We went over my needs and what option would fit best. We conversed several times before my wedding through email AND calls. She was early for or ceremony as she had never been to the location before. She spent time with my husband and I and did exactly what I wanted. I've heard of many brides having to wait months to see the proofs, but I viewed mine in less than 2 weeks. I then order some of the photos in her metal Wall Art and they are absolutely stunning! Hands down a fantastic experience!!! Thank you for capturing these special moments for us!

I figured making conversation would make it easier to make the shoot go by smoother. For starters I had given a location on campus to meet and I was there ahead of time (4:55) receiving a call at 5 asking where I was despite being at the location I gave. I chalked it up to miscommunication on both of our parts. As the shoot went on I didn't think it was the best experience for me and my friend agreed. My mother emailed her because some of the pictures looked very sloppy but there were a few we were satisfied with. In the email she came across very condescending towards my mom and seemed to have make up a rule that was never stated on the website where does it state that you only get 30 pictures... every photographer I have shot with chargers for the hour with no limit of pictures as long as you are done within the time allotted. At the end of the shoot she asked if I wanted to take pictures anywhere else and I stated yes that I do have a place in mind and would be on the football stadium I asked if it was okay she stated yes so we made our way over there and someone was on the field taking pictures I assumed we would wait for them to be finish so that we could get pictures where they were (center of the field) she said we don't have time for the that. In the email she pointed the blame on me going over time despite her offering to take the extra pictures and also pointing the blame for being late another engagement. If you have poor time management skills that is on you don't offer something if you know you don't have the time to do it. As of right now (1:20pm 05/07/2023) she deleted the link with our access to the photos, what did we pay the $125 since we no longer have access to the ones that we wanted. I strongly recommend anyone who is looking for their senior pictures to be done is to reach out to someone at coastal Carolina that majors or minors in photography a) is cheaper (money wasn't the issue in my case but for those who don't want to pay 125 for the shoot and then pay another 100+for the pictures as if this was an elementary school picture day which we were unaware of) b) they want the exposure and it will be more enjoyable. Very dissatisfied with the photographers approach and her condescending/pompous /childish attitude. If you are paying for services you want to be satisfied/ get your moneys worth and I cannot say that any of those were met.

Also ordered cold water lobster , yes pricey but you would think for a place of this caliber they would show it to you and then OFFER to remove it from the shell but NO!). The reason why they only get two stars is because we had a same sex marriage and on our phone conference going over all the parts of the wedding in detail we were promised it would be how we wrote it. However, during the wedding words were changed around, things were added, and we felt uncomfortable and disappointed at our own wedding when it was not supposed to be that way. He gave the option for family members to speak and say something during the sand ceremony and that was not planned at all. David also messed the biggest part up and instead of saying "Mrs and Mrs" he said "Mr. and Mrs." And we stressed to them that this was important to us. The reason why we are so upset is because that is on all of the recordings because he did not prepare. They were friendly but the officiate needs to practice and think about how important someone's wedding day is to them especially a same sex wedding.

The photographer (Margo Sears) apparently cannot handle rejection or when a client is not satisfied with her work. Instead of treating a complaint professionally and courteously, she resorts to disrespect, insults and taking personal shots at the client. Please take a moment to read my story. I can tell you; this photographer is not at all who she initially portrayed her to be. The photo session took place on the evening of Sunday, July 30th, 2017 at Sunset Beach, NC which included me, my husband, our eight-year-old daughter, and my mom. Sometime after our photo session, I received an email from Margo informing me that the balance was paid in full (We paid a total of $354 which included an enhancement add-on) and the photos were being shipped to us on a flash drive. She also stated we could preview a few of the pics on their Facebook page. However, we were not happy with the preview photos we saw because they were not flattering and the quality was lower than expected, so I emailed Margo back "Hi Margo, I'm not happy with the photos. Can you please take them down from facebook? " She responded " I am very sorry. They are gone from Facebook now. There are over 100 pics on this flashdrive so maybe there are many others you will like instead. I thought you looked lovely in these, especially in the difficult conditions we had of very low light and crowded beach. But if the problem is one I can fix, please let me know. It upset me a great deal and I worked extra hard on this project. Now you say there wasn't anything wrong with those pics after all. It was my night to cook, so I decided to let Low Country Affair take care of it--and I'm so glad I did! They handled everything from preparing the meal at the house to cleaning up afterward, making the entire evening completely stress-free. The seafood boil was absolutely fantastic. The crab legs are a must--they were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The peach cobbler was phenomenal, and I loved hearing that it was made fresh the morning of our event using peaches from a local farmer. That attention to quality really stood out. They also made sure our non-seafood eaters were taken care of with delicious chicken fingers, macaroni and cheese, and green beans. The team served the traditional Lowcountry boil by pouring it out onto butcher paper covering our long dining room tables. It was such a fun, interactive, and memorable experience. The staff were credibly friendly and made the entire evening so enjoyable. It was Southern hospitality at its finest.
