I'm a big fan of MUJI since 2019. The design is clean, simple and considerate. Every time I use their product I can find the details that's really root in customer experience. I usually buy personal care tools from MUJI. Such as nail clippers, brush, and eyelash curler. It's cheap and exceed the value I'm paying for. Usually I spent $100 per visit. Will keep supporting MUJI!

I love coming to Muji for small stationary knick knacks as well as browsing through their clothing section and kitchenware section. The moment you step into Muji, you're immediately enveloped in strong and calming scents usually being misted throughout the store by their humidifier. Immediately past their humidifier station they have an assortment of bathroom necessities as well as stationary. I typically find myself here when the new school year starts and I have to stock up on paper, pens, and pencils again. Muji carries high quality paper and writing utensils that I live and breathe by. I love carrying a stack of their loose leaf paper and their low center of gravity mechanical pencil. It is definitely my absolute favorite mechanical pencil ever. In addition to stationary, their kitchenware and appliances are top tier. The sleek and small design makes it optimal to preserve space, an essential for small homes/apartments or in general as the clean design is hard to pass on. Overall, Muji is definitely a great place to shop for home essentials. Their products are made exceptionally well and have yet to disappoint:)

Great customer service. Quality of linen and warehouse material. Beautiful items to decorate house, kitchen, bathroom and others. A little pricey but excellent materials.

Very excited to come to a muji store. Which sells austere Japanese household items. I purchased some pens but I can't wait to purchase more household items online. My gripe is that they are not always selling what they are advertising. Some of the colored pens on display are very very different than what is being sold. This also goes for packs of pens which are on display but not even sold through the entire store or on the web for that matter. I bought 3 packs of black 0.38 pens, a couple of highlighters, A couple of multicolored pens (only size 0.7 though) and scissors. It was about $70.

MUJI is a Japanese shop that offers household goods, decor, clothing wear, makeup, lotions, stationery, pens/pencils, and snacks. I actually prefer this location over than than SoHo's, as the items seem to be laid out more strategically and in a more organized way. I absolutely love playing around with their cute stamps (especially the rib-cage tank and the T-shirt!; you can actually use these on purchased stationery/books to personalize it) and checking out their home items (love their toothbrush holder!). My most recent favorite product is their Body Fit Cushion - it's a bean bag but it is SO soft and super comfortable! Probably one of the best bean bag chairs I've had a pleasure to sit on! It comes in a variety of colors, and the covers are included! We stopped by to pick up some bathroom accessories as well as pair of umbrellas. Great place to check out to stock up on stuff at great prices. +Japanese goods at reasonable prices +Body Fit Cushion :D +friendly staff :D

If I can give it a negative star, I will. Bought a humidifier, final sale, yes, but with a oke year warranty. last 1 week, then stopped working. Basically On and off. Understand its a final sale, called the store manager and explained what's the issue, the manager said, yes, bring it back and we will return it. So I went to the store, first a staff asked me 5 questions trying to justify that, oh it still works, since when you found out its not working, how did you use it, did you wait for a few minutes, balabala. Then they said they need to test it out... wow! Since when store staff became the technician to determine if a humidifier is broken or not?? Of course it works now, but it won't after 15 minutes, and I won't wait there like a dummy until it breaks... Left the machine there and gave up. That's not the way you do business. terrible.

I'm must really be that simple for this 5 Star review but I really don't care. For starters, the store was clean. Everything was in order and nothing seemed out of place and I was all over the place looking and liking. With a high traffic location and affordable goods, I was surprised and how nice the store looked. It was not messy. The ambiance was right too. It smelled nice but not overpowering. I can't remember what they were using but it was just right. The music was not too loud neither. It was just there. Some places do too much with their play lists and that makes me want to get in and out. I am for anyplace selling me a cardigan in Spring and Summer. If I can do that I'm happy with life. After picking out my cardigan I checked out some of the other clothes and found them to be sleek and stylish. As someone that came of age when brands and logos were stamped all over baggy clothes, I love the Japanese minimalism which I am sure is probably passé over there but it works for me here. And then I purchased some kelp to snack on and a bath sponge off G.P. I know the items aren't the best quality but sometimes plain things go a long way for simple people. MUJI!

