First rooftop bar in the Wesley Chapel neighborhood. Although not the greatest views, it's definitely a nice little set up in the Marriott Residence Inn. You can definitely drink and unwind. The music is diverse. All ages are welcomed, especially those with families (which is a plus). The cocktails are also well made and aesthetically pleasing. I didn't feel like I was consuming juice. I really didn't have much to eat other than the spinach artichoke dip. But I would recommend here if you want a different vibe from any of the restaurants in the area.

Pre gamed my Friday at the Skybox Rooftop Bar Residence Inn at Wiregrass- great way to kick off the weekend!! They've got a menu full of the perfect bar nibbles to enjoy while you wet your whistle! I suggest the Loaded Kettle Chips and Spinach & Artichoke Dip w/ Pita Chips like I enjoyed tonight! If you like enjoying your Funky Buddha with Bavarian Pretzels with Beer Cheese and the Cheers - "where everyone knows your name" feel this is the place for you! And they've got a great selection of bourbons like Macallan and Woodford Reserve! Andrea will take good care of you and make sure you don't leave thirsty! And for funsies Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thirsty Thursdays you can play Shoot Your Shot and try to land a basket from the rooftop bar! If you make the basket (unlike me!) - you win shots for the whole bar!! I met lots of happy patrons at the bar, a few fun regulars and a few staycation-ers!! This spot will fast become a neighborhood hang! If you're in the area or looking for a place to get away for the weekend- def check out the Skybar Rooftop Bar at Residence Inn at Wiregrass! Side note- right now the rooftop bar is closed Mondays and Tuesdays. But always call ahead so you don't hold hours against a brand new establishment in a review cause that's not cool ;)

We were thinking inside the box ... inside the Skybox Rooftop bar that is . Located high atop the Residence Inn hotel on the fourth floor overlooking the many soccer fields of Wiregrass Sports Complex . A quaint , cozy space with a choice to sit and relax inside or out . We were greeted within moments of arrival with a warm smile from Tori as she mixed our cocktails . A Soccer themed cocktail menu we ordered the nothing but net and the basket toss. We enjoyed these as we watched the sun escape the sky with live music enhancing the atmosphere. A small menu offering small bites , salads, wrap's , kids options and ending with dessert . We grazed on the Wedge Caesar salad and BBQ pulled pork wrap. The salad was crisp and garnished with hard boiled egg, red onion, bacon, shaved Parmesan cheese and chicken breast that we opted to add . The wrap had shredded smoked bbq pork over coleslaw and dill pickles - the actual wrap was grilled that packed a crunch . Very enjoyable inviting bar. We were checked on by several staff and noticed that others were as well . Great place to unwind and take in the air while indulging in a few cocktails and light meal . Will be returning to " kick around " some more of Tori's cocktails and snacks!

I didn't go in 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic, was happy to get back in 2022...but the place had changed. There were very few beers on tap then, and the whole vibe was off in some hard-to-define way. It seemed dingier, dimmer, sadder. It even had a sort of weird, musty odor. I didn't return until I took a chance last week, right after Christmas--and the good Brass Tap back! The place was lively, well-lit, and while the tap list still isn't the monster from days gone by, it's nothing to sneeze at. (As far as I can tell, they have 30 taps; the Carrollwood location has 60, which is what I dimly remember at this location, too, last decade.) I don't know whether they had a management/ownership change in the interim, but it's a place I want to go back to again now. The Brass Tap doesn't serve food, and the BBQ place right next door that used to be run by the same folks shut down during the pandemic--but they have menus from Grillsmith, one of Wiregrass's other restaurants, there now. Unlike most beer-only bars, they've always had table service, and they've always been attentive. While it's a little too far for me to become a true "regular," it looks like a great place to go to with friends--or, if you're a misanthropic writer like me, to camp out with your laptop and have a couple beers while telling yourself you're working on a soon-to-be-bestselling novel.

This was my first time using Toast. Typically I use OpenTable or Yelp but they were not available on there to make a reservation unfortunately. Parking was plentiful between the lot and street parallel parking. All the parking was free! Once seated, we were greeted by our fantastic server, Neli. She was absolutely amazing! Very personable & friendly! I ordered the More Cheese Flatbread and a side of Breakfast Potatoes. The More Cheese is a flatbread topped with garlic sauce, mozzarella, Gouda, white cheddar, parmesan, fried parsley, and crushed red pepper flakes. I asked for mine without red pepper flakes. For the Breakfast Potatoes, I questioned if they had peppers in them. Neli and the kitchen made sure they did not put them in. Both were absolutely delicious! The flatbread was perfectly cheesy, the crust was thin and not hard, and the fried parsley was a great addition! The Breakfast Potatoes were crispy and I loved the flaky sea salt on them! Ended up having enough for leftovers, which was my dinner that night and just as good at home as it was at the restaurant. Would definitely come back and recommend.

Walking in, the space is beautiful. The lighting fixtures really stand out and give the restaurant a stylish, inviting ambiance. The staff was warm, attentive, and provided great service throughout the evening, which made the experience more enjoyable. I did enjoy both appetizers and dinner, but wasn't impressed by the drinks. I did notice wine tasting in the back room. Even though it's a bit of a drive for me, I would come back to check that out. There's plenty of parking, which is always a plus.

The food options on Happy Hour menu were very good, particularly the Quesadilla and Prime Rib sliders. My wife loved the arancini balls as well and shrimp tempura was solid. From a drinks perspective my wife tried the sangria flight and it was a great option with 4 different types of sangria with more hits than misses. Happy Hour overall was a great option but wish it went until 6 (ends at 5:30, which is a bit early). We will definitely be back.

Service was acceptable though, not great. Lady kept forgetting things for us. My friend wanted so coffee with non dairy milk and waitress didn't even know if they offer it, she had to go ask and said they do not. When we asked for tiramisu , she said we are likely out because we were out yesterday. But then she went to check and they indeed had it. How come she doesn't know what is on a menu. I had a grouper sandwich that was pretty good and side salad was pretty good. I asked for olive oil and vinegar and waitress again said she doesn't know if that possible. Which is the weirdest response. I didn't ask for anything unique. She then said they will do it and proceeded to bring me something different. Ambience is very nice and upscale, definitely one of the best places on the Wesley Chapel. Unfortunately the service wasn't great and I think it's time to offer non dairy options.
