It was delicious and seasoned right! You can't get that anywhere. My waitress Deyanira was awesome and she made my night . We laughed and she gave me food recommendations. Great place in the middle of Duncanville! The owner and staff are really friendly. It's a really comfortable setting. They have heaters outside for the winter cold which is an added plus! I really enjoy the baby burger and fries, which is filling enough for me. The truffle parm and/or the bacon cheese fries, AND the Brussels sprouts are also really good. They also have a variety of ciders and mixed drinks which is great for me(including Bishop Cider Co occasionally)! read more

I found this place here on Yelp and was dying to try it. And It lived up to what I had hoped! It was the best burger I've had since the candied bacon cranberry jam and feta aioli burger from Tycoon Flats in San Antonio Texas. It was so good in fact that I actually almost got into a car accident on the way home because I couldn't stop eating it! I'm not proud of my actions but if I'm being honest it was still a pleasant experience thanks to that awesome burger! I had the bacon burger double with cheddar added roasted jalapeños and avocado. It was definitely flavorful although I did still add salt. Burger was huge though and I actually had to take one patty out and give it to my dog son. I honestly may eat there again today. read more

I've been in five times trying to support my local cafe/bar and every time they were only serving from 1/2 of the taps available. Always out of at least 4 of the draft beers. Very disappointing since they advertise their support of local craft beers. I can just stay home if I want to drink Budlite, or corona from a can. Come on you guys step up your game. I took my friend for the first time and told him we were in for a treat because the burgers were really good but the service was hot or miss. We ordered the Mudhook Standard that boasted "Akaushi Wagyu Beef from Heartbrand Farms in Flatonia, Texas. This is Texas-raised Japanese Red Cattle in an 8 ounce patty with thick cut bacon". We both ordered the same thing as a explained that this should be really good quality meat. Well to my surprise the meat patty was CRUNCHY, the rest of the ingredients were super fresh but I've never had a crunchy Wagyu patty before. I guess there's a first for everything.
