Chuck and his team are fantastic! I took my car in for a quote on a Saturday to get a quote to fix my passenger mirror (which had broken off in a minor accident). Chuck looked at it right away and said it should only take about 10 minutes and a few dollars to fix. I was elated! I ordered the part online and called back to bring it in later in the week. Chuck took my car in immediately and had it all fixed and cleaned up in a matter of minutes. He even removed the gunky tape residue left on my windows and paint from my haphazardly trying to keep the broken mirror temporarily attached while driving. The mirror looks beautiful now, and works perfectly. He even fixed an issue with the door making a horrible scraping noise whenever I opened it (also due to the minor accident). It opens wonderfully now. After all that, they didn't even charge me. Wow! So impressed and pleased. Very satisfied! So happy to find such a great place so near where I live. If I do get in a scrape again, I definitely know where I can take my car :) Can't recommend highly enough. Will be telling friends and family. This review is for service done in late April. I brought my mom's SUV here after another driver fell asleep at the wheel and hit her hard. That other person had the worst insurance possible, no way for us to get a hold of them (this is important later on). We brought the car here since it was close to home and had good ratings. We met with one of the main ladies (I forgot her name, but it starts with an M!) and she said she would have it done within a week or so, gave us a recommended rental car place, and said that she will take care of everything with the insurance company! Within a week, everything is done. The new parts were straight from the manufacturer and the car looked as good as new. So 5/5 for doing a great job, and for taking over communication with Access insurance (seriously, it is impossible to get in contact with anyone there). read more

I recently got rear ended and I chose this place without doing much research because it was urgent to fix my car and it had 5 star rating and wow they are definitely a 5 star business! I was so amazed at the results! Since I got a paint job they gave me a complimentary detail service outside AND inside and my car looked way better than when I first bought it! They removed 95% of my scratches that wasn't even part of the damaged area and restored my headlights and my 11 year old car looked like it came straight from the dealership!! Also very good customer service. They constantly communicated with me in regards to updates. I have never been this content by a service before and would highly recommend to everyone! I had the best experience at Murrieta Auto Collision. They helped me solve my problem with my car's headlights and saved me money as well. After trying store bought kits for headlight cleaning and not finding them to work well or not last, I had purchased headlights online and went there to have them replaced. They told me after looking at my lights that they could polish them instead of replacing them. Well, I was a little reluctant but figured I might as well try to see what they could do. I was so surprised by the outcome! They looked new except for a spot where I had damaged them trying to fix it by myself. I love these people. They were kind from my first call to them all the way to handing me back the keys to my car, now with clear headlights! I will not hesitate to use them again and will readily recommend them. A few months ago, my bumper was damaged by a piece of rebar sticking up out of a curb in a parking lot. One of the bumper connectors was broken and the liner was ripped to shreds. I secured the liner and bumper with duct tape to keep it from rubbing against my tire. A couple of weeks ago I got three estimates for repair ranging from $800 - $1200. In March of 2015 (while pregnant) I was hit by a moron. I decided to have my poor car towed to Murrieta A.C. for the repairs after reading the reviews. I wasn't disappointed! Long story short, they kept me in the loop, completed the repairs and although I did have to go back for a few tweaks (after the amount of damage I wasn't surprised) they were always very hospitable and understanding of my concerns! So I had an errand to run in the same area and so just stopped by to get an estimate. No problems and received an estimate for the repairs with what I thought was a reasonable price. My car was hit real bad and I checked two other shops and this place looked the safest. It has and yard that is locked down and has a barb wire fence on top of the cinder block wall to enclose my car for safe keeping. Now for the work performed it was excellent period. The car was detailed when I picked it up and they detailed it four weeks later as a complimentary token of their appreciation for me giving them the work. My car looked as good as brand new as if I just drove it off the new car lot. Misty is the lady that took care of me and she is nice and as cordial and professional has anyone I've ever met. They are family owned and should be very proud of they way they conducted their business. I recommend this business to anyone who needs their car fixed.
