    Don't make the mistake we did & go with any other pool company!…read more John starts as a nice guy and as we signed everything, gave the deposit his attitude went from nice to a horrible attitude. Every time we ask a question, it's like we are a nuisance. He lies about start dates, if I could do it over again I would go with another company. Get more quotes and go with someone else! Not worth the disrespect and unprofessionalism when your spending $65k and the promises he makes will all change. Pool installation FINALLY BEGAN 2 months after pool was supposed to be ready to swim on July 4th. One excuse after another from the start. The entire process has been a headache and unpleasant experience. John ordered the wrong size liner - put us back another 2 weeks, John ordered the wrong color pavers put us back another week. Then more problems with the auto cover. One issue onto another and still giving us problems. Our pool is still not finished the automatic cover is not installed because once again didn't order it on time. We signed everything may 1 to begin digging Memorial day. Pool was supposed to be ready for swimming around July 4 it is now August 28th pool is not done and lots of mistakes. They ripped our electric line to our patio lights when digging, we haven't had our lights fixed, it's been over a month. New update: It is now oct 1 and our pool is still not complete they haven't given us an orientation on how anything works. They also haven't finished the landscaping around the pool, the cover just was installed the last week of September. Pieces off ladder broke, a person slipped on stairs broke his elbow open. One of their workers cut our patio lights wire and which was done before we even decided to get a pool and now we have no patio lights. We signed the contract May 1. So unprofessional and they have not even reached out in the last month to let us know what is going on and when it will be completed. Beware of John and his empty promises! Update oct 19 still no response from this company we have emailed and called. Pool has not been closed out - things are broken, the electrical on our patio was cut from one of their workers. We haven't had our orientation, final inspection and our pool hasn't been completed - NO RESPONSE!

We first visited the Mokena store for a free water sample test, and the staff there were incredible. They carefully explained what chemicals we needed, why we needed them, and gave us clear, step-by-step directions on how to use them. They even walked us through what to look out for in case any issues came up before our instructional visit. A few days later, Daniel came out for our in-home instructional visit, and he was outstanding -- patient, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. He walked us through every aspect of pool care and maintenance in a way that made sense to us as complete beginners. It's clear why he's considered one of the best! A special shout-out to Wendy, Manager of Customer Relations/Maintenance, who's been so kind and helpful, guiding us along the entire process. Even though we have a pool store just five minutes away, the Mokena location (about a 30-minute drive for us) is absolutely worth it for the level of service, professionalism, and care they provide. I expressed to them that this was still within the 3 year warranty period to which I was told these items weren't included. Well, after a month or so I get an email that I was due a refund for repairs minutes a heater repair. Now, the heater maintenance was required-I was told by Caribbean because of the said breakdown that was covered under warranty. It took some arguing but I eventually received a refund for the work. This refund came with a snarky response stating that they would do this as a courtesy but wouldn't ever do it again for me. Here we are again at last years closing their tech lost a plastic eye for our tanning ledge jets. I know this for two reasons one I have cameras and saw him remove it. Two, it worked properly the night before they closed it. I told them about this at closing without response. Come opening I remind them and get a response that they will cover it but I have to be home from now on for all work they conduct on the premises. I remind them I have cameras and can see everything that happens around my home. Their response I will attach. Remember this story and experience when making your choice for a pool. Thank you Carribbean for your reply. Your reply only proves the disconnection with your policies and customer service. The warranty work described was from 2021 and 2022 during the 3 year warrenty phase. The plastic bubble was lost by your employee and then attempted to be sold to me this year. My filter doesn't work right again due to a poor opening. I took matters into my own hands and fixed it myself this year as I can no longer trust Carribbean as a pool company. Anyone wondering what kind of business they are-I hope you read their response and my statements here. They really show their colors in their response. We're very happy with our new spa and would highly recommend All Seasons for anyone's pool or spa needs. While every one of our interactions with the All Seasons team was positive, special shout out to Tom Sekulski. He has been an exceptional primary contact to work with and helped us work through the entire project, including a mid-project design change. The construction crew was also very easy to work with and with any project, there are always surprises. The crew was communicative and great about addressing questions and making suggestions. Crew made a great suggestion for lighting to enhance the hardscape that really looks amazing. Truly exceptional experience and we highly recommend this business!

    I have an inground pool, which I purchased from All Seasons, and have had service for years from…read morethem, even up to this point. They opened the pool for me last month and I noticed small air bubbles coming from one of the returns, long story short I turned the pool off last night and had several gallons of water shooting up from the skimmer in the deep end and heard a hissing sound. I tried restarting the pool and it took a little more time to clear out the bubbles through the sight glass but it did. I called this morning and stated I would like to have it checked out before something goes really bad. I told the girl on the phone I could make the problem happen, just by turning the pool off and they would see it and hear the issue. I know they are busy we always have to wait a long time. I am not rude, just asking if it is safe to use because they won't look at it for two weeks. I am 7 miles from them and they said two weeks. During the process of building the pool, I had to wait days of ,well he's on vacation, or someone called in sick and so on. This could end up costing thousands to repair. I have spent close to 60 to 70,000 dollars with them I am in Homerglen and they wouldn't even give my family 15 minutes to look at the issue. I think A customer is entitled to at least that. Craig
