First time here on a recommendation from a friend. Definitely a spot i could see myself returning to, especially for healthier alternatives and food to fuel the body during pre or post workout. Very friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Please check out their menu selection. And I'd also highly recommend trying one of their delicious and very tasty smoothies. Definitely a hit!

Came here with a friend for dinner a few nights ago because we wanted something healthy but hearty. I have always seen this place on DoorDash through the app but never ordered it. It looked good, but was a bit far for delivery. Came here in person and wasn't disappointed! It was dinner time on a Monday, and they weren't too busy inside. They seemed pretty busy with to-go orders, though. They seem to be doing well. My friend and I both got the Godfather, which was delicious: chicken, broccoli, portobello mushrooms with a light sauce. What a flavorful and light combination. I didn't feel "gross" after eating it, which is awesome. Sometimes eating at other less healthy places, I feel a bit bloated from all the sodium. But not here! Staff was friendly and pretty quick - we had our food within 15 minutes and were able to have a nice conversation in the quiet dinning area. We would definitely come back.

I hadn't been to one of these since worked in San Ramon and had lunch with coworkers at that location. The one in Antioch is near the golf course, tucked in to a small shopping center. Staff was very friendly and there are lots of healthy options. I got the veggie wrap which had flavorful grilled veggies, rice and beans. It was a good portion size-not too much food but definitely was comfortably full . This isn't known for vegetarian options but you can ask for any of their other wraps or bowls without meat. I'd like to come back and try one of their bowls, flatbreads or smoothies. Clean seating area and pretty quick service. Solid healthy choice in the area.

3 stars bc of the consistency on the food. Sometimes the burger is a 5/5, others a 3/5 (over cooked). Same with the sweet potato fries. I know they're healthy but we've gotten raw and flavorless fries at times. Service is great though. Cashiers are always super friendly but food does take a few minutes after the pick up time they say. I do appreciate the food being hot though so I don't mind. Plenty of seating inside and good parking

Man I love this place so much. Lil cheese, some tomato and onion, fresh chicken, beans, and rice. Big yum! This is my favorite bowl- El Mexicana. They just make such great food and you feel great eating it.

I've yet to try a meal at Muscle Maker Grill that I didn't love. Everything is always fresh, flavorful, and 100% halal--which is a huge plus. The portion sizes are generous, the service is consistently friendly, and the menu has a great variety of healthy options that don't sacrifice taste. Whether you're eating clean or just looking for a satisfying meal, this place hits the mark every time. Highly recommend!

12/10 - INCREDIBLE FOOD & CUSTOMER SERVICE! We ordered 2 Santa Fe wraps ( one with and one without beans) and Arizona Bowl. Everyone loved their food so much! The owner is so kind and offered our family free samples of their Green juice smoothie and a papaya smoothie. Their smoothies are not syrup based . He made both smoothies right in front of me with pure vegetables and fruit. He didn't have to offer some, but he genuinely loves his store and his customers. I pray he receives so much more business!

Update: Sammi had me come back in to make my last visit experience right. This time, he did a GREAT job on the food and provided EXCELLENT customer service! The Mushroom Burger was on point, The chicken bites were very tasty and the Green Smoothie also tasted great! Hope you give Muscle Maker grill a try! They are now in S.F too!! This is an overdue review, but my housemates and I LOVED the food and the vibes here. We were indecisive about what smoothie to get, and they let us sample some until we settled on the one in the photo. The smoothies were delicious, refreshing, and healthy! As for the food, they were the right portion and they were served in a timely manner. Everything was tasty and they had the perfect balance of protein and greens. I ordered two mmg signature wraps for me and my boyfriend. It was his first time here and I was excited about showing him one of my favorite restaurants in Antioch. The menu says it comes with jalapeno wrap and what we got was definitely not jalapeno wrap. I know I might be making a big deal but I love how the wrap tastes and that's why I always come here. I told the lady this wasn't jalapeno wrap and she came back saying it was. It looks like it's sun dried tomato wrap or something. On top of that it's gotten very expensive. $40 for two wraps and two sides. read more

Great menu and variety of items. We got burgers There's was a bit of a wait to get our order, so don't expect an in and out type of service. I noticed A lot of people Called their orders in for pick up. I took two stars off because 1. the burger meat I got was well done, and I prefer it medium well. Then I realized they didn't even ask how I'd like my meat. So maybe they make them all well done? It was tough and didn't enjoy the burger as much. 2. I ordered a large banana berry smoothie and it tasted awful! Whatever protein powder they put in had a bad aftertaste and I could not drink anymore after the first few sips. It was a waste of $8! But the gentleman serving us was very attentive, friendly. Even made a green smoothie for us to try out. Which was delicious! But I don't think I'd come here again. read more

