This review is for service done in late April. I brought my mom's SUV here after another driver fell asleep at the wheel and hit her hard. That other person had the worst insurance possible, no way for us to get a hold of them (this is important later on). We brought the car here since it was close to home and had good ratings. We met with one of the main ladies (I forgot her name, but it starts with an M!) and she said she would have it done within a week or so, gave us a recommended rental car place, and said that she will take care of everything with the insurance company! Within a week, everything is done. The new parts were straight from the manufacturer and the car looked as good as new. So 5/5 for doing a great job, and for taking over communication with Access insurance (seriously, it is impossible to get in contact with anyone there). read more

I recently got rear ended and I chose this place without doing much research because it was urgent to fix my car and it had 5 star rating and wow they are definitely a 5 star business! I was so amazed at the results! Since I got a paint job they gave me a complimentary detail service outside AND inside and my car looked way better than when I first bought it! They removed 95% of my scratches that wasn't even part of the damaged area and restored my headlights and my 11 year old car looked like it came straight from the dealership!! Also very good customer service. They constantly communicated with me in regards to updates. I have never been this content by a service before and would highly recommend to everyone! I had the best experience at Murrieta Auto Collision. They helped me solve my problem with my car's headlights and saved me money as well. After trying store bought kits for headlight cleaning and not finding them to work well or not last, I had purchased headlights online and went there to have them replaced. They told me after looking at my lights that they could polish them instead of replacing them. Well, I was a little reluctant but figured I might as well try to see what they could do. I was so surprised by the outcome! They looked new except for a spot where I had damaged them trying to fix it by myself. I love these people. They were kind from my first call to them all the way to handing me back the keys to my car, now with clear headlights! I will not hesitate to use them again and will readily recommend them. A few months ago, my bumper was damaged by a piece of rebar sticking up out of a curb in a parking lot. One of the bumper connectors was broken and the liner was ripped to shreds. I secured the liner and bumper with duct tape to keep it from rubbing against my tire. A couple of weeks ago I got three estimates for repair ranging from $800 - $1200. They all said I needed a new bumper which was a flat out lie. Today, Murrieta Auto Collision repaired my bumper and replaced the liner for a mere $190 and I am ecstatic! My vehicle sustained moderate front end damaged due to colliding with a traffic cone in the middle of the I-15 at night. In March of 2015 (while pregnant) I was hit by a moron. I decided to have my poor car towed to Murrieta A.C. for the repairs after reading the reviews. I wasn't disappointed! Long story short, they kept me in the loop, completed the repairs and although I did have to go back for a few tweaks (after the amount of damage I wasn't surprised) they were always very hospitable and understanding of my concerns! I fully expected to have to have the clear coat on the hood completely redone since that was what I'd been told at both a detailing shop and another body shop. Found this car body shop from searching Yelp! Had a 5 star rating and reading through the ratings decided to take my truck in for some work! So I had an errand to run in the same area and so just stopped by to get an estimate. No problems and received an estimate for the repairs with what I thought was a reasonable price. I took my car here to get fix and they broke things on my car and took parts off that did not need to come off after asking for my car back i had to contact the police dept to get my car back and they wanted me to sign docs that state they were not responsible for the damages or condition they left my car in then asked if they can audio and video record me not agreeing to give them consent in which i told them no as well i did not agree to record or video since i was set a threatening letter from their lawyer demanding i take my experience down within 24 hours but i will not because its factual and i can provide proof all down to the 911 call to get my car back and the contact with police i will be uploading pictures of my car photos with the parts in the trunk as well as the threatening letter from there lawyer! will also be contacting the state bar and sending them a copy of the letter of there lawyer as well. read more

My car was hit real bad and I checked two other shops and this place looked the safest. It has and yard that is locked down and has a barb wire fence on top of the cinder block wall to enclose my car for safe keeping. Now for the work performed it was excellent period. The car was detailed when I picked it up and they detailed it four weeks later as a complimentary token of their appreciation for me giving them the work. My car looked as good as brand new as if I just drove it off the new car lot. Misty is the lady that took care of me and she is nice and as cordial and professional has anyone I've ever met. They are family owned and should be very proud of they way they conducted their business. I recommend this business to anyone who needs their car fixed. I hope I never have to have a car I own fixed again but if I do I would not hesitate to take it to them. It was a complete pleasure to deal with them. P.S.
