My friends & I came in for one thing, & one thing only! The frosted chocolate peanut butter shot! haha JK we also ordered food but our highlight of our night was def that shot!!! Hubby & I had dinner here tonight. We got there earlier than normal a little after 4:00 & it was packed. As always the food was great. Hubby's beer was cool & good. The only reason for the 4 stars is the service. It started off good, but went downhill from there. It wasn't entirely her fault. She was busy. However, she stopped by another table near us twice before checking in on us again. Waiting 20+ minutes to get our bill & pay was irritating. We were at the Chandler car show today and stopped in for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised that they had luve music today. The band consisted of a drummer and a guitar player. Came in about 11:40 this morning. Waitress was very short, unpleasant for literally no reason and clearly did not want to be there. Ordered an Irish coffee to sip on until the lunch menu. It was literally Baileys mixed with whiskey. There was no coffee in it. Ordered the smoked jameson wings. They came out in a puddle of water and vinegar but were somehow still pretty decent. It is a not a trip to Chandler if we don't make it into Murphy's Law at least once! We have been coming here for years it is still one of my favorite spots but get ready for it to be very loud if you go, even during the day because there is basically always live music. We ended up going twice this trip! Our first time was our last stop on our night out with friends so we just enjoyed drinks, live music and of course the frozen peanut butter shots! The second time we went we actually went for brunch and I ordered the fish and chips which were super tasty and not too massive of a portion which I enjoy. My fiancé got the BBQ bacon burger and it was huge and gone very quickly, he said it was super delicious. We were referred here by a coworker. We didn't expect for them to have a live band which was nice. I will say the sound wasn't great but after a bit it was worked out. The fish and chips was the best we have had! It was so crispy, great flavor, and I loved the tartar sauce mixed with cholula. Everything we had was so fresh and service was wonderful. For years, I've been saying I should stop in this Irish pub but tend to be visiting other establishments when in the area. They have very limited vegetarian options, so it's not my first choice for dinner and drinks. My friends and I did dinner at Mingle + Graze, so this was an additional drinks on a Friday night kind of stop. This location was pretty noisy which made it hard to hear our group of four, even with seated away from the band. I was happy they had a cider on tap, but bummed it wasn't Strongbow or Magners. Angry Orchard is good, but love getting ones that bring me nostalgia. The whole group enjoyed their drinks, and would return again for drinks and perhaps some starters next time to nosh on. Side bar: my biggest pet peeve is when a restaurant, or people in general, call it a shepherds pie when it contains beef as that would be a cottage pie. Great spot for food and drinks. The daily specials and happy hour are very inviting. Wednesday's are $0.75 cent wings. Because I have had the wings before and love them, I chose not to get them initially during this visit.. I thought I would try something different. How about the mini fish and chips? I asked the waitress if she has had this item and she said yes it's pretty good and the fish and chips is a very popular item by other customers. So I decided to order the mini fish and chips. Unfortunately I was not impressed. The batter was way too thick and there was only small thin pieces of lfish in most of the pieces I had. Out of maybe 6 mini pieces of fish, I had one piece that had a greater fish to batter ratio. I ended up ordering a few wings because after peeling off all the batter to the fish I wasn't left with much protein. We frequent Murphy's in downtown Chandler, but I wanted to give a special shout out for St. Patrick's Day. They did such an incredible job. The line was long. It wrapped out the door and down to the corner, but it only took about 40 minutes to get in. Honestly, for St. Patrick's Day, that's expected, and it moved really efficiently. Before you even got to the door, they had staff checking IDs and collecting the cover charge, which kept everything flowing smoothly. Once inside, the energy was amazing. The band was great, and they had bagpipe players throughout the night, which made it feel extra festive. There was plenty of staff everywhere, and out back they had a whole additional setup with a DJ and more bars. Everyone working, from security to the bartenders, was super friendly and helpful. And the crowd was just as great. Everyone was in a good mood, just there to have fun. It was such a fun way to spend St. Patrick's Day. My son wanted to go here