They were able to quote me via some pictures I sent, and got everything scheduled same day. The techs showed up to the house to pick up when they said they were going to. Multiple points of conversation during the cleaning process as well, to confirm they received the chairs, reviewed them, confirmed they could clean them, and that the price would be what we discussed. Timeliness: Got our chairs back to us a week earlier than we had discussed. Quality of work: Chairs look brand new; picked up and delivered with care. Price: not the least expensive option we saw but given the reviews and communication we received from the start, we knew it would not be money wasted. I did not think their pricing was unreasonable. Every single employee I spoke with was courteous and helpful. A top tier professionally run company from my experience. Will be using them for other needs in the future.

From the very first phone call, Chantal was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She responded to my follow-up email promptly and with the same level of care. When I explained my situation, Mike (the owner) personally squeezed me into his already busy schedule for the very next day -- even driving out of his way to my home in Sandy. The travel fee was more than worth it for the quality of service I received. I had a particularly tough biohazard pet stain (not urine, but still a real challenge). I had already tried cleaning it three times myself with a home carpet shampoo vacuum with zero success. The job was easy to schedule with Andrew Torres, the owner, as he is an great communicator and very understanding of our needs. Giovanni, the man who came to do the work, did an amazing job and it was super comfortable and pleasant to have in my home. He was competent, efficient, thorough, and went above and beyond in performing the job. It was another great experience. They will be returning to do more work outside next month.
