We found this place searching Yelp. It is located inside the Ford lot. It is adorable inside! It has a retro cafe look. The staff members are friendly. The chile is so tasty! I loved my burrito. My family loved their Huevos. I would like to come back for lunch. We will definitely be back.

    Great exterior sign!

Wonderful, unique cafe! Located at a Ford Dealership, with Mustang themed decor. The service was friendly and efficient. Some of the best New Mexico style breakfast burritos we have had in a long time! Highly recommend, we have only had breakfast, but the other entrees sound awesome too!

Who'd expect a restaurant inside a car dealership? Forget eating prepackaged rolls & breakfast bars while you're getting your car serviced here. This is a better idea - roll the 80s "Ford has a Better Idea" commercial. Ok, maybe more like a coffee shop. Initially we passed this up and had to turn around to find it. It's actually has decent signage if you're traveling west on Lomas, We just weren't expecting it to be part of the dealership. Walking in there were a few employees grabbing a bite and some regulars that came in afterwards. Lots of Ford & Mustang stuff on the walls. The menu was straight forward. In addition to breakfast fare there was a lunch section. I got a cup of coffee in a large mug versus the size in most restaurants. We ordered a chorizo & cheese omelet and a bacon & egg croissant sandwich. No frills and not much extra. Food arrived looking more like home cooked fare. Omelet was tasty and the croissant sandwich loaded with goodies. Neither were neatly presented as you'd expect in a restaurant - but it works. Not a fancy place, but they serve up some decent food.

We got the Mexican plates. It was ok. Food was not as hot as I like. Cheese was not melted. I like the small portions as I don't eat that much. I'll have to try some other things to give a review that's worth it for this place.

The Mustang Cafe is delicious. We were at the ford dealership getting some service done on our truck and since we are from out of town that was our only vehicle. The breakfast was exquisite! A plus is their patio area is pup friendly.

This is a wonderful spot located in the Ford dealership. I had amazing service from Michael. I felt very taken care of and the food was terrific! All at very affordable prices! I will be eating here again :)

Aka CecIlia's, The Original La Mesa Kitchen, which was a tiny little place a few blocks west of here about 13 years ago. It sounds like it was legendary, and people were sad to see it closing its original location. But sometimes things have to change. I'm guessing the food hasn't changed much since then. What they do make is pretty good. I have to admit, I wish they had more veggies, but they don't. I won't fault them for this. It's just the basics: red and green chile, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and onion. They keep the meals really simple and straight forward. They are a traditional diner, and emphasize New Mexican cuisine with a bit of American diner-style food. They make their own green and red chile. It seems like in New Mexico, if a New Mexican restaurant doesn't make their own, then one would want to question why. They have photos of vintage Ford Mustangs on the walls and have a bit of a diner atmosphere. The location is great if you have to bring your car into Ford for a lengthy repair, but don't let that be your only excuse for coming here. The food is worth the visit. There aren't many restaurants around this area within walking distance. It's mainly car dealerships. In case you're wondering, this diner isn't affiliated with Cecilia's Cafe.

Five stars for the service, four stars for the decoration and the food as long as you do not come in expecting the same quality as in a high-end restaurant (difficult to find in ABQ). You'll get a lot of good and tasty food for the buck. And, the quality of the service in the Mustang Cafe is far better than the service at the hosting Ford dealership.

Great food. Great service. You don't have to have your car being worked on to eat here. I went for breakfast during the week.

So its a bit awkward because there is a sign asking you not to seat yourself until you've ordered your food. It can make you feel a little anxious because if its really busy, where are you going to sit. We saw people waiting around not knowing what to do. Let me start by saying our food took way too long to come out, I even saw someone walk out because they were waiting so long on their food. I saw someone waiting for their food who sat close to us, and it turned out to be a to-go and I was like darn, that felt like they waited 20+ mins. For what they have on their menu, I feel like they should be able churn out food orders pretty quick. A couple who ordered after us, got their full food order before we I got my French toast and everyone else at our table got their food. It felt like 10-15 min wait on my food after everyone at the table got theirs. There was also an issue with our order because we were waiting on a side, but then I guess it was never added to our order per our server. We sat in the front corner and you can see the whole cook area, this also means if ventilation isn't on point, your clothes will soak in that aroma, like my jacket did. Food itself was good, nothing bad about what we received, but the wait time on food was way too long. I was leaning a 3.5 star which would make it a 4 star review, but the hiccup with the order along with the wait time just killed my experience. Not going to lie, I went to Filiberto's afterwards because I was still hungry after eating my stuff French toast and half of my girlfriend bagel.

Looks like they make their own bagels. I didn't have one though. I had their special French toast with strawberries and whipped cream. Also had a London Fog with espresso and blackberry flavor. The place was well decorated, clean, and had a wide array of baked goods that looked delicious. There was a large dining area with soft jazz music playing, reminiscent of a bagel shop in NYC. Prompted by one of the other Yelp reviews, I ordered the breakfast sandwich (choice of bagel, eggs, cheese, and meat). I opted for turkey sausage on a red chile bagel. I also ordered an iced Americano since they didn't offer cold brew. The Americano was refreshingly strong and very tasty. The espresso didn't taste burnt or like the machine hadn't been cleaned in a while (you can tell). Sadly, the breakfast sandwich was underwhelming. There was a large quantity of eggs and not enough cheese, and the flavor of the red chile was overpowered by everything else. Next time, I'd like to try a toasted bagel with a cream cheese that accentuates the flavor of the bagel.

Not sure why all of these middle eastern coffee spots are opening, but I am digging them. The offerings on the beverage and snack side are awesome with some twists on faves in the coffee realm. It can get quite loud, but when you are having drinks for there, the wait staff go around and check on you offering water! I have two different drinks, the pistachio latte and an iced cherry matcha latte. They were both excellent. I also tired their Dubai brownies and a pecan maple eclair and both were excellent.
