He's amazing. I broke my tailbone last year, and the urgent care missed it. It wasn't until Dr. Jim saw my x-ray film and he noticed it that we figured out why I was in so much pain. As someone who has used chiropractic care for 15+ years, I highly recommend Dr. Jim. I'm an avid cyclist and within a week or so after going to him for a chronic hip issue I had that had prevented me from riding more than 20 miles without pain, it had healed to the point that I was able to regularly do more than 35 miles! When I subsequently had a bike accident and got a concussion, I credit Dr. Jim with easing the chronic headaches and neck pain. Dr. Jim is AWESOME! My husband is in construction and constantly had horrible back pain and (for some reason) his insurance SUCKS regarding chiropractic care. I went to Dr. Jim for the first time about a year ago. I have a neck injury that I've had since 1992 from a car accident. I was in desperate need of some help as I was having one of my "neck spells" and I was on my back for about 3 weeks. I called Dr. VonHipple (on a Sunday DURING FOOTBALL SEASON) and get this, after talking with me and hearing how much pain I was in he was actually willing to go in to his office and see me. Needless to say that I didn't make him come in until the next day . I have to say...HE WAS QUITE AMAZING! Flexible hours and the nicest person ever! Two years ago, my wife started having migraines. The migraine would present itself with stroke like symptoms; numb on left side, slurred speech, etc.. it was very scary. We found ourselves in the ER on a couple different occasions getting catscans, mri's, blood tests.. you name it she did it. The neurologists had no clue. They would just prescribe medication after medication for pain, never an answer for the root of the problem. Pain medications, blood pressure meds, 31 shots of botox all with no positive results. In fact, the migraines became more aggressive. They went from one every other week to 3 - 6 everyday. For six months straight my wife did not have a day where she did not suffer a migraine, numerous migraines per day. Living was extremely difficult. A friend of hers told her about Murrieta Advanced Chiropractic and how amazing the dr. was. She was told the root of her problem probably stemmed from her neck. An xray was shown to her and it was clear as day.. her neck was straight, no curve = no balance. She was told to bring me in to explain what was going on and what was needing to be done. We immediately signed on for a 3 month 3 day per week regimen. I was extremely skeptical, but saw so much enthusiasm in my wife I could not resist. Within the first week and one half of treatment she had her first full day of NO migraine. The few headaches my wife did suffer, shortly after her first non migraine day were extremely light and definitely not as many.
