Just lovely. So sweet and incredibly friendly people who worked there!! I didn't see a bathroom but I would like to bet that they do have them. Parking is street parking as they're on Washington, I would say park somewhere on the strip and take the free trolley down. By tons of food and shopping, and of course the beach. So so so friendly. I would only have given it a four stars because the chairs weren't super comfy. My mom said it hurt her back a little. But they were so nice it made me want to just give them a 5. Nice color choices too. A pedicure with polish is 38$. It was a bit confusing on their website. Horrendous experience; on my bday, no less! This is a doozy... Actually my entire review is posted on Google, as is her epic, dishonest and very petty reply after my review -- more details -- under: recent reviews). I feel awful to discourage someone else to try you out ...This was just my personal opinion that sadly, I allowed to impact my morning with family and friends. If Zarina didn't take down my review or hers I'll be surprised. She talked about clients who has issues, who smell and could sense whether they were terminally ill, etc... Oh, and that her neighborhood competitors use inferior products, and supposedly over priced (prices suddenly change) when it's time to settle up. My nails were done decent despite nicked/burned cuticles which was done by a drill. And then grabbing my phone out of my hand to answer my husband's call was so inappropriate and rude. He called to see why it was taking so long and if I'm alright. Bottom line a 30 min Gel mani turned into an HOUR and 45 min. More to add but won't bother unless you reply like you did in your mile long reply on Google. Such pettiness. Anyway, it's all good. Live and learn. I've never written a poor like this. So sad. I walked in panicking because I needed my nails done for my wedding (just didn't have time to get them done at home before coming down to Miami) I walked in and was greeted immediately and told them I needed my nails done- these girls were so excited to help me out! They were finishing up with some clients so I had walked down the street to get something. When I came back these girls were ready and they kept me laughing and entertained the whole time! Not only were they sweet and funny, but they do their jobs so well!! I couldn't believe the price either! They had so much attention to detail for such a low price!! These pictures don't do them justice because this is after DAYS of beach and pool time post wedding! Did the thing that a lot of tourists do, which is call same-day for an appointment At first I was told 12:30 which, mid-day I was thinking was kind of late (like a had a right to think that same-day), so I politely declined. Got a call 30 minutes later that someone canceled and and there was an earlier availability. I was only 30 minutes away walking distance so I took it and was not disappointed. Staff are super friendly, attentive and most importantly, skilled! I wanted tiger eye nails, which weren't available but they had some lovely alternatives including blending two polishes. Now I have beautiful birthday nails that were just tested in the ocean and hotel pool, and still look so beautiful. I might swing by whenever I'm in town again! read more

The vibe of the establishment was clean and orderly, with a sense of structure as soon as you walked in! She's extremely friendly and resourceful. Came here for girls cousins weekend for pedicures. Zarina said she couldn't take us all at the same time and to compensate gave us free mimosas and an extra $5 service! (I was told I had the worst calluses even though I just got them done 2 weeks ago) Then we decided that we should go all out and get false eyelashes! (A sister's idea that we all went with) so after buying lashes and glue at cvs, came back for Nikki to apply them. Such a delightful duo, kind and competent. Random awesomness at a nail shop... So, my now-husband and I were in Miami to tie up loose ends for the wedding. We decided while there, we'd get some new tattoos, ones with meaning...pin that for a sec! Stopped into a random nail shop to get pedicures and our techs were a vivacious pair of heavily-tattooed ladies from Boston. I noticed and admired one of the tattoes which was an inscription in her Mom's own handwriting! She told me she had her mom write the inscription 10 times on a blank sheet of paper and had it recreated as a tattoo at which time I had a "light-bulb" moment. So, here it is...my new tattoo, in Mom's handwriting, etched in my arm forever alongside my heart. Sidenote: mom passed away 5 weeks after this happened and she loved the tattoo.
