Malibu Farm was cool for dinner. Very nice staff. Indoor and outdoor seating available…read more I ordered the chicken burger which unfortunately has pork mixed into the chicken. I'm not anti pork just wanted the option to remove the bacon if I didn't want it but I digress. It was yummy and came with mashed potatoes that had broccoli mixed in. Interesting combo but really good. Sister had some type of vegan bowl and she had shrimp added on the side. The shrimp smelled like FISH. Fresh seafood should never smell like fish. Cooked fish shouldn't even smell like fish lol. She had it sent back, no issue. They offered her new shrimp but that one smelled and tasted the same so they just removed it. Also ordered Frosé which was good too.

Context is everything…read more We booked a seven day vacation at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos. We have now had six meals at Malibu Farm and still have three days left of our trip. I am thankful Malibu Farm is a dining option (there are only two other restaurants on property). The food is good in quality and the service is great (as with everywhere else at Nobu hotel). What I wish they would fix some minor things. 2 scrambled eggs is $4, but a little cheese in those eggs? $3.50. Ask for filtered still water, get served bottled water at a $11 price. Look at menu online, show up and get a printed menu with increased prices. This is a nice restaurant, but probably not when it's twice a day for a week. Update: added a star to the previous review because the manager Gustavo went out of his way to make the rest of our visits the best they could be.

I'll tell you right now if you're anywhere near Cabo and you skip Los Tres Gallos, you messed up…read more This place sits right in downtown but once you walk inside boom beautiful courtyard, lights hanging everywhere, and a mariachi band that doesn't just play music... they attack your table with joy. I'm talking the kind of band that makes you want to order another margarita just so you can clap along like you suddenly grew up in Guadalajara. And the food? Real-deal Mexican classics mole, enchiladas, chile rellenos big flavors coming out of a kitchen that knows what it's doing. Now let's talk about the chips and salsa, because I didn't come here to play games. Some restaurants give you chips like they're doing you a favor three chips and a little salsa like it's a museum sample. Not here. These chips show up ready to party. Crunchy, warm, and the salsa hits you like, "Hola amigo, welcome to flavor." Add the incredible service and that mariachi band floating through the courtyard and suddenly dinner turns into a whole event. Honestly, this place was one of the highlights of my Cabo trip and my socks? Yeah... they're still somewhere on the floor from those chips and salsa.

Environment was nice up until the flies swarm your food and staff does nothing about it!…read more Happened on 2026-04-12 at 6pm, lovely evening, the restaurant has a nice environment and food came out quick. But that was the end of the positive things as a swarm of flies quickly came to eat the food. Trying to swat them away helped a bit but there was way too many of them. I eventually flagged a waiter down, and he shrugged at the flies. A minute later some candle flame thing came out saying that it will help with the flies but already that was too late as flies were all over the food and I lost my appetite at that point. It was disgusting. I just got up and left. Went to cashier to pay my bill. The cashier also shrugged at my fly incident, and I asked how much it was going to be. Full price. No consideration about bad operating environment and since they knew about the fly issue they didnt setup before food was served to control it better. Even after bringing it up again in detail, she shrugged again. No sorry or anything, just a brush off. Then to make it even worse she asked if I wanted to tip the service. I was in there for a few minutes, staff didnt help quickly or even pre-empt the fly issue, and I'm being asked to pay full price. Sorry but no thanks. How did this place get on the Michelin list? Service poor. Environment poor. Zero or negative star rating for me.

The space is small, but we were seated right away. We ordered carne asada, al pastor, and pescado tacos, plus a Bohemia beer, all for just $20 USD. While we waited, our waiter brought out chips with multiple salsa options ranging from mild to absolutely eye-watering, along with a full platter of taco toppings, which we didn't use. The moment I took my first bite, I knew this would be a regular stop if we're ever back in the area. The meat was tender, incredibly flavorful, and tasted fresh off the grill. Everything paired perfectly with the salsas and an ice-cold beer. Super glad we found this gem within walking distance of the pier, and this is one of those spots that'll stick with us long after our trip ended.

Like the quesadilla better. Pastor taco. Steak quesadilla…read more Another Taco breakfast on vacation in Cabo. I found this place on Tic Tok. The treat here were the many flavors of Aqua Fresca and Horchatta. The horchata was the best one we had, very cinnamony. I had a pastor taco and a small steak quesadilla. There is some special cheese they use in mexican quesadillas that really turn me on. It's melty and chewier. But the pastor here was also excellent. We did have a very grumpy server. I think he was just covering for the regular gal while she was on break, but man, he was not happy about it.
