Neyva and Bernice did a good job of cleaning the house. I scheduled for three hours, so it took 1.5 hours with a team of two. Courteous, professional, and polite. Munoz Cleaning responded to my call right away. I had a dirty, dusty, and disorganized garage. Munoz services sent out two cleaners and in two hours they had cleaned the garage and organized the contents. I did not want a deep cleaning of the garage because I knew that would require many more hours. The two workers made the garage clean enough and presentable. It was well worth the cost. I used Munoz Cleaning Services to spring clean my house & had a great easy experience from start to finish. When I called to schedule they were very professional & were able to get me in within a few days. The lady that came to clean was named Neyva. She was awesome! She did show up 30 min late but the company called to inform me ahead of time that she would be a little late & for me it was no big deal. I appreciate them calling though. Once she got here she did an amazing job. She cleaned everything I asked & then some. She cleaned every room in the house. She even cleaned all my blinds & took all my trash out. She was very sweet & professional. I even had to leave for a hour to pick my daughter up from preschool & when I returned the house looked amazing, she defintely didn't slack off while I was gone. I will definitely be requesting Neyva again! I had back surgery & am unable to bend so my home needed to be professionally cleaned. I purchased a Groupon and called Munoz a few days later. Luis did answer the phone and scheduled an appointment based on the 2 days I provided within a week. I received a confirmation email after sending the information Luis requested from me via email. Two ladies arrived around the appointment time. They asked me what I wanted done and informed me that because there were 2 people, the time was cut in half. They asked me if I was aware of this rule and I informed that I was not made aware. Because I have a 1 bedroom condo, I was sure that what I expected to be cleaned (a general cleaning) would be done within 1 hour. I have to say that I preferred one hour with 2 people as I have to move my dogs in the common area of my condo complex while waiting for it to get cleaned. They asked me to review the place before they left and it was to my satisfaction. Before they quickly left, I asked them about the different kinds of services and fees associated. They told me to go a website she provided or to call Luis. I went on line to review their services and did find a business listed, but no website. I honestly have never given a negative review on a business but this is definitely needed. My husband and I recently bought a house and were in need of a deep clean in our kitchen and two bathrooms before moving in. I called Munoz cleaning and spoke to Amy to schedule a cleaning and was surprised to hear that they could provide services the next day. My appointment was for 1200pm but was texted saying that the maid was running late and was told my appointment was rescheduled for 2pm. The lady arrived at 130 and left at 4pm. I didn't inspect anything because I trusted that she did her job. To my disappointment the kitchen and two bathrooms were far from being deep cleaned. I don't know if there was a miscommunication between whoever scheduled the appointment and the maid but the floors weren't even swept and cabinets in the kitchen not cleaned. Even the countertops were still dirty. I had to clean everything myself after we moved in which defeated the whole purpose of hiring someone in the first place. I have four small children my oldest is six and youngest is four months so I was really counting on this cleaning to relieve some of the stress of the move. I texted who I'm assuming is Amy and told her about the services I received but I did not receive a response back. I did however receive a call a week later saying that my check had bounced which was my fault of course but provided my credit card info and paid right away. I was offered a discount on my next service but told her I was not going to use her service again. I didn't receive an apology for the services she just wanted her money. Her response for the bad service was that someone told the maid to clean a wall. I don't know who told her that because I sure didn't and I don't know what that had to do with the quality of the job she did in the first place. I just found my whole experience to be extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Please do not waste your time unless you want mediocre service. read more

I hired this company to clean our home which had recently been remodeled. The home was completely vacant, and Amy said it qualified as a "deep cleaning" situation. I paid for two cleaners for 90 minutes each, and was then told they needed another 30 minutes to finish. After they left, I noticed that there was still a good deal of scrubbing that needed to be done on the bathroom floors. It is apparent that they likely just mopped the floor, which didn't do much for the little paint splatters. It didn't take much force to remove the splatters, just attention to detail. I brought this to Amy's attention the next day, but she hasn't responded, so I'm writing this review. If you need just a light cleaning, buy the Groupon and you'll likely be fine. Deep cleanings aren't covered by Groupon, and I can't say that paying full price for a deep cleaning was worth it since I had to scrub the floors by myself after they left. read more

I bought a 2- hour Living Social deal and booked with Amy, who was VERY nice. I work 12 hour days and start early, so the cleaner starting on time was very important to me and noted at time of booking. I made a 6pm appt and advised that the cleaner would need both driving and parking directions to arrive and start on time. So, the day comes and Amy calls at 5:49pm to say that the cleaner would be a few mins late. She asked if that was ok. I said it wasn't andI asked to reschedule, but she insisted that the cleaner would be there within 30 mins. I said I'd agree to that but nothing longer than 30 mins more. 50 mins later I had not seen nor heard from anyone. I attempted to get hold of Amy. I had to leave a vm msg to advise her about the no show/no call and stated that since it just didn't work out I would request a refund. At 7:01pm the cleaner called to say she was on her way and needed the info to park. I told her what happened. On Living Social my status showed "refund processing" and then the next day it showed that the merchant put the voucher as "used". That really added insult to injury! LS rep couldn't get hold of Amy, but I did. Hoping I can get the refund since the services were NOT rendered. It could be that they have so many bookings out of this deal, but its not good service to drop the ball and take my money. I am so disappointed! Amy was very nice with all communication, but they are hard to get hold of or get replies back. I did let Amy know that Living Social was trying to get hold of her and she seemed to already know. She said she would correct that refund issue with them. read more
