat and let me add that the amount of bones that were in the tamale was just absolutely unacceptable. Everyone knows that you don't put bones in tamales. The amount of times I bit into a bone or had to spit them out, made the eating process so unpleasant. I had told my husband to not come here anymore since it's so overpriced but I guess he forgot. It was just another reminder why I don't come here anymore

We ordered the churrasco chapin (grilled steak with rice, black beans, sausage and house salad) and dobladas (tortillas with beef, cabbage and onion and homemade tomato sauce). The dobladas were yummy and hefty but not too heavy. The churrasco wasn't bad, lots of food. Food comes out relatively fast and is a little more on the pricey side.

The long: steak culture is incredibly mundane and steakhouses themselves often overcommit and underdeliver. Vue has cracked the code bringing flavor to steak houses. They go beyond the traditional salt and pepper approach and introduce Mexican and Hmong flavors in their dishes. If haven't had the honor of dining in a home from either culture, you're in for a treat. I personally like their New York strip Their family love can be felt in the decor, the interactions, the attention to the customers and the food. For me these were flavors and the culture of care I grew up with. So I'm exited for their success, mark my words they will be the best steakhouse in Washington in the next 2 years. They're working with something special here.

The potato side was fantastic as were the peppers. Others enjoyed the shared plate of steak, pork chop and sausage. Flavorful and perfectly cooked. Smoked old fashions were terrific as were the spicy senioritas. Affogato was divine! Service was attentive and friendly. Prices were reasonable for the size of dishes you get. We were very happy with everything and will be back!
