The sound was not good and the piano clearly needed a lot of work. I called Jackson's Piano Service and immediately spoke with Jenny who said she could come out a few days later. She was very kind and upfront about the cost. Once they arrived and saw the piano, she immediately knew that more work would be needed and quoted me the new price. The pricing is fair and the service is incredible! The hammers had to be completely removed in order to be repaired. Jenny took these with her and returned about 10 days later. I couldn't believe how great the piano sounded and it has sounded great ever since. 10 out of 10 and I would recommend to anybody needing any type of service to their piano.

I hired him for a check up on a used Yamaha U3 that I recently purchased that also desperately needed tuning. He is very friendly, informative and knowledgeable. Tuned my piano and made some minor adjustments on the action along the way and only charged me the flat fee he said he would charge for tuning.