I'm so sad. I LOVED this place. Religiously got the turkey meatball wrap. I ordered one like 2 months ago and it was AWFUL. It tasted like the meat was bad. I called spoke to the owner and let him know. It was so bad I've been avoiding eating there for a bit. Tonight I was craving that turkey wrap. I ordered it and ONE BITE. I spit it out and threw the entire thing away. It was inedible... I'm so sad I used to absolutely love this place . I hope whatever new meat you guys started using goes back to what you had before. I wanted to love this place so bad but the food quality was TERRIBLE! Over cooked, dry, stringy chicken... Order the Mardi Gras salad and it was drenched in dressing; soggy lettuce and over cooked chicken. Got a wrap with chicken and meatballs... FAIL..there's no order to the experience. Marinara was missing till the last half of the wrap. Also got chicken bites; don't know why I expected them to be fried because of the picture but they weren't and that would have been ok if they didn't taste like something that's been sitting under heat lamps all day. I hope it was because we came in right prior to closing but I would much rather they close earlier than serving bad quality food and marketing as healthy. read more

Came in to eat lunch after the gym and the manager was so amazing. He greeted us right away and gave us free green smoothie which was delicious. He had an awesome sense of humor and was making us laugh. Also when the food came it out he brought It to our table and made sure we had everything we needed. I had the mushroom supreme and it was so tasty. He kept checking with us through our meal to See if we needed anything else. Very attentive and polite. He took our plates once we were done eating. The food here is amazing and I would recommend anybody that hasn't ate here to come and try their food. read more

I cannot believe I've lived here for 8 years and never tried this place!!! The minute I walked in I was greeted by a very happy guy in the front that handed me a green smoothie to try. The green smoothie by far my favorite! The guy happened to be the owner. From reading reviews, I saw that the Godfather was most popular, yet was hesitant. I shared with him what I liked and did not and he personally took the opportunity to make it himself, and my god, it was absolutely delicious! This is absolutely my go to spot! The menu looks absolutely delicious and I cannot wait to try something different next time! Everything is absolutely healthy with calorie count shown on the menu and dressings fat-free. Delicious food combined with it being healthy is a win-win!! Highly recommend this place!!! read more

Due to the past year, we have gained weight. But now...it's time to eat right. THIS IS THE PLACE! Marcella assisted us with our order, because quite frankly, everything looks so damn good. My Lady had The Godfather, and I had the Santa Ana. Plus an order of boneless chicken bites. Marcella said that it may be a few minutes, so I figured 10-15. Less than 10 minutes. Flavorful, plentiful. I always look at service when we go out to eat. Marcella and the staff blew me out of the water. Fast, friendly and informative. Do yourself a favor. I hadn't eaten here in awhile so took a friend here yesterday. I ordered the Asian Sesame Ginger Salad. It was so good that I ordered 2 more to take home to have for dinner!! Hubby loved it, too. Everything is so fresh and I love that it's all organic. Be sure to say thank you for working to the staff. So many restaurants are short of help because no one wants to work. They were very busy with take-out orders with only a cook and counter person when we arrived. It took longer than normal to get our food but it was well worth it. By the time we left there was more help. The owner came to our table and apologized for the wait. He made it worth our time. Thank You! read more

Established in 1995.

Muscle Maker Grill was founded in 1995 by Rod Silva with the goal of offering people a nutritious alternative to fast food restaurants. A fitness enthusiast since he was 18, Rod recognized a void in the marketplace for tasty, healthy options. While running a smoothie store he owned in Colonia, New Jersey, Rod would bring in dishes he prepared for lunch and dinner. Customers who smelled the delicious aroma of Rod's meals asked about the food and Rod began cooking for regular customers, thus Muscle Maker Grill was born. In response to customers' requests to be part of the Muscle Maker Grill Nation, Rod decided to turn Muscle Maker Grill into a franchise in 2007. Since then, Silva's vision has helped make Muscle Maker Grill one of the hottest franchise concepts. Today, there are over 200 Muscle Maker Grill restaurants open or under development throughout the continental United States. With international locations on the horizon.

First off, if I order something called a "FruitBoba" I want to taste the fruity essence of the drink. And the "Blended" drink kinda didn't have that slushy quality that you would get if you went to a "Boba" joint and ordered a slush or even shaved ice drink. It almost tasted as if they chilled a bottle of Odwalla and served it to me with "Boba" and gave me my drink. Not what I was expecting at all, but I still drank it. Also they way over cooked the "Tapioca" with made it kinda...gritty and gooey instead of the gummy bear quality that most properly cooked tapioca seem to have. Will I go Back? Well I will say this, if I'm in the mall yes. But if I wanted to wait a little while and go across the street to Quickly or to the iTea by my house. I would choose this place last. Unless I was going here specifically for a smoothie. Then I would maybe choose this place first. In Conclusion, this joint has been in the Somersville Towne Center for sometime. I can't believe that I hadn't been here sooner. This place seems to have it appeal to some that come through the mall on their shopping or eating trips. It's located a few steps from Fallas Parades and has light seating around the kiosk. I would say if you come here for a drink, as always "Yelp" your own experience.

I wish we had this in Walnut Creek. I went there today and got the Cajun salad. The dressing was excellent and the chicken was cooked perfectly.
