I frequent this bar for lunch as it is close to my job, but I've also been here on weekends for local football (NFL) games. The food is great, some classic bar eats as well as some Irish bar eats. Service is Great as well. I recommend the buffalo chicken nachos and the spicy chicken sandwich. Can't go wrong with the Soft Pretzel and Beer cheese either. Teresa was always a pleasure but Mel is also a Great bartender and always aware. I never had a bad experience here, stop by if you're in the area.

Proper pints & delicious food; centrally located, & very clean inside & friendly staff. Their chipotle Caesar salad is off the hook, & their Buffalo wings are also on point. There is no shortage of good places to eat around here, but when I am in the area again, this is def where I'm going. Damn - just thinking about how good my lunch was here is making me hungry !

This Irish owned family bar is located in Midtown on 2nd & the corner of 52nd street, right around the corner from the barber my husband went to. What a lovely warm homey welcome from the owner & staff. So nice in here. We had breakfast and a chat about, as it turns out people we both knew from back home. It was just great. Small businesses are hurting in NYC. It's so important to support them when visiting the city. So many chains & corporate organizations, they are easily overlooked. It's a pity, they offer so much more. They continue to struggle post Covid, because so many offices closed and people are working from home. We had a great time here and by New York City standards, breakfast here did not break the bank and we had fabulous gins to boot. So if you are in the area drop in, you will be very glad you did.

A hidden gem in Manhattan. The food was well worth the price. This place is a gastropub with TVs showing sports. I dined in here, staff occasionally asked if everything is alright. They are extremely friendly and gives recommendations on what to get. Handheld / burger orders include fries.

Been here a few times and every time it hasn't been the most pleasant. Service always feels too busy for you or tried to seat you in not the best or ideal spot. Only had drinks, can't comment on the food, but the service makes me opt for other options in the neighborhood.

Had the pleasure of booking 2 events at Sweet Annie's Bar & Eatery last week. Both were amazing!. Anthony and his team there were amazing. The staff are always so accommodating and the food was excellent. This is not your standard bar food..... waaaaayyyy better!!!!!!

The "Perfect" Pint is apparently a far cry from reality…read more Our server, Ruffino, seemed perfectly cordial at first, but that changed rather quickly when we discovered a 20% automatic gratuity added to our bill without any prior notice. We didn't find out about this little surprise until the check was placed on our table. Nothing like discovering an extra charge at the end of your meal that apparently everyone was supposed to know about except the customers. We went downstairs to the host stand and asked to speak with a manager. We were informed that there was no manager on duty--apparently, just a staff of bartenders. When we questioned the automatic gratuity, we were told that all orders over $100 automatically receive a 20% gratuity. There was just one small problem: we had never been informed of this policy, nor did we see it posted anywhere. We politely asked for the charge to be removed since it had not been disclosed to us. We were told there was "nothing that could be done." Naturally, we then went back to Ruffino and asked to speak with his boss. We were promptly brought the exact same person we had already spoken with downstairs--who then proceeded to tell Ruffino to remove the gratuity. So apparently, there was something that could be done. Good to know. Unfortunately, the situation then went from questionable customer service to outright disrespect. During the interaction, our experience working in the food service industry was insulted, and we were told, and I quote: "I feel bad for whatever establishment you worked for because I know it was S**T. Get the F**K out and never return." Classy. For the record, there were only four people in our party. The establishment's own gratuity guidelines state that a 20% automatic gratuity applies to parties of six or more, not four. So let's recap: * A 20% gratuity was added without being disclosed. * We were told it applied because our order exceeded $100. * We were unable to find this policy posted anywhere. * We were initially told nothing could be done about the charge. * Someone subsequently instructed Ruffino to remove it, proving that something could, in fact, be done. * And when we questioned the situation, we were insulted and told to leave and never come back. Honestly, the last part was the easiest request to accommodate. If "Perfect" is supposed to describe the customer experience here, I'd hate to see what happens at an establishment that's merely average. As for the request to "never return"--don't worry. We won't. Some establishments manage to make that decision remarkably easy for you.

I stumbled across this Irish Pub with a Rooftop view of the street by chance looking for a coffee…read moreshop. The rooftop view appealed to me much more than hanging out in a coffee shop. Since my favorite beer is Guinness. Figured it was time to get it while waiting for a friend at the theater nearby. I was glad that the waitress at the bar downstairs was really friendly and gave me directions to take the elevator up to the rooftop. I didn't realize this pub was shared with another pub next door. The elevators was located in between the 2 pubs. While getting to the elevator, it seems there was an attendant that brought guests up on the cozy little elevator. Though, there were no attendants later in the day. The waitress mentioned I could bring my glass up with me to the roof. So I did. Overall, I enjoyed my time overlooking the busy street while sipping my beer.

Bartenders - FIVE of them will ignore tf out of you until they have no choice but to speak to you because some finance bros came and called the bartenders over. Thought it was because I'm a woman but then this older Caucasian woman came to sit next to me and they came to her right away (I'm a woman of color). I even had to flail my arms just to get the tab and I can tell that it's their routine to ignore a certain demographic. I was only here because my friend had to meet up with my work colleagues so I thought I would grab a seat at the bar and enjoy a quick burger before heading out for birthday festivities. The burger and fries were good and the rooftop is nice. I have no desire to return but it's probably what they want.
