When I was close I saw it was a residential area. I normally would never go to someone's house for this, but I did it anyway. JJ was really nice, and she had an entire room turned into a lash studio. It was my first time getting these lashes so it look 1 hour from start to finish. The burned like the devil at the end, but luckily that feeling went away after 10 min. When you go to Rosie's you are always guaranteed to get Rosie's excellent service every time. I am very particular about my pedicures and Rosie does a fantastic job. I always get the Spa Pedicure ($35), which has extra scrub with massage to start. What I love about Rosie's pedicures are her attention to detail when grooming the cuticles. For a small place, she also has a large array of current nail polish colors. Most importantly, the polish lasts for weeks. Rosie does have a large clientele so it is imperative to book in advance. That is the only downside to frequenting a place with one technician. I guess that quality is worth it though. Rosie is lovely. She cares about her customers and does her best to accommodate them. I find it very easy to text with Rosie regarding appointments. I just get pedis, but of course Rosie does manicures, including gels as well as nail art. She also provides other services such as waxing and eyelash extensions. I am a newbie with Rosie, but many of her customers have been with her and followed her for many years. She answered all my Q's and thankfully had brown lashes (in several shades) I was comfortable during the apt and she took her time to remove the previous lashes. No warning on the upsell .I didn't ask for the master stylist or the full BLACK lashes. No warning on the extra 30 dollars for the 'master stylist' or the 30 extra for 'volume'lashes-Snotty young girl at the counter. She was playing with a necklace in her mouth .They try to make you join the club to get discounts, but they really just want to get a hold of your credit card so they could charge you every month.

Their rates are fair for those interested in getting lashes done for the first time especially. After my second visit, on April 10th, I had experienced irritation and had decided to call and inquire about canceling my membership on April 25th. Upon calling, the woman I spoke to simply gave me an email to contact regarding the closing of my account. I sent the email on that day. I've heard nothing in response, no automated email reply, no phone call or anything to confirm the receipt of my cancellation. However, yesterday (May 8th) I received what seemed to be a text reminder asking me to confirm my next appointment, to which I responded no and to which they asked if I wanted to reschedule. I told them no and informed them that I had submitted a request via the email provided to me, to which they did not respond. Today, (May 9th) I have received a bill for another month of the membership and I went ahead and called again. When prompted of the situation, the woman who answered the phone told me to reach out to the email that they had originally provided, to which I explained that I did almost over a month ago. She continued to try to explain to me that the charge was meant to be taken out on April 20th and perhaps it was pending in my bank account, but I had seen nothing beyond this date. About 20 minutes after this phone call, the 'automated text service' responded saying "ok we cancel your membership right now" I found the methods of communicating through texts to be unprofessional and that while they promise you that you can cancel the membership at any time, I found the whole process to be very difficult in terms of getting some type of response or progress done. I find it very unprofessional that I send my request to the provided email and receive a badly-worded text message only after the fact that I complained that it would be canceled.

I was very pleased with my eyebrows she provided a hint of tint which I'm not a fan of, but they didn't look un-natural. Place is chic nice decor and clean. I had a good experience and I will be going back for some other services.
