Price was just OK about average with other competitors. The sleeper sofa I purchased for the second bedroom was not very comfortable so I had it re-done. The delivery people were rude and unprofessional. Did not bring shoe covers for my new carpet, yelling down the hallway, and then broke a sign over the front door of the building because they were impatient and careless on leaving. I called the store to speak with Mark and he never returned my call. A few weeks later, I went into the store to see him and he looked at me and ignored me. I had actually gone in there to order furniture for the living and dining rooms, but I decided to drop $12G elsewhere. I also wanted to mention that I spent money and time to have the sign they damaged repaired, but the delivery driver said there was a $40 balance. I thought that was really tacky that he wanted the $40 after inconveniencing me for an hour and a half's time for my handyman to come repair the sign. I gave him the $, but I highly recommend if you purchase here bring your own truck or get your own company to deliver. So two stars deducted: one for the delivery co. and one for no follow up from the store.

Parking can be really challenging during the weekends. Sometimes it is really hard to find a parking spot. It is better to park close to Burger King since that area usually is not that crowded.

Probably because of covid I've sat on the sofa way more than normal. I contacted them, they found my original order and promptly sent out their guys for repair. We both knew the warranty was over, so it cost me a little money but they were prompt and most importantly we are sitting on a brand new sofa body. I had a great experience buying an Innovation Living sofa from Lacontempo. Due to COVID I've been…read moreworking from home and had to convert my guest room to an office, but I really wanted to still be able to use it as a guest room when needed. I did tons of research on sofabeds and pull out couches and murphy beds trying to find the best option for something that would look good when it is not being used as a bed but also be a comfortable bed that guests would actually want to sleep on. This search led me to Innovation Living, but it felt crazy to spend that much money on a couch without being able to see it in person or lie down on it to see if it's actually that comfortable. I was happy to find that Lacontempo has a showroom in LA, and headed over there one afternoon. The showroom was much smaller than I expected and they only had two Innovation Living sofas on display, but I was able to lie on them and get a sense for which comfort level I needed in a sofa (Innovation Living has many many sofas with different prices and comfort levels). Ersoy was very patient with us, talking us through all the options in the catalog and showing us all the swatches and offering his own suggestions. We left with his card and I went home and did more research and thinking. A week went by and suddenly there were a lot of sales online of Innovation Living sofas, but what I liked about Ersoy and Lacontempo is that it would be delivered and assembled by his guys - vs just dropped off at my house in pieces by UPS. Some stores online offer assembly for an additional cost and I was also able to find a company that would assemble it for me, but that still meant it coming in boxes / many pieces until an assembly person could show up. I emailed Ersoy and he was able to match the price of an online competitor and promise me delivery within two weeks, when I'd be having a guest come and I was hoping to have the couch by. When I followed up a week later he said that he was pretty busy and asked if they could deliver the following week but I reminded him I had a guest coming that weekend and he had the couch delivered and assembled the very next day! Two guys came and assembled the couch and took away all the boxes in under an hour.

I found - online - a set of votive candle holders at Mosaik that I wanted to buy. The price was…read morehigher than I wanted to pay so I engaged in a conversation about the candle holders (and their price) with a person I presume is the owner of Mosaik. I ultimately countered with a lower price for the candle holders. The person I was emailing with - again online - said "ok." Great, I thought! I just got the deal I wanted for the item I wanted to purchase. However, actually completing the purchase online was complicated and I could not figure out how to pay the price I thought we had agreed upon. I asked my contact several times how to conclude the purchase. She gave me instructions to conclude the purchase - which again did not work. But finally, my contact at Mosaik told me that she had never accepted my offer in the 1st place. I think this was a case of "seller's remorse" where the person changed her mind on our agreement. I think Mosaik was being sneaky, or lying, or - at the very least - had communicated in bad faith and in an unprofessional manner. Of course, I don't know for sure. But - to me - the conversation and most importantly my offer of a specific price was clear and unambiguous. I have looked over our conversation several times and - again - in my opinion - it is very clear that Mosaik had agreed upon my counter-offer price. I will attach a screen shot of the conversation so that you can draw your own conclusions. But I have decided that I will never buy anything from a seller who conducts themselves in a sneaky and underhanded manner - or, at least, who negotiates in a sloppy manner. I expect better from people who hold themselves out as professional retail outlets. To me, if they will be sloppy while negotiating price, they will be sloppy on other things too.
