Highly recommend the banana matcha! Best one I've had! Baristas were friendly and made the drinks quickly, they also really care about if you like your drink and are willing to remake it if you don't. Cute spot with old times records on the walls. They have a very small free parking lot in the back, so it was kind of difficult to find parking.

Came here with a friend after trying to find a coffee place where we could actually find parking at. She remembered this place was in an areas where we could actually park and wouldn't be crazy busy. This place took over another place recently so we decided to give it a try. My friend ordered the Spanish iced latte and I ordered the banana latte. Both of the drinks were very good. We also tried a s'mores croissant and it was also very good. It was decorated with some vinyl record and had nice seating area. Definitely a place to check out.

Cute little coffee shop that just opened here in Whittier. I got their espresso which was good and also the iced Spanish latte not bad just a bit too milky for my liking. They did not have pastries available during my visit but I have heard good things about them. Staff were super helpful and friendly and they gave me recommendations that I'm curious to try on my next visit. I do want to come back to explore more of the menu and hopefully try the pastries.

    The roadie

Great services, clean and friendly...mainly wrote this review to beg you guys to keep the roadie on the menu year round! My favorite and so yummy and creamy!

If you're a coffee lover this place is definitely worth checking out! They have some great coffee-forward drinks, which I love, and they're very different from other shops that simply add too much sugar to their drinks. The space is cool and relaxing. A nice place to sip on a coffee with a friend. The people here are great too. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Been here twice and both times I had a great experience. Shop is clean and the staff was friendly patient and very helpful . I ordered the Iced Salted Caramel both times and it tasted great both times. Will definitely be back.

Great spot for coffee. Workers were nice and helpful. Got an Ice Americano with to extra shots. Was good but let it sit in my frog over night and the next day it was very tasty. Also got the Mundae Aerocano which was usually made cold but they were nice enough to try to make it hot. It hit the spot and was very good. Inside was nice, they just need to make use of the cold fridges they were empty when I went by. But I'm guessing that is only because they have been open for a little while.

This has been one of my favorite coffee shops here in Whittier I've been coming ever since they opened earlier this year. Today I tried a new drink, I got their strawberry Matcha Latte and it was so good. I also highly recommend their brown sugar latte as well as their banana cream Matcha latte very good drinks. The employees were so nice and atmosphere is always so nice and peaceful.

I've been to Mundae Coffee twice now, and let me tell you--the iced salted caramel latte does not disappoint. It's one of those drinks you think about coming back for. The vibe is minimalist with a touch of eclectic--super clean, intentional, and just feels good to be in. You can tell the owners are hands-on and really care about the experience, which makes a difference. One thing I really appreciate is the simplicity. No overwhelming menu, no endless size options or substitutions--it's straightforward, elevated, and honestly... classy. Sometimes less really is more. If you're looking for a chill, easygoing coffee spot without all the extra fuss, this is definitely your place. Because there's nothing Mundae about Mundae Coffee.

Stopped by here on Saturday morning which I believe was their second day in business. The vibes were really chill and they had a nice set up. I noticed they used homemade syrups which is great. I had a banana latte and it was subtle and not too sweet. The strawberry and banana matcha latte were also great and not too sweet. The customer service was on point. Everyone from the cashier to the baristas were really welcoming and nice. It did take a while for the drinks to come out, but this is expected considering they are just opening. I will definitely be back to try more of their drinks. The espresso is smooth and perfectly strong.

Love their coffee! This is my second time coming in, this time around I had their Salted Caramel Latte and their coffee cake muffin and they were delicious. The coffee had a great balance! The salted caramel flavor was perfect without losing the taste of the coffee! The muffin was warmed up and was nice & fluffy and not too sweet! The shop is so cute and has a few tables with outlets in close proximity for your electronics. The staff is super friendly and answered any questions I had about the menu! Great coffee & great vibes, definitely going to keep coming back.

My friend & I got the Spanish lattes. They were actually really good, we really liked them. Perfect amount of cinnamon.

