Called in today to get checked out and I called a couple other chiropractor places but had no availability this office did so I booked it. Awesome they accommodated me even when I was running late. Came in filled out the questionnaire,did the traction table then got adjusted. My clavicle( AC or SC joint) was out of place which was causing pain when I raised my arm up and a little pain on my neck too. The adjustment was amazing! *Ive been a patient of Chiropractic care for over 30 years. My family believes in the art and healing of Chiropractic care so that's how it began with me. I've been to many, spread out from various offices in California, Montana, and Nevada. I have NEVER been disappointed with Dr. Jim. He is gentle and knows what's best for the human body more then any other chiropractor I've been to. I personally have issues with my neck. Some days I will wake up and not be able to move my neck at all. I'll be in excruciating pain. I'll be in so much pain it will bring me to tears. I am now a mom to a one year old and he is a BIG boy. I have no time to be out of commission and Dr. Jim has ALWAYS been ready to take me at a moments notice. Not only does he always make time for me but he checks in the following days to make sure I'm doing better. Had my first adjustment with Dr. Jim and oh mylanta was I impressed! I came in for my hip and lower back issues, once I laid on that bed he totally pointed out my pain. He had me on the traction bed to loosen me up, then adjusted me! Holy moly it was amazing! Dr Jim is the Obi Wan of body alignment, he is always there keeping us on track and taking a crack at us. This Chiro has the force, a good handshake, and yet is as gentle as can be. It's a mystery. Dr Jim goes above what he should do and does all he can. I'm not going to give all the details, but let's say there was a misplaced rib and an out of hours visit. And Jody, the amazing massage artist, with magical strong fingers. I was offered a 30min slot after walking in looking like a zombie, and though I've never had a short massage in my life, I clearly needed my circulation restored. And it was one of the best 30min I've spent on a table. Today I o back for a 60 min and I almost can't stand the anticipation. I hope it lasts. My boyfriend and I had originally gotten a Groupon for this place the beginning of January when I suffered from sudden torticolis. (It is extremely painful and requires immediate help, emergency room would not help.) Their office hours made it difficult to go in that day and forced us to purchase and visit an other chiropractic facility. I then called to request a refund and was told that we wouldn't be able to receive one. We work in a school district, so asking for any hours off for their specific hours here, is difficult. Needless to say, we were disappointed. A few days ago, I requested an appointment and was told "walk-ins are welcome." Seeing as we had a day off, which is not often, I decided to bring my boyfriend in since he has been complaining of back pain. We got here as soon as the chiropractic office opened, only to be told that we may need to schedule an appointment for next week when I was already told that walk-ins were welcome. The receptionist said that she would "squeeze him in" but would not receive his full Groupon coupon. He would have to schedule the second part for an other day. And the next time they can give him the rest of the Groupon wouldn't be till mid-April. We live 25 minutes away from this place. It isn't down the road. And our schedules are busy. So I'm very thankful for the "squeezing in". As far as his treatment, he was treated amazingly. For "squeezing him in", he received quite a bit of an experience. He was able to enjoy the "retraction table" and experienced "flexion retraction", and the. Received his "normal" adjustment. That's pretty darn impressive for squeezing him in.
