They were treated kindly and allowed to sample flavors, while I was denied the exact same courtesy. As a Black customer, the stark difference in treatment was impossible for me to ignore. Based on what I personally witnessed, I felt singled out and treated differently because of my race. I don't make an accusation of racial bias lightly, but when customers immediately around me are being accommodated and I'm denied the same basic service, it's reasonable to question why. What makes this even more disturbing is that after my experience, I came across another review from a Black customer describing a remarkably similar experience at this same location involving samples and differential treatment. Seeing that after experiencing it myself was extremely concerning. Whatever the reason, customers should receive the same level of courtesy and service regardless of race. Absolutely unacceptable experience.
