I've tried Mulberry's a few times and cannot in good faith recommend them. They burned one of my husband's shirts, but I didn't notice for a few months as it went straight in the closet. In the meantime, I dropped off a woll cardigan and it returned to me with a hole and loose stitching in the shoulder. Unfortunately I will have to find another dry cleaner :( read more

We were loyal customers for years with generally positive experiences - until we brought in a white silk dress that came back destroyed: blue ink stains, rips at the hem and armpit, and abrasions throughout. Worse than the damage was the customer service. We were strung along for months, misled about the reimbursement process (which never materialized), and ignored - even after escalating to corporate. Just by supplying wooden hangers, which I've asked not to utilize as they are, in bulk, too heavy to transport to car and home (the theme of lipstick on a pig comes to mind-they're just clothes) is overfill and marketing scheme to just charge more. Obvious that your paying staff minimal wages by the "talent" behind the desk. Since buyout of local cleaner I gave Mullberry a chance but moving on. read more

I had an emergency alteration fix needed for my son's football brace. I walked in at 8 AM and Charles fixed it on the spot! I was in a big panic since my son was leaving same day for a big game and cannot play without it. Not only did Charles fix it right away since my son needed this brace the same afternoon, he didn't even charge me!!! In fact he even offered me coffee!! That is what customer service should be like all the time, hopefully surrounding neighborhood businesses will take note because he made a Mulberry's customer out of me! Stumbled upon Mulberry's when I was trying to find a dry cleaning service that didn't use the PERC solvent. I called to inquire. Rachel was pleasant to talk to and provided me with information from her manager that they use the K4 method (no gross smell like the PERC solvent many dry cleaners use). I brought in two two piece suits, two dress shirts, and two dresses. The text message notifications that my order was complete were not correct. I really wanted to like this service. I tried Mulberry's for the first time this week. Unfortunately, whoever cleaned my coat damaged it. While the stain on the inside of the jacket is gone, there is now a new, huge dark stain on the outside of the jacket. Also, it looks like someone fried the fabric on the outside of the jacket. It used to be soft. Now it's piling/damaged. It is so upsetting to look at. I don't think whoever cleaned this took much care or consideration into handling the garment. This is not a $10 t-shirt. This is an expensive wool winter jacket. I am very disappointed with what's happened here. The delivery time also did not match what was promised in the app. The app also takes a while to load. I've reached out to customer service and hopefully someone will get back to me. read more

I went in today to drop off dry cleaning and met the tailor, Charles. I asked him if he could put a patch on a ball cap and he said no problem. This doesn't sound like a big deal, but I had been to 4 other shops and they couldn't be bothered because it was too much of a "pain". In terms of the dry cleaning, everything came out as you'd expect for a full suit with spare shirt within a business day. They were also nice enough to offer me a 20% discount for being a first time customer. The customer service, however, was a bit slow both times entering the store. There were small errors on their system setting up my profile, and major freezing errors attempting to process my credit card after picking up my items. I needed a new zipper on jeans, I almost fell over when told the price was $30 but figured the service would be worth that amount but it was not the case. The zipper itself was so difficult to pull up and worse to unzip it felt like an old used POS that was just laying around. The job was also NOT completed and there is a gap at the bottom of zipper placement hanging open showing more than I was ok with. Im so pissed!! I am waiting for a response about the proper repair or a full refund to be done at another place. I maybe would of been more accepting had it not been for the remark of the employee when dropping pants off, "the price is because of the difficultly involved".