for the Jameson Smoked Wings on a Sunday for lunch. The service was great with friendly staff. Although it was nice outside and they have a small patio, we chose to sit inside. What we didn't realize was the live music started while we were there and while the guys were good, it was pretty loud and made it challenging to talk. My son and I both got the wings and my wife got the Chicken and Waffles off the weekend brunch menu. The wings were delicious as always with lots of flavor. My wife said the chicken and waffles were also delicious (didn't get a photo because she tore into it right away). I highly suggest you stop by for a pint and some food. Came here on a Wednesday night because it was wing night. Never had their food but wow was I impressed. The wings were smoked and came in a variety of flavors including their Jameson BBQ. Probably some of the best fall off the bone wings I have had. And beers were $2.50 along with live music. Our server was great about splitting our checks with our large group. Absolutely delicious and consistently good. Can't go wrong with their burgers or sandwiches either. They also have great Wednesday Wing deal and daily happy hours! We were with a group of friends celebrating St. Patrick's Day weekend, and we stopped in for a drink at Murphy's Law. I ordered a draft Miller Lite and a frosted shot (one of their signature items). When I saw that they were charging $12 for a domestic draft beer, I thought it was a mistake. (See photo of the bill). The bartender said it was correct. So I then spoke with a manager and he said he had no control over the pricing, and that the prices were set by the owner "Brad". Additionally, not only was the beer price ridiculous, the establishment also added an extra 15% to the tab for the "weekend festival". Well, Brad, I hope you are happy with the profits you make this weekend, because we won't be returning. You don't take advantage of your patrons like that if you expect them to support your business. read more

Beer and a burger for $11.50 - need I say more? This weekday lunch special from 11a-2p is an awesome deal. It did increase in price at the end of 2023 from $10 to $11.50, but this is still a great value! My favorite burger is the ABC, which has avocado and bacon on it. They do not skimp on the avocado or bacon! Comes with fries, but you could get a salad or upgrade to sweet potato fries instead. As you can see the burger is huge too! On Wednesdays, Murphy's has a special on wings. If you are with a friend, it is nice to share the burger and grab some wings! The wings are smoked and literally fall off the bone. I like the Jameson and Guinness BBQ sauces on the wings. I think their buffalo sauce is slightly acidic for me. I also love their Rueben sandwich. The corned beef, thousand island sauce, and rye bread are so yummy. It does not get soggy, which is typically a problem for this kind of sandwich at other restaurants. My aunt ordered the Shepards Pie here before and it was delicious as well. There's also live bands that come in the evening. The music is really nice, but I would recommend sitting in the back as it does get very loud if you are close to the stage. This is a nice local Irish pub. I can say they have good fish and chips, definitely worth going for their BOGO special on tuesday and their wing Wednesday has unbeatable wing prices. I've heard from multiple people they have "the best wings" but in my opinion they were pretty mediocre. The wings are abnormally large which that tells me they don't order from healthy chicken farms. The sauce they put on the wings are all good especially the jameson flavor but the issue is the only flavor on the wing is on the skin, coming from the sauce. I have been here a few times and always had a good experience so when hubby said he was craving chicken wings, I said let's go knowing they had specials on chicken wings every Wednesday. Hubby loved the vibe as much as I did. We ordered the Jameson smoked wings and they were big with great flavor and so tender they were falling off the bone. It was almost too tender for me. They were only 75 cents each which is a great value! We also had the Irish nachos- pub chips loaded with cheese sauce, corned beef and green onions sprinkled on top. It was served on a skillet which I appreciated as it kept it warm. It was flavorful but a bit too rich for me after a few bites. I still enjoyed it very much. This being an Irish pub, hubby wondered if they had a black and tan drink and he was delighted when told they did. He said not all places know how to make them. I thought it was such a cool drink! It's a layered beer drink made of half stout (Guinness) and half pale. Since the stout is less denser than the ale, it floats to the top creating a two tone. Had to wait 10-12 minuts for the bill as the waitress was so busy. How does a business leave a single waitress to work tables inside and out at lunch time.