When I was at work a few weeks ago, an office assistant and I were talking about pens (I'm not sure how we got there) and she asked if I have ever been to MUJI. She wrote me a post-it note saying "get the .25 black pens, they are life" and she wasn't kidding. They really are life. MUJI is so neat, clean, minimalistic and quality. I love stationery so I dashed right to that section. I love it. I purchased three of the .25 mm pens (one for myself, one for sis, another for a friend), a 0.5 mm mint pen, and a pack of black 0.5 gel pens. Maybe I shouldn't share this on here or have shared via Instagram because they had ZERO BLACK .25 mm pens today when I went to purchase two more of those .25 mm pens and the pack of 0.5 pens :( I got the dark blue .25 ones. The power and control you exhibit when you write with it is incredible. The clothing section looks really nice, comfy, and stylish. They have flannel, vests, comfy sweaters, and jackets (a bit pricey though). Will definitely be coming back to visit the whole store and get more pens in the near future :)

Stop and read this review if you want the best possible experience finding pieces that make you…read morefeel absolutely exquisite. I'm writing this review in order, starting with Tiffany, who honestly should be considered as the next owner or at minimum manager of this establishment. The grace, knowledge, and care she brought to this experience completely blew me away. I spent two and a half hours in this store and left with pieces I genuinely would have kept myself up at night regretting if I'd walked away without them. First, let's talk about Tiffany, because she made this entire experience, and then I'll talk about the products. Before that, something needs to be said. Corsets and pieces in this store are meant for events. For being seen. For adorning yourself and feeling beautiful in the world. They are not just for intimate moments behind closed doors, and it's time we stop thinking that way. You deserve to feel incredible, and this is the place to go. Tiffany I spent two and a half hours in this store. Tiffany was the first to greet me. She was always present when I needed her, yet I never once felt pressured. After I chose my first pieces, corsets, I spent most of the time in the dressing room, and Tiffany was there for everything, collaborating with me in the most thoughtful way. She taught me how to lace a corset and let me try it myself, which is no small task, but she was always right there to help. She was honest, genuine, and never salesy. The reason I walked away with so much is simple. She didn't have to push a thing. The quality of this store speaks for itself. She was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing details about a limited edition piece, one of only 15 in the country, and explaining how this brand created corsets for Beyoncé's Renaissance team. And she was absolutely right. The corset I purchased is the most comfortable, flexible, and beautiful piece I've ever worn. I can breathe, move, exist. I could honestly wear it all day and sleep in it, and I look incredible. I never felt rushed. Tiffany's timing was perfect. She was present when I needed help and stepped back when I didn't. She even brought my partner and me water. As a queer couple, we felt completely comfortable, welcomed, and celebrated the entire time, which meant more than I can express. For context, we were supposed to go to The Metropolitan Museum of Art that day, but this experience with Tiffany at Agent Provocateur was better than The Met so we skipped our booked entry time to the museum entirely. She listened. She was thoughtful. She was warm. Truly, Tiffany is a wonderful human being who should be highly favored in any room she walks into. If you want to know what it feels like to be a princess, cared for, guided, and pampered by another woman who genuinely wants you to feel your best, this is it. The Products Bikinis. Mature. Elegant. Beautiful. Chain pieces. Absolute dream pieces. I am now planning a trip to the Caribbean because I have always wanted a chain dress, and the one here was stunning. Any woman wearing it would look like a goddess. Corsets. An incredible selection. I loved all four I tried on. I had to make thoughtful decisions balancing desire with fiscal reality. At the very last moment, I was torn between two pieces. Tiffany said one thing that helped me make the decision that was genuinely right for me and ensured I chose the piece I would have regretted leaving behind. The pricing is a dream and absolutely fair for the quality you receive. I walked away with four pieces, and I am completely in love with every single one. Not a single regret. The Goodbye The bag and packaging you leave with are to die for. So beautiful that you cannot help but smile walking through the streets and taking the subway home, knowing what is inside that gorgeous bag. I was given clear instructions for my corset, which made me feel even more cared for and confident in my purchase. Tiffany even made sure to open the door for us when we were leaving, which honestly melted my heart. I had to give this woman a hug, because in two and a half hours she became my friend. How could women not bond in an experience like this? We brushed right up against closing time, yet I never once felt rushed. We were always exactly on time with Tiffany, and the entire experience felt intentional, calm, and complete. This is how retail experiences should feel every single time. Do yourself a favor and find Tiffany at Agent Provocateur. I do not live in NYC, but after the care, time, and intention Tiffany brought to this experience, paired with the quality of the products themselves, I can confidently say I will travel and work exclusively with Tiffany and Agent Provocateur in the future. That is how you create a lifelong, loyal client.
