I paid a visit to the shop by looking at the reviews. The receptionists are extremely friendly and helpful even I adjusted the schedule several times. The technician Mike Diaz is extremely polite and knowledgeable to explain details in writing and verbal how they repair the damage mirror and possible damaging parts during operation and cost of each part cost. They are pretty honest to do the repairs. The final bill is only 55% of the initial estimates. In short. Do not go other body shops if you haven't tried their services. I am so glad I found this place. I ended up going here because they were open on Saturdays and I needed an estimate. I must have come in two to three different times to get multiple estimates for my car. I felt like the people working here really did everything they could to keep the estimate low and shortening the amount it would take to get the car fixed. Plus, they were always professional and patient with me as I always seemed to have a dozen questions to ask, to which they would answer in a way that was easy for me to understand. The only minor issue I had was that I would be told that I would either be contacted or receive an estimate by a certain time or certain day, which didn't happen majority of the time, but hey, I understand they are busy. Plus, I would just call the next day and they would get the information sent or update me on the situation. They're always really good about answering phone calls. Most importantly, they did a phenomenal job fixing up my car. It looked like brand new (refer to pics). In addition, because my car had been in the shop for about 1-2 weeks, they offered a free polish/wax to be scheduled a month later. When I scheduled my appointment a month later for the polish/wax, I was told that it would take 3-4 hours, so I was surprised when I was notified that the job was done within an hour after I had dropped off my car to the shop. Our nearly new Toyota Tacoma was hit in the Lowe's Parking Lot while I was in the store - the right rear bumper was badly damaged. I'm not sure what was worse - the damage itself or that the driver of the other vehicle chose to leave the scene without any attempt to find me or leave a note. I just wanted to thank Laura and the entire team for completely changing my experience with getting my car repaired. It started out at another horrible shop that wanted to paint half my old bumper, get me a used headlight, a used fender, and also paint half my door. What Laura did was work with me and my insurance, along with using the old shops estimate, she found things quoted unnecessarily and helped use that quote to get me a new bumper, a new headlight, a new fender, and everything else directly from BMW or a supplier. Although MAC was not my first choice for getting my car repaired after completely turned off by a competitor, I'm glad I made the switch. I switched after going to the first shop on the list given to me by my insurance company. They barely answered the phone, the lot was clogged with cars, the guy who estimated the damage (nice guy) left out the biggest damage to the vehicle on the estimate. Thank God for MAC! I have brought them my Chevy Colorado to most recently my 2022 Ford F250. The quality or workmanship and attention to detail is unsurpassed. Trever in particular was extremely helpful in keeping me updated on my baby - and the entire crew was totally respectful of some pre-existing issues that I was adamant about fixing by myself because I like working on my truck . All in all, my truck is back up and running like a champ, with a beautiful front end! I found Murrieta Auto Collision on yelp and seen that they had five stars for all their reviews. So I decide to to take my Jeep Grand Cherokee there to get a estimate for a bent bracket that stopped my windshield-wipers from working. I was a bit worried about what the cost would be to fix the problem because the dealer told me I would have to replace the whole bracket that holds the wiper motor. Not only did they fix my wiper issue but they showed me exactly what was causing the issue and what they did to fix the problem. This is a family owned business with integrity. After all said and done I asked for the bill and I was told don't worry about it. I told them no you fixed the problem. They insisted just recommend your family and friends. Wow! I wish I had pictures for comparison... I originally took my 2018 3500HD truck to Service King. Before the collision damage, my truck was in excellent condition. They did a terrible job repairing it, from the paint that looked like orange peel, to masking and painting around trims and door handles instead of removing, to paint drips, to adding dents and scratches that weren't there before, to forgetting to reconnect cameras, to, to, to,... the list is too long. After giving Service King 5 opportunities to make it right over the course of several months and it getting worse and worse every time, I took it to Murrieta Auto Collision. All the staff I dealt with there was very friendly, eager to help, provided ample explanation regarding work that needed to be done, how long it would take, etc... and answer my questions. I received updates twice a week, every week my truck was there. The work they did was impeccable and in the exact time-frame they gave me. The paint now looks as good as it did from the factory, even though Misty warned me that it was practically impossible to do, even with the best state of the art booth and equipment. I researched it and found that it is correct. The method used to paint a vehicle at the factory cannot be duplicated in a repair shop. The dents were all repaired, and they washed and cleaned my truck. They worked with my insurance company and everything went as well as it can. Not only will I take my vehicles to this shop again if I ever need repair, I also will highly recommend this shop for repair to friends, family, and anyone else looking for an outstanding collision repair shop. read more

I brought in my Ford Explorer for side mirror replacement estimate. my Side mirror is pretty pricey. The young lady in the front desk was very helpful and called Joshua who checked the damage. Joshua gave me a quote and explained in detail the process. I went ahead and brought my car the next day and expecting it to finish in a couple of days. Surprisingly Joshua manage to get it done the same day, and at a lesser cost as he re-use some parts that are still usable to save time and money. Late review but wanted to make sure I did one. 2011 Jeep Liberty, For context I had been rear-ended and dealing with a non insured person and dealing with my insurance. It had been months before a shop would look at my car. So finally approved, I came here already frustrated with no expectations of work. The ladies in the front office were very professional and communication was huge throughout this process. The estimated time to recieve my vehicle surpassed my expectation and got my car back 1 day before. I was unable to pick up my car during business hours and they accommodated my request to pick it up after hours. When I got to my car that evening my car looked 100 times better than when I dropped it off. What I mean by that is they cleaned & detailed the inside as well as the outside. Organized my belongings in zip lock bags as well as my kids things. The repaired area looked as if there was no accident. They were great and really turned my situation into a great one. Chuck and his team are fantastic! I took my car in for a quote on a Saturday to get a quote to fix my passenger mirror (which had broken off in a minor accident). Chuck looked at it right away and said it should only take about 10 minutes and a few dollars to fix. I was elated! I ordered the part online and called back to bring it in later in the week. Chuck took my car in immediately and had it all fixed and cleaned up in a matter of minutes. He even removed the gunky tape residue left on my windows and paint from my haphazardly trying to keep the broken mirror temporarily attached while driving. The mirror looks beautiful now, and works perfectly. He even fixed an issue with the door making a horrible scraping noise whenever I opened it (also due to the minor accident). It opens wonderfully now. After all that, they didn't even charge me. Wow! So impressed and pleased. Very satisfied! So happy to find such a great place so near where I live. If I do get in a scrape again, I definitely know where I can take my car :) Can't recommend highly enough. Will be telling friends and family.
