The whole staff is calm and knowledgeable, and I am assured that while my dog isn't happy unless he's home, Evergreen makes his stay as positive as possible. There are 17 Newfoundlands at the kennels who literally never get human contact other than when they get fed. They do not get walked regularly and sleep on cement floors with a small access door to the outside. I'm not quite sure why there are so many if there is no time for them. However, they may be used to that. The main issue is this, if you are bringing your dog here, they will not get ANY human time or a walk unless you pay extra. Customers bring in blankets and beds for their dogs well being. Your dog will not have this. They are put on a shelf or stored away. Return customers bring in blankets, etc. If not going to allow the dog to use it, why not say that? Your dog will sleep on a cement floor. It is loud, noisy and I can only imagine your dog feels abandoned. Do not pay for this service. While the intention is good, it is not executed as you will be led to believe. There are only one or two staff to care for all animals here. Not good enough.

They are hardworking and love the dogs staying with them as their own. The dogs get plenty of outdoor and indoor run time. They have air filtration systems, expansive cleaning systems and more. All dogs staying get to use an included Kuranda bed and are welcome to bring any toys/blankies with them. I love how versatile they are with training field dogs, service dogs, regular training, and then day care.
