Very fun and LIVELY atmosphere for their annual St Patrick's block party, music, corned beef & hash, cheeseburgers off the grill, drinks flowing. Great Irish bands with cool instruments! So fun and now that the sun went down, we are staying all night. I feel the luck off the Irish here today!

Ya know what?!?! It's not too shabby! I only had their lemon cherry twist minus the grenadine and a side of the brussel sprouts, so I can't really truly rate their food items, but the brussel sprouts were solid! The lemon cherry twist was ok if you're into bubbly drinks, but let's just say I wasn't impressed with it. I was there for their Wednesday night music bingo, and the vibe was very lively. The DJ was highly energetic and did a great job spinning all the songs for bingo! There are 4 rounds of bingo and you get to win a little bit of money for each round if you get BINGO! First round: $5, second round:$10, 3rd round:$15, 4th round:$25 Really cool to see Fibber Magees coming up with this fun music bingo event to not only get customers in the door, but also try to give back to their customers as well! Bravo!

We've been coming here for 22 years service is still great under new management. Incredible ambiance. However I must say that some of the menu items have changed for the worse. One specific item is the fish & chips. What a change in the fish. Smaller portions thinner meat and heavier breading. So disappointing. Please don't change anything else!

This pub and restaurant combo is really great. I took my 16 yo and we had a hard time picking what to have on the menu. Everything sounded delicious. I ordered hot tea and it came in a teapot! The food was incredible (Irish Poutine and Fish n Chips). The staff was very friendly and attentive. We look forward to returning. Maybe on a night when they have live music

Fibber Magees is a really solid local Chandler hang out. The atmosphere is truly Irish pub vibe-- cozy, warm, welcoming. I especially love the little library look in the back. The service is usually pretty good; no real complaints here! The food is also pretty good! The Caesar Salad is surprisingly awesome-- seems like they make the dressing fresh (tastes like real anchovy in there!) and the chicken is well-seasoned and delicious. The wings were quite good; I prefer the BBQ to their buffalo sauce. They have a killer happy hour 7 days a week and live music some nights which is sweet. Lots of draft beers and also tons of these beer "duos" like Guiness + cider-- that's pretty unique. Overall I quite like this place and think it deserves a better rating than it currently has! I live down the road and frequent here every so often and it's always quite good. It's worth checking out!

I was invited by friends to Fibber Magees for their Tuesday trivia night. The vibe holds true to their Irish pub. Very casual dinning with a bar area and TVs displaying sport games. They have food specials for each day of the week, which is nice. Our server was friendly and the food came out relatively quickly. I went ahead and ordered their Fibber's chicken and upgraded the fries to their Parmesan garlic. Tasted great! It was a great place for trivia that night.

Over the years, I've visited this location a handful of times both for St Paddy's Day and for a pint/grub. There has never been a bad experience and always love the selection of items for drinks, food, and even dessert! Love the ability to swap out for an Impossible Patty on their burger menus and I longingly await the addition of a vegetarian cottage pie one day as that would be splendid and make this the perfect pub. Hint hint nudge nudge. My most recent visits for both the watch party of the Euro Finals and the Copa America Finals. This location is spacious with lots of televisions and screens to watch. My friend and I enjoyed so much that we plan to start coming for more matches as this is her home pub. I live farther out, but the drive is worth it! When you have service as friendly as they are with a banging menu, it would be rude not to! Check out this amazing pub and maybe I'll see you at the next match watch party!

I came here for taco Tuesday. I got one of each which was beef, shrimp and fish. They were fantastic. The Guinness is poured properly here. I highly recommend this Irish bar. It was packed for trivia night.

My husband and I love it here. The food is always so good. We've had their burgers and they're always great. Husband loved the fried fish and it was huge. I like the braised beef.

Ask the Community - Fibber Magees

We are planning to come on Tuesday March 17th with my family for dinner and celebrate St. Patrick day. So do I need to make a reservation? Will you have a live music?

Hello! We host a Paddy's day celebration at Fibbers every year! We are family friendly until 6pm, then we are 21+ only. We do not accept reservations - we close down our parking lot and do require an entry fee just so that you're aware :) There is…

    Are kids allowed?

Yes, kids are most definitely allowed. But, they do have live music that starts between 7-8pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

What kind of music do they usually play?

On Thursday nights it's kind of all over the spectrum. A lot of times it will be bands or individuals playing cover songs, often done in a slightly different style. It can range from Bob Dylan to very modern covers. Sometimes it is music the…

Is there a smoking patio and do they serve food/drinks on it?

Yes there is and yes! ☺️

Do they have a small dance floor and do people ever dance there when there's a band?

No actual dance floor, but they have had bands that inspire people to dance.

The Guinness Steak Stew was ok, it didn't have as deep of a flavor as I was hoping it would. My brother got the Mexican style one though and it tasted like a perfect chimichanga. The sausage was plenty and very tasty, though I'm not a big fan of the sage. Potatoes were good too, but I think under seasoned. Didn't taste the garlic at all really. Tonight was really disappointing, though, and honestly seemed like more of a management/staffing issue than a server issue. There appeared to be one server handling an enormous amount of the restaurant by herself. She was clearly stretched thin, while management didn't seem to be doing much to help pick up the slack. Service obviously suffered as a result. One smaller thing that really summed up the experience: we were the only table sitting in our area watching the horse races, and the manager came over and changed the TV away from racing without even asking us. For a sports bar where horse racing and betting is one of the things that makes the place a little different, that was especially strange. I'm not writing this because we dislike the place -- actually the opposite. We keep coming back because it has so much potential to be THE neighborhood spot for watching games, and we want it to be great. But better staffing, more hands-on management when the restaurant is short-staffed, and a little more attention to the guests who are there would make a huge difference.

It turns out that one of the oldest curators and bartenders of the bar and restaurant had passed from a drunk driving incident and I had not known at all! Gosh I was so disappointed in myself that I had ever complained about not having a new menu to try after that...but at the same time it was amazing to hear so many great anecdotes and to learn so much more about him and the history of the bar itself while dining this time. I had a lot of fun times at this bar - including remembering the first time I met that bartender and sharing that memory with the staff that told me their story. They also shared that they would be coming out with a new menu very soon and some of the new items and ideas that would be rolling out so I am also very excited to go back! New food menu tomorrow too?! What?! I was almost tempted to back today to get more of their amazing dishes from the main menu!! Thank you Cat for the amazing hospitality! I learned so much about Gaea in one afternoon too :D Love it. To update about the food I tried but some of you may not get to try since they're changing it up :P *Tiger Shrimp - DIVINE - JUICY ZUCCHINI STUFFED WITH CURRY THAT MAKES YOUR ENTIRE MOUTH WATER JUST THINKING ABOUT IT ONCE ITS EVER TOUCHED YOUR TONGUE - the prawns are BIGGER THAN YOUR MIDDLE FINGER *Thai Salad - zesty spicy, VERY filling and made in lettuce cups, so very much not your typical salad but very tasty *steak skewers - much more like the juiciest steak I've literally ever had on a skewer - LITERALLY...but not because it's fat, just because they somehow made this steak completely juicified - don't ask me how - ask Cat *Mole Chicken Skewers - My favorite...you should just try it.
