However not even a week or so later and my polish has started chipping and flaking off. For $80 plus tip I'd expect my nails to look good for at least a month! Also my technician was pretty aggressive and almost all of my nail beds/cuticles were actively bleeding and scabbed over! I don't live in Miami but plan frequent trips but will make note to not return if I need another manicure while visiting.

I was fully covered in mid length shorts and a shirt but the treatment felt much like that scene. I just had my nails done in my state and had regular polish put on my toes. I noticed a small chip and decided I should change the polish to gel. I walked by this nail place and decided to see if they could do a polish change. They did not have the color to match my nails which was fine, I said I could do another color. A color change from regular polish to gel should take 15 minutes. They said "you know, I don't think they want to do this service". I mentioned again, it was just a color change. The lady hunched her shoulders and repeated herself. I observed the shop, 2 customers 4 visible employees, no one looked like me. Perhaps they make so much money they can turn away all business but it did not look like it. In my town the nail places would have been pleasant, aporoached with customer service and taken the business. This place did not deserve my business. Do they deserve yours?