    Strawberry Matcha w/ Oatmilk - I'm not a Matcha fan but even I'll give this a 4/5

A week before the announcement was made, I came here to try their famous blue tortilla breakfast burrito. [Parking]: There's a free public parking structure located one block away from the coffee shop (6738 Comstock Ave, Whittier, CA 90601). [Atmosphere]: Super crowded on Sunday & I was not able to find a place to sit. I ultimately ordered my breakfast burrito to-go. They also have a section of cafe that sell vintage clothing. [Menu]: For the signature breakfast burrito, they actually have 6 options - classic breakfast burritos (bacon - $16.50), Prime Steak (grass-fed prime steak $20.50), the Ultimate Burrito (grass-fed prime steak + avocado + bacon), Chilaquiles ($15.50), Chorizo ($16.00), and Vegan ($16.00). They also sell their cold brew cafe de olla in giant plastic bags that look like IV drip bags at the refrigerated section. [Ordering]: Customers can order at the cashier counter or order via kiosk (they use Toast). I reviewed their breakfast burrito options at 12 PM and they ran out of classic breakfast burrito. I ended up with prime steak breakfast burrito instead. Unfortunately I waited 45 minutes before they had my order ready and I could tell other customers were not too patient with their orders as they kept walking up to the pick-up counter & checked the ordering status. *** Prime Steak Breakfast Burrito (grass fed prime steak, scrambled egg, Monterey Jack cheese, crema, pico de gallo, tri-colored peppers, hash browns - $20.50): Unlike other breakfast burrito I have had at other places, this breakfast burrito had blue tortilla. The portion was a bit smaller than I expected, but chewy steak + crispy hash browns + roasted peppers + red salsa = one delicious and s-tier tasting breakfast burrito. *** While LFTD serves one of the best 5-star worthy breakfast burritos I have ever had in LA + Orange County, I have to take off a star due to extremely long wait time on food order. Please do yourself a favor and place an online order at least 30 minutes ahead of time if you want to try their breakfast burritos ( https://www.toasttab.com/local/order/lift-6701-greenleaf-ave ).

Located on beautiful, tree-lined Greenleaf Avenue in Uptown Whittier, Zen's Tea House is the kind of place where the experience is just as enjoyable as the tea. I had the opportunity to meet Fernando, the owner and founder, and his knowledge and passion for tea made my visit especially enjoyable. One of my favorite things about the shop is that you can actually taste the teas before deciding what to take home. With so many varieties and blends to choose from, being able to sample them, and have someone with Fernando's knowledge guide you, makes it much easier to discover something you know you'll enjoy. I also love that Zen's Tea House is about more than simply selling tea. The business was founded by U.S. Navy veteran Fernando Lopez with a mission centered around holistic health, education, and the use of organic teas and herbs. The team includes trained herbal specialists with knowledge of herbal medicine and holistic wellness, which adds another dimension to the experience. A little practical note: street parking on Greenleaf can be minimal, but there is a spacious public parking deck just a few blocks away, so don't let parking keep you from visiting. If you're already a tea lover - or simply curious about exploring tea beyond what you normally find at the grocery store - I highly recommend stopping by Zen's Tea House. Come with an open mind, taste a few teas, talk with Fernando or the team, and discover something new. Sometimes the best local finds are the places you didn't know you were looking for.

While there were quite a few orders in front of me, the barista worked hard to make sure my drink was made. I did wait about 15 minutes for my coffee but I was worth the wait. I ordered an iced horchata latte. The latte itself had a good balance of flavor and is perfect for someone who does loves caffeine, but not the overbearing coffee flavor. Ethnos is located in the flower market, so it can get busy on weekday and weekend mornings. We did not have to wait in line, but did wait for our coffee. There was only 1 barista working, but he did a fabulous job. Ethnos is a MUST try place in the flower market. Enjoy a nice latte while buying beautiful flowers!
