Just the right amount of BBQ sauce and created with care. These weren't just chips with topping slapped on. They were layered deep with perfectly crafted precision. Just the right amount of everything on each delightfully crispy chip. These weren't chicken parm sandwich deserves high accolades as well. Overflowing the bun. Cooked to perfection crispy and juicy. The "pretzel garlic knots" wear VERY good however they were just garlic knots with no pretzel color or flavor. Very good garlic knots and a banging cheese sauce but not pretzel like we expected. We came on a trivia night and the place filled up by the time we were ready to go. Bailey's staff is on top of things, friendly and engaging. Located across the street from Richmans ice cream and burgers just by five points in Levittown. Bailey's is a perfect place for a quick drink, a late night snack, after work meetup, lunch, dinner or a night out with friends. It's a bar that's is so much more than "bar" food.

I don't usually go out in Levittown and was already annoyed when we walked into Sparkys. Well, what a pleasant surprise! The fever dream of a 1990's dive bar come to life. It was all these christmas lights hanging up in the midst of giant inflatables and a live DJ on a Friday night. The ladies at the bar were friendly enough and we took our drinks by the pool table to wait our turn to play. Fair warning, playing pool here is not for beginners and the game is taken way more seriously than I anticipated. Thankfully the crowd was super friendly and we were chatting with most of the people playing pool as we enjoyed our drinks. They even played Elvis Crespo's Sauvemente at one point so we felt very welcomed! The only star I'm taking off is for the indoor smoking. As someone who went out during the smoking era all through the 2000's, I never realized how horrid that was. Even worse how bad it was when you got home and had to bathe and wash your coat and everything you owned. Otherwise, I very much recommend Sparky's for a night out, and hope to see them agan in the future.

Have to say that while it appears to be an amusement park from beyond the fence with massive water slides and multiple aquamarine pools for various uses; from within it makes more sense and is actually quite attractive in a hyperactive way. Happy Hour with half price drinks was a good deal, and the bar food offerings were also well designed to complement the alcoholic drinks, if not all that tasty, nor compelling in their own right. So many people in a relatively small space around the bar, that conversation was a bit challenging. Plenty of alternative distractions among the many "beautiful" folks who enjoy being the center of attention, and know how to do it right, especially when encouraged with beverage. With music playing in the background the experience was a mixed bag. Clearly, the plan is a bit over the top, and made for people with kids or those who like this glitterati experience. Yet, there was a full house that evening, and business was booming. Covid put an end to the crowds for the last year, but I suspect the club will be back in action full tilt come vaccinations and reduced mask wearing. I'm the more cautious type, and will wait a while before accepting my next invitation.

She saw me at a table in the corner because the bar was completely full & waved me over to the bar & asked me my name & put a beer in my hand in seconds... After that she noticed my beer was low & shouted my name from behind the bar asking if I needed another one. It's certainly on the larger side compared to most bars in the area. The staff has always been nice, but service can get slow when the crowd size grows. Just the nature of things. Food wise the menu has a typical mix of pub grub - apps, soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers and several entrees. A friend was eating their jumbo Buffalo Shrimp off the starter menu and raved about them. I stuck to a Cheesesteak which was average but a deal at $9.50 -- the chopped steak was decent, cheese was good just needed a bit more. Hot peppers gave it some kick and the long roll was fresh. Their beer menu has around a dozen beers on tap. They dabble in more mainstream big beer/craft beer like your Goose Island IPA's/Lagunitas IPA, but do have a decent show of locals like Yards, Victory, Troegs and Weyerbacher. Bourbon wise I had a Knob Creek neat which was average price wise. The pour was on the generous side. Each time I've been here the crowds have been friendly and having a good time. They appear to have a catering or events room as well as another separate dining area in addition to the main dining/bar area. The smash burger topped with bacon jam tasted like it was fresh off a charcoal grill (in a good way) the buffalo chicken cheesesteak had a good amount of heat and the meat and cheese ratios were on point . The Buffalo bites were equally tasty and I have a strong feeling the blue cheese dip was homemade. They do offer weekly events like bingo, karaoke, quizzo.
