I…read moregrabbed a new harness for him, they had plenty of options but I found one that felt comfy for him. I also got a name tag engraved with the machine they have off to the side. They also have salon services here, I booked his appointment online. It was his first time here so I got him a puppy bath that takes about 1.5-2 hours, Julie was his groomer. She made him all nice and clean and then sprayed him with puppy perfume when we picked him up. The other groomers were welcoming and very helpful with all the questions we had about the process.

He had never been there for over 3 1/2 hours at this point it was almost going to be five hours. And they tell me oh he's not ready we are really behind and I'm looking on the floor and there's at least five different types of haircuts hair on the floor just a disaster a mess everywhere And she tells me oh he's not ready it's probably gonna be another hour or so and I told her are you serious wow I did not hear my dog bark since they had them locked up in the back So I just left outside to wait for him A whole hour and 15 minutes after I go in and they were calling me as I was opening the door and still a mess everywhere. I just saw two girls working there not sure if there was any other ones in the back. There's absolutely no excuse for the grooming area to be that disgusting They should be fired. Someone needs to be accountable. I'm sure I'm not the only one that thinks that after seeing such a mess, I wanted to take a photo of all the hair that was on the floor because it was unbelievable didn't wanna be rude and snapped the photo in front of them But management can go back to the date of Friday, February 6 Can you imagine how the back is? I will never bring my dog here ever again, and my dog has been coming here since about three years ago. If I could, I would not even even one star I still tip the girl, but she did not cut my dog's hair the right way I don't even believe she is a groomer He did not smell good and he was itching his bottom literally that night that I brought him home they must have not cleaned them good I hope they really see this review because they need to really get their together

    I've been a repeat customer at Earthwise in Valencia for nail trims, and my family has also brought…read moretheir dogs here regularly. Unfortunately, after today's experience, they've officially lost our business. I brought my dog in for a nail trim, something I've done consistently in the past. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and abruptly turned us away, stating that I needed to provide my dog's rabies vaccination. To be very clear, the request for vaccination is not the issue I completely understand the importance of safety, liability, and preventing potential incidents. The issue is the inconsistency and the attitude. Just before Christmas, I brought my other dog in for a nail trim and was never once asked for any vaccination records. They took my dog without question. Today, I was told there is no record of my dog ever being in their system, which is simply not true. What you require for one customer should be required for all. Earthwise has never asked me, my mother, or my sister for vaccination records, despite all of us bringing our dogs here for nail trims, grooming, and other services multiple times. Suddenly enforcing a rule without consistency or courtesy is unacceptable. Poor customer service and selective enforcement of policies have cost Earthwise the business of my entire family. Very disappointing experience from a place we once trusted.

No matter how simple or complicated the issue, he always takes the time to answer with patience, clarity, and genuine enthusiasm. He helped me set up my 20-gallon long heavily planted community tank from the ground up and even guided me through setting up a hospital tank when I needed one. His advice and expertise have been invaluable every step of the way. You can tell immediately that the aquatics department at this Petco is different. It's beautiful, meticulously maintained, and every tank is absolutely pristine, including the saltwater systems. The health and quality of the fish reflect the care and effort Lupe puts into his work every day. Thank you, Lupe, for giving me the knowledge and opportunity to allow my tanks to thrive. Every time I visit this store, I end up waiting 10-15 minutes before anyone in the grooming salon even acknowledges me. 1. When the groomers are in the back bathing a dog, there is no window or visibility, so they have no idea customers are waiting. 2. One groomer actually saw me waiting and kept knocking on the wall to get someone's attention, but the others had earplugs in, so no one responded. 3. An older gentleman with a cane was waiting in front of me, clearly uncomfortable, and still no one acknowledged either of us. If PETCO cares about customer service, here are some simple solutions: * Hire a receptionist to schedule appointments and check customers in. * Install a Ring door alert so groomers can see when someone walks in. * Add an inexpensive wireless camera/monitor so staff can see the lobby at all times. * If staff take too long to acknowledge customers, offer a complimentary service as a courtesy. It's unacceptable to treat customers this way. My time is valuable, and I can't keep coming in without knowing when someone will finally check me in. When I knock on the glass door after waiting 15 minutes, the staff get upset--as if I'm the problem. This is very poor customer service, and I hope my feedback reaches someone who will actually fix it. Right now, it feels like the store is choosing to ignore the issue. I will be sharing this experience on every platform I can.

    I stopped in here on the recommendation of another pet store. I was looking for fancy pet mice and…read morethey suggested Petsmart. I said, "They only seem to have white mice..." and the lady told me that this store actually had black colored fancy pet mice. She'd just been there the day before. So I drove over and lo and behold, they had three fancy mice - one white one with slightly long fur, and two mice that were black and white. The two black and white mice didn't look to be in tip top health though, with both appearing to be sort of hunch-backed. Even so, I asked to see one of them, and got to hold her, and decided to bring her home as a friend for my calico mouse. The staff was very compassionate about the mice and assured he she would quarantine the other black and white one (who looked significantly less well) and have their vet take a look at her. She also confirmed I was only looking for a mouse as a pet, and not for some other purpose. I had to enter my name, address, phone number and email into their system to purchase this mouse. I didn't love that part, but I guess I understand their concern when selling live pets. Overall the store was clean, the pets I saw looked to be in good health (except for these two mice, one of which I did end up buying). The staff I interacted with were all friendly and professional. I was also assured they had a 2 week period where I could return the mouse if she was truly unwell or if she didn't get along with my other mouse or something.

He was very patient in helping us apply, which only took a couple minutes and his positive attitude made us feel welcomed and comfortable.
